James was great. The no pressure sales tactics and honesty made sure I got what I really wanted. James even printed out window stickers for similar Jeeps for sale in the area so I could compare the features I was getting for the price. Even the finance department was nice and honest with me and accommodated my trade ins despite some paperwork issues. Overall much better experience than I am used to at dealerships and I m very happy with my purchase of Brutus and look forward to many years with him.
