This is the second Chrysler vehicle we purchased at this dealership. The prices are very competitive. Great customer service. The one thing that was different this second purchase, was that the van we bought was not properly cleaned and turned over to us still dirty. We had asked for it to be cleaned. We had to clean it up at home. The wheel covers were broken and scratched. New brakes were applied, but we were still charged 399.00 for make ready services.

I went to Bluebonnet Jeep on Friday morning after my pops suggested I go back home, the San Antonio area, to look for a new vehicle. Both my wife and I's vehicles were a loss due to Hurricane Harvey.

I was a little cautious about travel out of town to find a new vehicle. I did not want to travel just to possibly be disappointed.

After further discussion with my pops and looking at their inventory on their website, I decided to give them a try. I ended up getting in contact with a man by the name of Russ Schriewer. I told him about our situation and a particular car I was looking at. It was by far the easiest vehicle purchase my wife and I have made. My wife and I ended up leaving in a car that I wanted in the color I wanted. We left happy and relieved. It was truly a great and easy experience. Mr. Schriewer was very helpful and not pushy at all.

To say that Jeremiah Kimball was the best, is an understatement! First and foremost, there was never any pressure for a quick sale. From the time I initially looked at the truck, until I finally made my decision, was over 4 weeks. He was extremely patient and even came back into work, after his normal working hours, to close the sale. All sales personal of new and used cars, should follow his lead. Great job Jeremiah!

we stopped by here today to look at options for a new car. Unfortunately, even after looking around the lot and inside for 30 minutes, no one greeted us. There were two people standing by the door talking who looked at us, but did not come over. After waiting for so long, we were disappointed and left. I understand that it was probably busy today, and we wouldn t have minded waiting if someone had at least greeted us, but the lack of greeting made us feel like they didn t want our business. We will be going elsewhere to purchase our new vehicle.

There was a gentleman named Brad Jorgensen who made my experience pretty great! The guy was attentive, helpful and genuinely wanted to help! I dont think I've ever had a shopping experience like that! And even though I've already bought the car and they've got my money he still continues to check up on me and make sure everything is still ok and making sure I'm ok with my purchase! What a great guy! Definitely earned a lifetime customer with me!

So I finally decided the Chevy 2500 I was driving needed a break after 301,000 miles and quite a few repairs. I had been researching trucks and values and knew I wanted a Dodge but wasn t sure which one until I saw the used 2014 1500 4x4 they had online. My Co-worker, a Dodge guy said he bought 2 from Jeremiah at Bluebonnet Jeep and to go see him. So I went over there and walked up front and actually Jeremiah was the first to greet me. I told him what I wanted and why and what I expected and he pretty much said I am going to let you drive it and make up your own mind. I felt no pressure no disapproval no up sale of any kind. Jeff was very helpful, first time purchasing a new vehicle. Every time I leave my Jeep at Bluebonnet it comes back with something else wrong. I've literally paid thousands of dollars and my check engine light is still on! It's A NEW ENGINE, they just replaced it!! I took it some place else today, hopefully I can get it fixed properly. Thanks for nothing Bluebonnet YOU SUCK!!!

I went in as there were issues with my tire pressure monitoring system reading the wrong tires. The service advisor informed me he could check the tire pressure but that was it. I would need to call him another day. Very dismissive of my issue on a car with less than 14k miles. I left and went to Yaklin Dodge and they helped me out same day.

Very smooth transaction. It was a very positive experience and the dealer was very easy to talk to and do business with. I would definitely refer friends/family to him at Bluebonnet Jeep!

Bought my Wrangler here in 2014 and still make the drive up for service. It is not always easy for me to get up from San Antonio when I need to, but it is always worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new purchase or service.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Wegman of Bluebonnet Jeep in the purchase of a 2017 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hardrock edition on 10/11 Feb. Jeff was great--I was extremely pleased with his casual, easy going personality and we worked through what my wife and I needed in our new "tow vehicle" for our upcoming RV lifestyle. We quickly nailed down a number of dealer options and then focused on our trade-in. I was rocked with the trade-in value of my Dodge Ram and ... I drove the Jeep home with an appointment set for 10 AM Saturday to close the deal. Met with Jeff again ...then we spent a short time with Steven Fekkos in Finance ... when I say short time ... it was the fastest we've ever encountered. To sum it up ... outstanding dealership ... best vehicle purchase ever thanks to Jeff and Steve!!

Bought a 2015 Grand Cheeroke Cali Edition from Jeff Wegman at BB Jeep. Process was painless, I research vehicles online, he contacted me and was ZERO PRESSURE.
I went down to the lot a day prior to agreed meeting. Jeff met w me, got an appraisal for my 2012 Charger R/T quickly and more that fair.
He asked if I was ready to do the deal then and I told him it was late in the day and let's plan for the following day late or even the day after. He assured me when I was ready all would happen in a timely manner and it did the next day.
There was no pressure to buy add-ons and extended warranties.
A couple days after taking the car I noticed it needed to be "Clayed" since it had been on the lot for awhile.
Contacted Jeff, he told me he got my VM and told me to bring it in, BB would take care of the car and give me a Loaner to make sure job was done properly and I would not be left w/o a ride.
Jeff's next comment was"I want to make sure your are completely satisfied w BB and myself.
No worries there. As a Family have bought 2 cars in the past 4 months from BB (we're new to the area 1+ years)
We will keep BB as 1st option to buy and highly recommend Jeff and BBJ Team.

This dealership has great customer service. I've bought my last three jeeps from Bluebonnet Jeep with the help from Jeremiah Kimball in the sales department. Their service department is is awesome. I recently had the service department reprogram my Jeep Gladiator for the larger tires however the programming didn't take. The service department sent a service tech to my home to do the programming and it took less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Bluebonnet Jeep. You won't get better deal or service any where else.

Went in for recalls and 15,000 service on diesel F250. Realized a few days later that no DEF was added...not good!

For a dealership whose slogan is Price is the difference , my service was overpriced. I had one brake pad replaced for $360 and a speed sensor replaced for $206. I was charged twice the going rate (I checked after I got home) for the part and the labor. I own that I should have clarified that I wasn t getting 2 brakes, as I assumed. I gave 3 stars because the facility was very nice, the folks were professional and I saw someone cleaning/sanitizing surfaces the whole time.

Russ was the best!!! He was friendly, honest and efficient! He knew I had a pressing issue I had to take care of away from the dealership, so he took my info and called me when the papers were ready! All I had to do was test drive then come back and sign! He listened to my needs and help me get the PERFECT car for me! I love my brand new 2016 Renegade!!! She's beautiful and I am loving her and my Bluebonnet Jeep experience with Russ!! Could not be more pleased that he has turned my car buying experiences from sour (from past grueling, 6,7,8 hour waits) to elated! I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends who are in the market to buy a Jeep!!

It s so amazing to have your automobiles detailed every 6 month and waiting for you. The service provided is amazing. Recently, I had two autos detailed and needed a ride. No questions asked! I was given a ride home while they cleaned my auto and even picked me up when it was ready!!

I love my 2014 cherokee I ended having a issue with my sunroof which I had warranty on and they fixed with no charge but sadly I was without a vehicle for 2 days. I love the service guys they are very friendly and have no issue with my sales man Robert he really did alot to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. The only issue is how far they are and everytime I go for regular maintenance I need a ride back the service will take all day no matter what.I recommend Robert he will put you in a great ride no pressure. my only regret is the managers will never offer a rental for me so I don't have to wait hours for service I work and go to college so I don't have days off so this is issue that has made me late to work twice. I bought other vehicles from other places which offer me rentals without hesitation. Getting a rental so I don't miss school or work is like pulling teeth.... still never get a rental so I have get a ride to follow me 45 mins to the dealership and pay their gas so it's fair but disappointing in how hard it is to get a loaner. My last car was a camaro which gunn Chevrolet took less than a hour to service no matter how what time and always gave me loaners for any service that will take more than 2 hours. So love my car, like the service department, and the salesman was dope he is great and I will recommend him to friends that think my jeep is nice... don't bother asking for a loaner you won't get it no matter what!

I showed up without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. I didnt know that I had recalls on my vehicle but they took care of them and then helped get the original issue for me coming in taken care of. You can tell they really care about their customers. This will be where I take my Jeep from here on out

The buying process itself was lengthy even though we knew exactly what we wanted. Didn't even test drive and it took us 4 hours to get out the door and had to go back and forth with the finance guy before they finally gave us a price range we were looking for. There is a minor scratch that the salesman said they would fix, but they haven't. Didn't do it the day we bought it and didn't do it when we drove back up a few weeks later.

No follow up from salesman and I'm peeved that I am "responsible" for driving up there multiple times and wasting my time and gas for something they already had 2 opportunities to fix. Up until this second purchase, I have referred Blue Bonnet to many people. After this, not so much.

Everyone was helpful and when we waited on the bank, I got a wonderful nap that I really needed!
