I have tried to hold off on this review to see if the many issues with my recently purchased vehicle had been resolved. Unfortunately, I bought a used vehicle through the buy from home type process and think I got a lemon. Won t do that again! Multiple things wrong with vehicle and should have returned it. Some of the items should have been rectified with this vehicle being certified pre owned but don t think there is too much needed to label a vehicle as certified. Headlights should work on certified car right? Vehicle stinks of tobacco and I think that should have been resolved or at least disclosed. Nice nice salesman but not a good experience.

1. I was sold an additional Maintenance Plan and later came to find out that it didn't in fact cover anything close to what was discussed. In fact, the plan application wasn't even completed. The servicing dealer (Not BlueBonnet) had to pull the contract info manually from the plan administrator to realize it wasn't completed properly.
2. As part of my purchase of a used 2016 Tundra, I requested that the clear plastic "Chip Guard" material which is applied to the edges of the doors, hood, fenders, and other locations on the truck get removed. This material degrades over the years and looks terrible on white vehicles. Well, the dealer agreed and seemingly melted the material off the vehicle, leaving a very ugly and very sticky mess all along the truck. Several washes (and hand waxes) later and it's still not completely removed.
I'm not angry - I'm just irritated. I'm irritated that I can't get anyone on the phone to discuss these concerns. I'm irritated that this is just one of those dealerships that is only concerned with moving product, and not building a working relationship with their customers.
I wonder how many return customers they have? I certainly won't be one of them.

Second most pleasant experience ever!!. Mr Ty Houser was my rep sale for the second time and of course did not fail to meet our expectation. Service update.. Service has actually gotten..... worse. If that was even possible. Don t ever expect a call back from anyone. If they work in your Jeep they leave everything loose and on top of that haven t been able to figure out what s wrong with my jeeps for over a year. I guess I ll wait for another call back..........

Variety of coffee and good assortment of work and relaxation areas made it comfortable for me to settle in and get some work done on the laptop as I waited (free WiFi). Timing was as promised (about 1 hour) so I appreciate that.

I usually have had great customer service but this last time i did not. My 2016 Jeep Patriot with 36,058 miles broke down on me. I took it in and I was told the clutch and cable went out. I asked how could that be its a new car? Of course its 58 miles over the warranty so i have to pay the repair.Then i was told that the clutch on all Jeeps go out at 15,000 miles. I find that hard to believe. This is the 3rd Jeep I have owned and the 1rst Jeep Wrangler I had its clutch went out at 120,000 miles. So there is no way i'm going to believe that what i was told was at all believable. I'm disappointed in the Bluebonnet Motors because they did not try to work with me with this repair. $1500 is a lot for someone to come up with but i have to to get my vehicle back. I wont be buying from this group any longer nor will i refer anyone. I know quite a bit of people that i will pass on this tid bit of information. Facebook will get some of this too.
Update: I am placing back my 1 star review.. this review i made was a lie. I was charged close to $700 bucks for this so called service.. when I tried to cancell it i could not get one single manger to call me back.. then when they finally did bc i wrote a review they send me cancel form for the service that was misrepresented. Now almost 2 weeks have past and they are not returning my email on the status. I don't recommend going here...

This is Brian Cherveny and I am writing this review on Russ Schriewer. From the first time I talked to Russ I was impressed with his honesty and response time. I reached out to many other dealers with trucks but there respone time compared to Russ sold me on the truck. We made the whole deal over the phone with being honest with each other. I would be willing to bet not mant people come from Houston to New Braunfels to buy a truck but it was well worth it. He had all the paper work in line and finance was just wating for signatures. We wer at your store just over an hour which was great. We had a 3hr drive ther and back. WE my wife and I were impressed from the top to the bottom how things were handled. On top of that he gave me the calander off his wall that I want thern I proceeded to lose it. Thanks again Russ job well done
Great experience start to finish! Love my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Rick Arvizu was my awesome sales consultant. Really appreciate the time he took to go over every feature on my vehicle and show me how to use it. His product knowledge is amazing! Ed, the new car sales manager gave me a really great deal on my Jeep. My Finance manager was Janeele. She actually made the loan process fun. Had a great time visiting with her and she was fast!
This visit was a bit unusual. Took me 6 hours to get washed, tires rotated and oil changed. Was scheduled for wash, oil change, tire rotation and fuel system flush. All were completed but fuel flush do to communication with shop. Took longer this time then last two visits combined.
Just purchased a used Lexus from Bluebonnet Jeep. Have to say it was a very pleasant experience and Bailey my sales consultant was great! No pressure tactics just honest communication and he worked very hard to get the car ready for me to my satisfaction.

We have purchased two Jeeps from Bluebonnet -- one in 2016 and one this past Saturday. Both experiences were top notch. Our latest purchase was made with the help of Russ and Ty. Both of these gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, and did everything they could to help with both the sale and our trade-in. We were in and out of the dealership in 3 hours including Finance and Make Ready, which is unheard of at other dealerships.

The staff treats you like family and they're always very up-front and honest with you. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Horrible sales person. Could not get returned call or text just because I didn't go for first vehicle they have. I know I asked for specifics but when paying over $45k I wanted to make sure it fits my needs and wants. No return call or texts is so unprofessional.

What a pleasant surprise to find a dealership where you can browse the lot without being hassled by aggressive, pushy sales people. When I stated that I was just looking, Mr. Solis answered several questions for me, gave me his card, and said to contact him if I had any further questions. It is one of the main reasons I bought a Jeep here instead of a car from the other dealerships I visited. They patiently answered any questions and clarified things when asked.
I have done quite a bit of car shopping and I can say by far this is the bet dealership out there. They will ask you if you need help and of you no, they will just walk away. They are also not super pushy when you are looking at and or talking to them. I also have to say that it was super easy to order my Jeep when it came time to order. So far I love this dealership.

Very crowded space. Quick Lane took 4 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. My sales package comes with a car wash and it wasn't even offered. Definitely WON'T be going back!

They try to get so many people in on my given day. Apparently nobody checks over the work that's been done. Everytime I've had it washed and sealant put on dirty spots are still on my truck.

Rick, Jose, you are right there if I have any problems. It s nice to have someone actually listen to you and Not pressure you. Rick also pushed to get all the credits allowed. Worst service department ever! I have had two recalls, they were supposed to call back to schedule never did. A clothes hanger hook broke, ordered the part never heard back from them. called today to tell them my headlight had gone out on my 2013 jeep grand cherokee with 36,500 miles and the service department guy said bring it buy and we will check it out. THE HEADLIGHTS OUT. He said he didn't know if he had the part. I said can you check to see before I drive over there. After a loud humph he transferred me to parts I guess he was too lazy to check himself. I will never buy another car from Blue Bonnet

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! Jeremiah Kimball helped me so much! He knew I was stuck in a truck I was financing for almost a 20 percent interest rate through a "no name" company from one of those buy here pay here places. He went to work on trying to find me a vehicle that had enough rebates to cover most of my upside down negative equity on my truck. Coming up short handed and out of options on his own lot, and trust me they had a wide selection with plenty of rebates, he reached out to fellow dealers about my situation. Together, the manager at Bluebonnet Ford and Jeremiah found a brand new, on the showroom floor, 2015 Ford Mustang Ecoboost with every single option added from the factory. With over $13,000 in rebates, it was enough to cover my negative equity in my truck, get me out of a extremely high interest rate, and put me into a new car through a reputable bank with almost a third of the interest rate! I can't say enough how happy I am with my purchase and the extremes that Jeremiah went through to get me my brand new beautiful car! The whole process was quick, painless, straight forward and easy. An important side note, Jeremiah didn't make a single dime or commission on the sale of the car, he just did what he felt was right to do for me and my family. Thanks Jeremiah and you are guaranteed to have my business, as well as all of my family and friends business for many years to come.
Had been in the market for a Jeep Wrangler for a few weeks. I had planned to spend an entire day visiting several dealerships. Bluebonnet was supposed to be the first stop. James introduced himself, asked what I was looking for, and presented his available inventory. Like many people, I went into this used car buying experience with doubt and distrust due to the stereotype used car dealers tend to have. Thankfully, I had the best experience with James and the rest of the Bluebonnet Jeep team. I live two hours from New Braunfels but I saw the vehicle I wanted online and contacted the dealership. We were able to conduct a full trade as well as purchase of the vehicle pending a test drive over the phone in one afternoon. It was a very easy experience and James was a delight to wish with. Throughout the entire experience, James and the dealership showed genuine care and trustworthiness. In fact, later in the day before we made the journey to New Braunfels, I received a phone call from him saying that as he test drove the vehicle he heard some slight noises and it turned out there was a couple of pieces of hardware that needed to be replaced. He guaranteed that the dealership would cover that without any expense to me. The repair was quite an expensive one and they also did an alignment and tire rotation on top of that. This showed me just how trustworthy and genuine this dealership is. Not only that but James took the time out of his day to personally drive the vehicle to me so he could take my trade-in while I was at work, during my lunch hour. This company has gone above and beyond what I expected and I will definitely continue doing business there.

Honestly, this was the most amazing experience ever, no hassle , no back in forth numbers game. Clean conversation and easy finance process. We were in and out in less than 30 mins.. typical dealers take all day literally! But but not here ;) The environment was warm and friendly, more like a family vibe not like a regular dealer wear the sales man chase you down before you get out of your car lol. Our sales man John Starr was our sales man, he was amazing. We arrived and he had our car fax ready, paper work drawn out. 110% amazing service!!!
Honestly the worst dealership I ve dealt with. Had I not felt the vehicle I got was perfect, I would not have given them my business. Our salesman was just very unprofessional and didn t care. When I got my car, I asked to have it detailed because come on, that s the least they could do. Well he told me it had just been cleaned. I take it home and I find papers from the previous owner, birthday cards, water bottles, crumbs and dirt all over and in the passenger seat storage, and worst of all FINGER NAIL CLIPPINGS. I m disgusted and will never ever ever send anyone here.
Terrible establishment , I m not sure how they manage to stay in business. I inquired about a Jeep and they didn t want to negotiate. I believed my offer was fair, to where they could have made money and saved me money at the same time. I based my offer on the traditional online sites such as KBB, Edmunds, and a few other, I even did a cost analysis in south Texas. In the end, the sales manager was short in the emails and didn t want to agree to further negotiate on the sale of the jeep. I figure if they treat their potential customers this, i can t imagine how they treat the current customers. Again, terrible place, from online experience to actual talking to a manager, and use the term manager loosely! I would give it zero stars if it allowed me!
