I really like my 2012 JK but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after I was told the battery was not under warranty because my JK is over 36k on the milage (barely over ) so I started to plead my case saying the battery should last longer than 23 months milage should not have any issue with it and it was also pointed out that my extended warranty does not cover it - what a waste of money. The service mgr did call me and once again I told him how unhappy I was about the whole ordeal and not until I was very ticked off did he even offer to replace the battery but by this time I had already ordered another battery and it was being delivered to me at my office today so can install it when ilater this evening. I have bought several vehicles from BlueBonnet going back to when it was still Bock Ford (1983 ) and I may not return . it seems customer service values do not matter anymore its all about the bottom line. If there was anything I didn't understand he would explain it. He makes you feel very comfortable and doesn't pressure you at all. No one answered the phone in their service department. No one returns calls in their service department. No one wants to help you in the service department. The only truly good thing about the service at Bluebonnet Jeep is the courtesy driver. The Porter who took me home from dropping the car off with the most delightful man I have not been up very long time.

sales people need to be more specific on what they are selling. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo last year and was told I could hook up a trailer to it. What I wasn't told was I had to get the wire activated at the dealer for 80$. Wth??? I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will not recommend this place after buying 2 vehicles from them.

We had been looking around for a reliable vehicle for my husband to drive around our daughter. Everywhere we went either was too expensive or was very rude. We found the truck we wanted on their used lot and its amazing. The guy that helped us was shane and honestly he was very refreshing and helpful. This is now going to be our number one spot to buy vehicles. It is worth the 30 minute drive.
Bought a used Rubicon from Nancy. She is very knowledgable about Wranglers because she owns one. If you want to learn about Jeeps, go to a dealer that specializes in them. I visited other Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealers in the Austin area that clearly new very little about Jeep Wranglers.
