Best buying experience EVER! Russ and Jeremiah went the extra mile to get me a very fair and super deal on my new 2020 Jeep Willys. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. If you want a great vehicle at a fair price, see Blubonnet Jeep! My wife and I had previously purchased 20 vehicles during our adult lifetime. By far, this was the easiest and BEST car buying experience we ve ever had. I searched online for the vehicle we wanted. I found the perfect vehicle on the Bluebonnet Jeep website and sent an inquiry. In less than 30 minutes, I received an emailed invitation to set an appointment to come test drive the vehicle from Russ Schriewer. I told him I could try to come by the next day. When I arrived at the dealership without an appointment, Russ, who had customers he was serving, asked Jeremiah Kimball, an associate, to assist me. Jeremiah seamlessly took me on a test drive and went through the vehicle and its options. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. Simultaneously, they developed a quote for my trade-in that I felt was fair. I made an offer and we were a bit apart so I decided to go home and think about it. There was no pressure and the discussion stayed very professional throughout.
Over the next couple of days, Jeremiah stayed in touch by text and phone calls to see if I had reconsidered but in a way that was respectful and without pressure. Finally, I made one last offer and he was able to gain approval for a very fair price for the vehicle and my trade. I immediately went to the dealership and this time Jeremiah was busy with a customer. So, Russ stepped right in and quickly and efficiently got me through the rest of the car buying process. EVERYONE I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, courteous and professional. I really appreciated the willingness of both Russ and Jeremiah to step in selflessly to assist a customer and not waste my time. The two year free oil changes and the year of free car washes was a very nice incentive!! This was a team effort that got superb results. Thank you, Bluebonnet Jeep!!!
