Excellent, honest, trustworthy service and product from Bluebonnet Jeep. On 12/31/2018, I had the most pleasant experience getting a 2018 Jeep Rubicon. My experience actually started at another dealership in town, IPAC Auto Center in San Antonio. I would have come to Bluebonnet Jeep in the first place, but for some reason, when I researched online initially, I could not find the particular Jeep I was looking for nor any 2018 JLs. So I actually went out to IPAC with my dad (who is well experienced in the realm of vehicle shopping), to test drive a Gobi Tan Jeep Wrangler (it was the older model, JK 2018) and compare it to the JLs. I really liked the color online and it was the only Jeep available nearby, in that color. Needless to say, I quickly saw the difference firsthand between the JK and JL Jeeps and quickly became interested in a White Rubicon JL 2018 they had. Long story short, the entire experience was a debacle and insulting; the battery to the Rubicon was dead, and nobody there knew why. And it was pulling teeth just to get them to give the numbers on the selling price of the vehicle, which they were dishonest about in the first place (quoting the MSRP price and not the internet price they had posted online). Leaving there, I somehow was successful in pulling up a list of the 2018 JLs available at Bluebonnet, and lo and behold, they had the exact same Rubicon. We had actually test drove a few Jeep Wranglers a couple years ago with Jeremiah Kimball, and I was happy to find he was still there. I actually googled the staff and found his pic, to get his name (I couldn t remember it at the time). I did remember that he did not use the usual heavy pressure car sales tactics and was hoping he was available still. Called and was able to speak with him. He was immediately helpful and honest in response to my questions. He pulled the Rubicon, the only one left with the specs I wanted, and when we arrived, met us out in the lot. We took the mean-machine out for a short test drive, came back, and I asked to see the numbers breakdown, liked it, and went for it. From Jeremiah being gracious and knowledgeable about the deal to the finance manager, Sheli, being just as personable, my confidence and peace about the vehicle AND dealership were high. They were both patient and efficient and it took no time at all to sign papers, and drive off. In summary, I left with a beautiful Rubicon, through the simplest, no-pressure, but most trustworthy (and dare I say again, HONEST), car-buying experience. I love my new Jeep Rubicon JL, and am ecstatic to join the Jeep family. But hands-down, when it s time to get a new Jeep, Bluebonnet Jeep is the dealership. There is no question, and the 45 minute drive from where I live, is 100% worth it. I have full confidence in the vehicle and the dealership, and I look forward to continuing service with them and their employees in the years to come. Great job Bluebonnet Jeep. Your standards of service are completely unmatched. Don t. Change.
