One of my local favourites. It can be challenging to find a table on one of the three stories at peak times (i.e. Friday afternoons).

A good selection of beers but most importantly the food is great. Lots of English style options, though I normally default to fish and chips (with tartar sauce and a little dish of mushy peas (though the mushy peas are not like home unfortunately)

A traditional British pub type decor brings lots of ambiance with the benefit of great service

First time visiting since Covid took over. They are on point as always. They have all the covid precautions in place you could ever need to feel safe and the food and cocktails are still the best around. If youre in NYC it is a must stop! Get an Irish coffee and see why this place is legendary.

Definitely lives up to the honor of being one of the world s best bars. I would regularly visit (pre-pandemic) even though I live in NJ, it was well worth it. The food is delicious and tasty as well. The bartenders are friendly and are experts as it relates to their craft. Looking forward to visiting again once it opens up, in the meantime I ll be doing the takeout because it is actually THAT good.

the food is delicious(try their gnocchis) and their cocktails are crazy good: tastly, subtle and strong.
the place is crowded on the weekend and it is hard to hear your people, but the ambiance is really nice. you have to try it at least once

If you're there for classic cocktails, skip the chaotic ground floor and head upstairs for the magical speakeasy room. Make sure to look for nights with a live ragtime pianist for the extra vibe.

Interesting place. There on a Thursday night and the bar was completely packed. $8 for a Heineken so not too bad. The restaurant opened at 5. Limited food menu but it was good. Drinks are all completely unique but expensive. $18 each. To me, that's steep, even for Manhattan. Overall an ok place but nothing I would specifically seek out again.

I don't believe in luck.
The only secret to success is hard work.
Always for the better
The only multivitamin containing Ginseng 115 I use pharmaton every day
I shouldn't be distracted and keep fit all day
Life is a marathon, and you should run endlessly
Pharmaton, never give up.

They have interesting flavored drinks of varied strengths. My favorite was Irish coffee. I loved their fish and chips. Their truffled fries are out of world. We had to wait 40 minutes to get a table, so plan accordingly. The drinks are quite pricey. Don't miss this place.

Easily one of the coolest bars I've visited in NYC so far. It's got all the feels: historic, Irish Pub, lively, divey, etc.

The chips here are so freakin' addictive! And they really nail the pies and scotch eggs. Absolute must visit if you're in the Financial District. Go late night if you're looking for some action.

It was a fun experience. A little hot but no big deal it was also an extremely hot day. I like the atmosphere and the people were fun and nice both the staff and the patrons. It was somewhat of an attraction but did not make it a bad bar. I think it would be a good time for most people especially younger people. I had a good time.

The ambiance was great and the cocktails were delish! I ordered the Irish coffee first which was so yummy. We also ordered the fish and chips to share at the table which was also very tasty. We were visiting from California and I'm very glad we took the time to visit this little gem. The cocktails are rather expensive but definitely a fun experience and well worth the spurge!

Go upstairs, way better than downstairs which is packed at night. Cocktails upstairs are $18, which is a bit pricey, but they are strong and we got to sample the punch as well. Good for one very different tasting drink, but I wouldn't stay for more.

Nice authentic pub. Menu resembles more of an English menu than that of an Irish one. Staff are good and friendly. I got the toasted cheese melt and my partner got the spaghetti. Both very nice.

Having been to great cocktail bars in Houston, it is clear New Yorkers think too highly of themselves to think this tiny place with understaffed bartenders is worth so much praise. My advice: skip it and go somewhere like the iconic St Regis bar (even SNL shows the mural behind Michael Che in opening credits). Sure the drinks might be good here but they are good nearly everywhere now.

The parlor was a highlight of our trip. The tap room made us want to stay forever. The Guinness was the best we have had outside of Ireland or the UK, but the food was phenomenal. The staff were attentive and each deserve 5 stars each.

The good things about this place are the food and drinks. Happy hour specials should not be missed. The bad is the over crowding. The amount of people after work is crushing. Every level of the establishment is full.

Dead Rabbit is a great experience; the staff, the atmosphere, the cocktails, the small plates, and the cool cocktail book menu all made for a pleasant evening. The only negative was the bread pudding. I recommend the pate and the $1 oysters available at certain times.

Yumzzz

You must update your social media with new photos from the menu. We came here for brunch and we had only 3-4 options from cold dishes. While we were there we heard people were coming for lunch too. The waitress didn't inform them that the options are very limited.
The sandwiches we took were tasty and fresh. A little overpriced though.

One of the best cocktails. The Taproom is quick but has limited variety of cocktails. Go to upstairs in the Parlor. You may have to wait long to for parlor as they do not take reservations and they have first come first serve policy. Great drinks, nice service and friendly staff.

If it is your first time they will give you a nice introduction about the place, name and drinks. Loved Stowaway from Sharp menu and Paradise Square from Ambitious(if you like a bit bitter and hot). The service was great. They were not able to make one of the drink I asked as they ran out of few ingredients and they gave me next drink on house.

The food was ok but I will definitely go back for drinks.

Dead Rabbit is a cocktail institution here in NYC. It's the type of place where you have two options, you can wait for a space upstairs or jump into the bar / Tavern that usually has seats at the street level. Waiting for a space upstairs is an entirely different and incredibly special experience. Highly recommend putting some time aside and waiting for the table upstairs so that you get the full experience. Custom cocktails are just a staple here. You simply won't find this level of Mixology anywhere else in New York City and dare I say perhaps anywhere else in the world. All that said, be prepared to throw down close to 18 $20 / cocktail. But they will be amazing.
