The buffet system is pretty nice. Provides you with a variety of proteins and vegetarian items. If you are a member of this hotel you also get to live in their rooms at a cheaper rate and even rent their banquet for a cheaper rate. I enjoyed my visit there alot.the food is good the ambience is good.

This is a 4 star hotel with very nice facilities and beautiful interior. The name of the bar is Library. Very nice place to spend time over there.

Hotel was neat and clean but few things need to be taken care 1) toilet didnt had soaps for washing hand 2) foods served were warm and not hot including soup which is not expected from this type of hotel. 3) waiters didnt knew how to serve food... Lot needs to be improved... i should have rated 2 but i am being generous for giving it 3 as having some soft corner for the hotel

The food spread was elaborate but didn't live upto the price and expectations...

There wasn't Much Food items Available From The Menu, Most Of Them Were Unavailable Or Out Of Stock. Staff Behaviour Was So-So. I'd Say Okay-ish. Food Taste Was "NOT GOOD" FOR THE PRICE !. The Buffet System Was Very Slow i Don't Know Why!. Their kadai Went Down So Early Though There Weren't Much People.

De Sovrani, at the first instance you will find it quite classy by name but truly speaking this hotel is not worth value for money. A hotel like Park hotel charges only Rs 10 for a 500ml bottle of water but here they charge Rs 35 for the same bottle. Rooms though are cosy but unless you call up the house keeping they won't provide you slippers, dental kit and shaving kit.... seriously disgusting. I won't recommend it anyone, if you are getting the same deal in some hotel, go for that. That's a fair fact.

Its a very good place. Neat and clean. Lacation is also good and the food is also great.

Best location near Salt lake sector 1 city center. Surrounded by Hotel Sonet & Golden Tulip. Still I would prefer this hotel dye to the polite & professional behaviours of each & very staff I met during my stay. I would love to stay here again. Rooms are clean. All amenities available. Or you can get these from room service. Gym is okay. Food taste can get better. Value for money.

No hot water most of the day. Weird policy on guests.

Not that a great hotel, but the dessert ( rasmalai ) and montecarlo ice-cream is incredibly awesome.

Not expensive, clean and service and reception good. Shower pressure and temperature need to be improve.

The terrace can be rented and it's pretty amazing there. The rooms are nice too. The staff is decent.

Worst ever Hotel I stayed in my 50 years of travelling... In Every aspects, Discourteous Front Desk Staff (For them Money is the only important thing as it appears), Just one Tea / Coffee sachet, Just one very small soap, TV Not working, Hotwater not coming even at 7.15 am, When called the house keeping staff says they will switch it on ???? Horrible experience.

It's a nice Hotel and at a good location. A mall, pubs, street food eating joints and some restaurants are nearby...

This place is good but what I could not understand is how come they go out of stock for beer at 9:00pm when that is the time people usually turn up.

Nice room to stay in, just right and comfortable. Housekeeping forgets to keep shower gel though. I also had issues on Day 1 connecting to Wi-Fi and thankfully worked fine thereafter. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Conference facility and lunch was good on the two day conference we had.

My review is all about fake assurance from the hotel staffs. For conducting a conference I was offered a complementary breakfast voucher from the team of Sovrani which was later rejected by them. The reason stated was the validity period whereas their staff memeber only corrected the printed date from 2019 to 2020 with a pen and putting his signature assuring this will be accepted whenever I want to avail it.
Today when I tried to avail it they completely rejected mentioning we cannot validate the signature so we wont be able to offer you the service.
Stop giving fake assurance to your customers just to create a momentary impression. My complaint is all about that.I could have easily paid out of pocket but I didn't as you guys did not meet your promises and I won't like spending my money in such a place.

Food is good, location is also good, but the space is not good enough so does the arrangement

The service staff at the hotel is good and responsive. The size of the rooms are quite compact. Overall it is decent in comparison to the price of the rooms.

Great . From food at the banquet to the presidential suite at the 9th floor . Rooms are great ... Deserves 5 star

Such a wonderful place! And specially the sand restaurant the skyview cafe though, Had a fantastic experience !

Do Not expect any hot water over there.. they say that its from 6am-10am and then they again switch it on from 6pm to 10pm. But thats not true! We didnt get a single drop of hot water all throughtout our stay! And since we were travelling with kids it was of grave inconvenience to us! Breakfast menu was also very poor! Not tasty food at all! The only part that was good was there gulab jamun!
