Awesome ambience...house keeping is nice..problem with the WiFi as it was slow.. swimming pool timing is not suitable as it was 8-8..apart from dat food quality n taste was amazing.

Its a sad plight for this property... i feel so bad that it has deteriorated so much....the service quality is so poor and unfriendly that one should feel unfortunate to have booked this hotel.

Good business hotel of medium range located near City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

Stayed 4 days on a business trip ...Good place .. very clean and hospitality was great.. BUFFET BREAKFAST was also very good... service was prompt.. they had good deals in the menu as well..

The quality of the experience will be remembered long after the price has been forgotten.

Place and ambiance is good..but unhappy about foods

In Salt Lake De Savarni was gone. Hospitality and Hall was not good. There was a lot of smile in the room, due to which the people did not stop there for a long time.

No value for money. Unwelcoming staff..Don't smile unless you do. Rooms don't have fan...Windows permanently shut. Exorbitant prices (4 to 6 times of MRP) for crisps, water, and cold drinks. Old furniture.

Very good quality with ample open space and parking

The location is lovely. Lots of open space around yet so near to the City Centre Mall. Parking is not an issue too. Though private covered parking is absent, open parking in front is adequate and safe enough. Rooms were clean and so were the linen. Breakfast is a combination of continental and Indian. It was wholesome and good though kinda repetitive. Overall I wasn't disappointed and I think everyone will come away happy.

A good business hotel located near City center 1 salt lake

Toilets r not in the ryt places....one has to climb up/dwn to use the restrooms....

I love the location of this building. Great spacious road is in front of this hotel. One of the biggest setup in Salt Lake.

Very expensive. You don't get what you pay for. The washroom in my room didn't even have a health faucet more popularly called "jet". AC was not efficient. Breakfast was good otherwise.

Nice banquet facility. Located in a very good position. Plenty of parking space available.

Overall the atmosphere is good.

The service personnel are well behaved & helpful.
The banquet hall I attended was not very spacious & was of a rectangular shape...which was not to my comfort.
The scenic beauty from the banquet hall was not at all apprecible.

Did not find the hotel to be a great one. Just little higher than average. Though I was in an official visit but did not like the food a lot either. A 3.5 rating would be more apt.

It s a beautiful property located at Sector 1.
They boast of a really cool terrace cafe called Sky View, which is a must visit.

They should appoint some smart staff to interact with the customers. Overall a good option to go.
