My review is all about fake assurance from the hotel staffs. For conducting a conference I was offered a complementary breakfast voucher from the team of Sovrani which was later rejected by them. The reason stated was the validity period whereas their staff memeber only corrected the printed date from 2019 to 2020 with a pen and putting his signature assuring this will be accepted whenever I want to avail it.
Today when I tried to avail it they completely rejected mentioning we cannot validate the signature so we wont be able to offer you the service.
Stop giving fake assurance to your customers just to create a momentary impression. My complaint is all about that.I could have easily paid out of pocket but I didn't as you guys did not meet your promises and I won't like spending my money in such a place.
