Marvelous hotel of mid range hotels with facilities of big ones, placed in the main Salt Lake City...

It was nice and within budget stay. Location is really good. Most of the places to visit in Kolkata are near to this hotel. Located on busy AJC Bose road and having walkable distance to Forum Mall.
The food is not good so consider to eat outside this hotel. There are many good restaurant nearby.

Nice place for hanging out..but lots of brand of liquor can be unavailable

The Hotel ambience was good but the restaurant Sand was mediocre with sub standard food .The taste was so poor it left a bad taste.Desserts were good but expectations from a 4 star hotel let us down.Our entire group who came were let down by there poor services.Would never recommend these restaurant to anyone

Good value for money, clean and hygienic hotel in Salt Lake area. Nice spacious rooms. Breakfast was freshly seved but they need to have more options for vegetarian food in it.

I recently stayed der with my husband and their hospitality and the way the reception people helped us and cooperated was realy appreciable..wat made me happy was der behaviour towards us...
rooms are quite nice and well decorated
I loved d view from d window as well
breakfast was also something I realy liked
would recommend this property
and expecting to return again

Enjoyed Durga Puja Nabami here. Awesome bengali cuisines in buffet. Excellent tastes and arrangements. Loved the Evening here.

Amazing service. But the rooms and the bathroom were small for me. Luckily, we were a group and also taken a Suite. The Suite was great and had a big bathroom.

Nice hotel beside Bidhannagar Mahakuma Hospital and 2 min walking distance from CC-1. Waiting lobby and food court is very good.

It it is a very big hotel and it is a expensive also for the below poverty person it is very much expensive but the hotel is very much needed and cleaned and maintained also it is very big and very beautiful

De Sovrani, one of the best hotels in Kolkata. They have a wide variety of amenities. There house keeping and room service is very good and the staffs are polite. The pictures uploaded are the view from the room of the hotel in the month of February.

i ve visited almost all the 5star hotels but this 4star hotel thinks it to be the most superior.. staff behaviour is just disgusting they are rude and impolite.. I would never waste my money on this hotel which is good for nothing. the front desk manager knows nothing about the hotel rule, the trainee boy gives a statement then changes it.. wasted my money here. please don t visit this cheap hotel

Good location in salt lake near to city centre 1. mid range hotel with lot of parking space and lot of activity around as city centre is walking distance away along with ambrosia bar ,sonnet hotel . Very near to salt lake fair ground in karunamoyee. Hotel staffs are courteous. I was there for a seminar the conference room is spacious can hold 100 people gathering .

Great Place and Great Banquets. A nice place for family gatherings and a great place to hangout for small parties with friends. Being located in the heart of the saltlake city it is highly accessible. The building is superb and well maintained. The hotel staff and the reception is quite good. Got a big parking space right infront of the hotel. The security system is impressive.

Overall good, bathroom had faulty hot water supply.even housekeeping staff could not solve the problem.only hot water in bathroom.

De Sovrani is located in the salt lake area (Prominent Location in Kolkata) and around 12 Kms from the airport. The rooms of this hotel are really good and staff is curteous and ready to help at all times. However the only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is its tiny buffet. It's so small that if you're gonna compare it with Hotels of NCR you will be really disappointed. But the room service makes up for the tiny buffet, I know what you're thinking. "Sounds like a delibrate Strategy right? I would say it is." But the price of menu items are not on the higher side so it shouldn't be a huge cause of concern. In fact the price of the mini bar items were on the cheaper end if you compare it Raddission chain hotels for obvious reasons. Overall I would say that the location, service and rooms make it a good deal any time.

Nice and elegant place. But the buffet dinner isn't very good. Rather i would rate it average. But decor and cleanliness are worth of 5 stars

Food is very overpriced. To add to this, mutton pieces had hair stuck inside it.
Overall it was the worst experience I have ever had. Waiters absolutely have no idea about the dishes. They say something and the dish turns out to be completely different.
I would not recommend this restaurant to any rational thinking person.

Nice hotel and good staff.. so far stayed twice overall satisfactory.
