Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, service at the breakfast less explanatory, crowded buffet and not suitable for a large audience, in the evening lukewarm food is not heated enough, not really tasty, a reasonable total and nothing more.I expected more

One of the most expensive hotels I have known.

One of the most expensive hotels I have known.
The return is not visible. !! More European breakfast. Really does not come close to breakfast in similar hotels in the country.
It seems that more tourists are targeted less at Israelis. All service providers speak almost no English.
The showers - at such a price I expect to enjoy a shower
And not looking for the water that will wet me. Weak current on an inhuman level.
When we were asked in the dining room if everything was fine. We woke up to the shower. Promised to check. No response back!

Pool - to their credit cold water with free ice. Along with that if you want to buy cola or beer. Prices .......

In short Ler seems to be coming back here.

3 rooms 2 nights NIS 10,000 does not justify.

SPA is so-so ... Promised that the coolest in Tel Aviv. So what ? The pool is not indoor, the wind is outside, so sit in the recreation room with other clients ... Separate steam room in the locker rooms .... You order a SPA for a girl, go with her and take a steam bath separately ... and what do you call it ?!
What we liked ... Service, massage, dressing gowns, champagne brought with us did not interfere with drinking, and even in the shower they came to our dressing room in Murzhsky an hour later, after we looked there .

Service consciousness above and beyond.

Service consciousness above and beyond.
Excellent food.
Clean and well maintained.
The variety of dishes in the dining room needs to be increased - especially on weekends.

Highly recommended for couples and families

We were very disappointed with this hotel which is supposed to be a 5 star.
The reception at the pool is scandalous the staff not accommodating I wanted to receive a friend at the pool at the end of the day we asked her to pay 80 to return (stolen !! Never seen in other similar hotels nearby ). The room was not renovated and the bathroom noisy with seepage we paid dearly and it was not worth the price.
And to top it all off we are forced to pay 200 tax for a stay of 2 days only while I am French they justify themselves by saying that my partner had dual nationality to charge the full tax with that of room service while I paid.
In short, scandalous to avoid !!!

Nice hotel Clean room equipped with comfortable bed, waiting time for elevator can reach 5 minutes if there is a load. The pool is not large or small. Most of the area of the pond is shallow water. Food is fine except for the chicken that was not cooked, a mediocre selection of salads, and I got a room without an eiderdown so that smokers would have to go down to the lobby to smoke.

Undoubtedly a high-quality hotel, an impressive structure that sits on the canopy of Tel Aviv's first line to the sea, the hotel offers a spectacular pool, fine dining room, courteous and quality staff, pampering spa, room service, spacious lobby and excellent business trolls. The hotel is a little expensive Although on the high level we were a little expensive and a shame we will not be able to return every time we want, the prices are fierce beyond that the amazing place and strict design see that there is good management in the hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel. Situated across the road from the sea, almost all of the rooms have a full sea view. We had a wonderful stay here and hope to come back. There was a single reason why I didn t give this a 5 star rating so let me share that now, and then tell you about how wonderful this place was.

Waiting 25 minutes for the checkout, when we already had a copy of the bill was waaay too long. Please can we have a fast track checkout next time?

OK, now onto the great points about the hotel.

Location - situated almost halfway between Old Joffa and new Tel Aviv, you can walk to either in about 20 minutes (a wonderful walk along the sea front.) Despite overlooking a busy road, the hotel soundproofing means your stay is nice and peaceful!

The sea view rooms give you floor to ceiling views of the sea. Your view will be out towards Old Joffa (if you are looking left facing the sea) or up towards Tel Aviv (if you are looking right towards the sea.) Our view was right giving us sight of windsurfers off the beach and down to the Hassan Bed Mosque.

Despite being a city hotel, this is a large and spacious building. The lobby area opens onto a vast atrium combining the bar and two restaurants. The Jaffa Court restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating (covered for the Sukkot) which hosts buffet breakfast and dinner. The fancier Aubergine restaurant was not open on the Shabbat so I didn t try it. The food was good here. We dined on the penultimate night of Simchat Torra and enjoyed wonderfully fresh local food. The service was attentive. The bar had a good range of local and international drinks including some great wine from the Golan Heights. The local Gin was not to my taste but I appreciated the bar staff recommendations.

On the lobby floor is also a cigar lounge, the IHG club - two galleries, car rental, kids s shop and concierge. We booked a few restaurants through the concierge which was super helpful as we found our feet in the new city.

The rooms were very large and clean. They were well appointed modern amenities like USB chargers on the desk and next to the bed. They even had high power USB connections meaning I didn t once have to pull out my plugs to charge various devices.

A floor to ceiling window took up almost all of the external wall offering a true sea view and flooding the room with light. A small sofa looking out onto the sea was a great place to while away a few hours.

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang your clothes. We slept fantastically for the whole week.

Poolside was plenty of space to find get your good spot. The pool was big and warm, a smaller kids pool was permanently shaded. A lifeguard was on duty for most of the day and the pool staff were around to help you wrestle with the parasol. A good selection of salads and burgers were available from the pool bar with service to your lounger. The pool location was a floor above street level which meant it was windy and noisy when we were there. (not sure about the wind, the building site across the road and the traffic accounted for the noise ) Despite the noise (this was a bustling city after all, the poolside was very pleasant.

Overall, this was a great hotel and a great stay. It served as an excellent base for our time in Tel Aviv and travels further afield. We d have no hesitation of staying here again.

great hotel with good service and almost on the beach. the issue is the parking which is very high but probably similar to other high end hotels. prefer the boutique one on these up scale big hotels because it start to loose connection to the person..

Almost everything is closed on Saturday. Something that was not told when booking the room!! Even room service only serves cold food from Friday afternoon until Saturday evening. Waste of money..
Also the hotel staff don t speak Hebrew which is a bit absurd as the hotel is located in Israel

Overall a very nice experience. I was uncomfortable with the staff, mainly servers always anxious for us to finish up (in dining room, spa, pool). I got the feeling I was imposing on their time and they wanted to go home. Reminders of closing time in various areas was said with a sharp tongue instead of a smile. Cudos to the concierge who found my missing robe and it was returned folded on my pillow.

We were guests at the hotel hotel on sept 20-21 2018 : My son and his wife and four boys : 7,11, 14.,17, my son and his companion and myself and my caregiver.
I must commend you on the wonderful service of your new young staff. They were exceptionally helpful as I am disabled.
Though we arrived early the check in was quick and efficient and the rooms were set up as we requested while we were out and we weren't disturbed. The breakfast was good as were serving crews.
As Sabbath observers we were able to take our leave after sundown without being disturbed.
A special commendation goes to your new young manager Ian Young for his helpful impeccable service.

I could not make the trip from Forest Hills N.Y to the wedding of my grand daughter at the hotel on 6/29/17 but I am so sorry. I am 87 yrs.old and home bound and wish Nicole and Jason all the health and happiness in their future. LOVE NANA

It was a fantastic place. I spent a weekend on the hotel because I had a early morning meeting on Friday and they made it real easy for me. Great wines, beers and food. You can to out and try some micis too, Tel-Aviv is a modern and splendid place to visit: you will for sure find what you are looking for.

Pretty good experience, the rooms and gym are nice, and breakfast is good. At the end of our stay we were disturbed by drilling sounds for two days starting at 7am. Also the pool is not heated, rendering it useless if you're not staying in summer.

So disappointed by this hotel .... malodorous rooms service pedestrian quality pool too small compared to the size of the hotel. Not to mention the meal of chabah ... Saturday lunch being worse than Friday night. In short even the breakfast leaves something to be desired ... last time I think

Just PERFECT.

Well situated hotel, wonderful view, room old with renovation planned, bathroom renewed, beds still very comfortable. We are here for the second time. Darkening by curtains o.k., however, light passes under the door .... as well as noise from the corridor. Room cleaning top, but the service does not correspond to the stars and especially not the price, which is clearly way too high and clearly overpriced. Breakfast very modest and quality of food and selection by no means a European and international Intercontinental Standart ..., coffee but good! Service also miserable, slow and not very friendly. Front desk little friendly and luggage service not available! Pool area acceptable, water temperature too cold and could be heated for this time of the year! In general stay disappointing for an Intercontinental! Pity!

We booked a room in a hotel on the 22nd floor with a sea view,
We made a marriage proposal in the room, we organized the place even before the couple arrived.
The hotel provided us with a very high level of service and help in transporting the equipment to the room.
We have really enjoyed !
Thank you :)
