Don't make the mistake of doing any dealings with this agency. They are running a racket of stealing security deposits from unaware tenants. They are hand in glove with scummy landlords and will do everything in their power to grab any extra penny out of you.

We had a lovely 3 year stay in Singapore as an expat couple and the ending experience was ruined by this unprofessional and disgusting agency.

Please save your money and stay away from these guys.

Worse agents ever in my life in any country!!! Not reliable, not following up, arguing, excuses and 0 contact, not settling tenants in any way! Hard to even contact agency to file complain on agent! Irresponsible company and even more people they hire! I strongly do not recommend these agency. Stay away if you want to avoid problems!

Was engaged to one of the main agent from this company to sell the house. The main agent didn't even required both owners consent and brought 3 agents and 2 interested buyers to look around the house immediately after the photos has posted 2 days later in Propertyguru. As the other owner of the house, there was no consent, no proper communication and no arrangement were given when the unit is posted to Propertyguru to sell. At the same time, those agents visited when the owner was not around, leaving the kids to handled. Those agents also did not introduce themselves and just barged into the house without the owners agreement. Moreover, the agents brought the interested buyers to look around the house as if the house was empty. The experience with them was very rude. With no actual consent and procedures going through from the owners of the house, the main agent lack of professionalism.

Reach out to aim higher...many possible opportunities

Been renting this place, and the landlord's agent is from Orange Tee. The agent keep arranging for people to view the house to sell the house. I can understand that the landlord wants to sell the house and facilitate for viewing, but the agent keeps requesting for multiple viewing last minute and as and when her potential buyers want to view, disrespecting my time. Also, during COVID now, agent did not take safety precautions for viewers and my safety. It is disturbing my peace of mind as a rent payer.

I am a tenant who finished my lease and did not get my security deposit back from the landlord

The agent, Janice Sze who works for Orange Tee BLOCKED my handphone number when I asked for her assistance in getting the phone number/address of the landlord in order to facilitate things

The legal and claims department, Shaun HUNG up on me when I asked them to communicate with Janice to get the address of the landlord in order to file a small claims tribunal
He also scoffed and asked me why I m harping over a one month rental of a small amount (3.6k)
His tone was unprofessional as a lawyer and it was disappointing to know that these are the standards in singapore

Please be very very wary if you are a customer tenant of agents from orange tee. This is an unregulated company in a first world country

Is it true they don't care about customer complaints against their agents?.Otherwise we can complain to CEA?.They CEO already say Orangetee has "high intregrity".

I think they did a great job helping me with property. Very professional! I was in China for a few months, and they still made sure to reach out to me and consulted me about the property i was interested in.

Contacted the agent Sharon Tan from Orange Tee about her listing I saw on propertyguru. Sharon is unprofessional, rude, condescending, immature and unfit to be an agent. She has no idea about the apartments she is renting out, and mixed up the number of bedrooms from the different stacks.

If you're an owner, there are plenty of other more professional and capable agents in Singapore for you to choose from, one that doesn't drive away potential renters interested in your apartment. Spare yourself from the unpleasantries of dealing with OrangeTee and look elsewhere.

For all the effort, responsiveness and efficiency, even I didn t get the unit as I was slightly slower. But thanks and appreciate that you re the ONLY agent replied my messages.

I met the worst agent from this agency. Please do not ever engage with them, they refused to return my rental deposit and was very rude throughout our entire tenancy period. The main reason why we moved was because we did not want to deal with the unprofessional agent anymore.

No professionalism. Set up a viewing with Michelle Tan only to be cancelled on when i'm already there. I'd be wary of such sloppy work if I was a landlord.
