Excellent compromise : 2 minutes away from the beach, 2 minutes from the market, 10 from rotschild bd and its nightlife, 15 from the charmung village of Jaffa.(walking distance)

We stayed at a hotel at our wedding and it was just disappointing at a level we didn't think would happen, I never disappointed at a hotel and certainly didn't think it would happen at a hotel that is considered one of the best in Tel Aviv, giving you the feeling that they are doing you a favor to stay with them, snobby behavior of hotel employees and I am not even talking about it That they were completely oblivious to the fact that we got married and apart from a chocolate cube, we got nothing.
Whoever gets married and wants to be pampered is not the place.
In addition to all this the breakfast is very basic and does not mention breakfasts like other hotels.
The low-quality spa facilities and the wet sauna don't really work.
I've never been disappointed like that

While a luxury and beautiful hotel. But a lobby restaurant is very expensive even though everything tastes good there. If you order a cup of coffee you will know that there is no big coffee ... small. And always cold !!

Security is quite tight, so make sure you have a key card and room number ready at all time as a lot of staff will ask you for it. During check in the staff made it plain that using points puts you at a disadvantage even if you have status with IHG. The first person we had for check in tried to give my fiancee and I a nice upgrade for a balcony and was immediately shut down by a colleague because "they paid with points", which is disappointing considering I have stayed at other IHG for points where it was not a sticking point. The room had an amazing view and the bed was quite comfortable, the shower was odd to operate but had nice pressure. All in all it was perfectly comfortable but I would not stay here again.

I arrived for breakfast only at NIS 127. I was given stomach pains after a meal for two days.

This is definitely one of the nice hotels in Tel Aviv. It is located well right by the sea and walking distance to the business district. The food is nice and not beyond. The business lounge floor has a good terms and amazing view. It is a cool location for a conference

Its a big Hotel just in front of the Beachside. Nice cozy Rooms, a bit too much A/C when I got in but everything adjustable.
Huge and delicious Breakfast Buffet with a wide variation of choice.

Friendly and cooperative Staff and nice Hotel amenities. The Gym is well enough equipped to get in a decent workout. Spa available but i didnt go. The Poolside is nice with maximized Sunlight and a small Bar to get your Poolneeds tended to.

Best location, close to everything especially Old Jaffa. Just stay here and rent a scooter (Lime) to get around!

The hotel is excellent The security guards are very poor when it comes to careless, polite vehicles. There is a security manager down below who acts like a commander in a novice base acting disgracefully to public car drivers bringing tourists to the place

Always the best! Good Smoke bar there next to the lobby. But bad experience I meet real jigalo (Alfonso). He looks good wearing and friendly speaking how he's rich. He has a gallery bla-bla-bla. Talked to all the people there I'm not sure if they know each other. After he lost he's kye and pasport. But before it was on the table. At list you have to pay he's bill also. And the bar is not cheap there. I want to say for all women be careful! Keep your eye on.

It is a hotelazo, spacious and bright rooms overlooking the beach, very comfortable bed and nice and practical bathroom. Fruit and water courtesy, very much appreciated. The breakfast very pleasant and varied; Many local options and a correct oriental corner. Very friendly treatment (we must remember that the language, both verbal and non-verbal, is sometimes abrupt, even to Spaniards who have our fame, it's another language and that's the way it is!) Curious, curious and sometimes annoying the theme of the Sabbath and other Jewish traditions that surprise the "globalized" traveler. The hotel strictly respects them

Great Hotel. One of the best in Tel Aviv.
Make sure to get a new room in the upper floors. The floors 9 and below are at least 20 years old and kind of 'historic' or run down. I complained at the reception and got one of the freshly renovated rooms.

I am now going to the InterContinental Tel Aviv Hotel from the Cassis Jaffa restaurant in Tel Aviv

The hotel does appear to be of a high standard, but please note that when you register at reception, you will be upgraded to special conditions and signed up without your knowledge of various amounts as stated by the receptionist, there is a method of bite. Also, the club lounge floor ensures meals and drinks throughout the day and practice. There is nothing but drinks and cookies except crackers and cheese in the evening, I was expecting a lot more than such a level hotel, the attitude towards guests after their stay is impatient and disappointing. The total hotel did not meet expectations.

Large hotel, in front of the sea, the only thing to highlight is that the temperature of the room can not be regulated to your liking, the tv is not smart tv, otherwise, correct.

Too expensive for what you get, pricey paid parking, dinner is disappointing, rooms are old

Hotel outside nice, inside very run down old water damage everywhere, dirty, room so cold not warmed because there is no heating! Had to let us bring radiators in the room and it was dirty !!!! Unreasonable for $ 415, - per after without tax !!!!!
Never again!!!!

Excellent location, great sea view from the window. The rooms are not very modern , soundproofing is not at it's best. Check in/out took a while.

Comes to the hotel several times a year.
Luxury hotel, decorated room, attentive staff, pool, gym and spa.
Rich breakfast.
Even during Corona - the hotel is partially working, the staff goes above and beyond to provide a customer-service experience, despite all the difficulties.
Especially the security guard at the only entrance at the moment to the hotel who always receives the guests with a smile and a greeting of peace and also at the exit.

The rooms with the terrace are very old.

Great service and hotel (everything looks fine, unbelievable that it was built 20y ago). Unfortunately there is a lot of plastic waste, e.g. for a quick lunch (to go) we wasted more plastic than we normally have in a entire week. This should be improved.

Loved the variety of the food they had for a breakfast and how it was labeled. I am a picky eater and I was thrilled that at all points I knew what the item is made from. The only bad thing about this hotel was the slow service in the lobby bar/restaurant, plust they messed up the order. Great and clean hotel at the perfect location. Wakable to all sites you want to visit in this part of Tel Aviv.

I was in the hall below, this is a very nice hall, the bathrooms are a bit far away but in a nice room

I arrived at a meeting of about two hours and during this time I enjoyed the peace and quiet and beauty, there is an art gallery on site and a courteous staff, a prestigious bar, the place invites all religions including everything.

Very noisy rooms next to the elevator. I asked to change. Very impolite manager. They gave me again a room near the elevator.

Be aware! a health hazard.

At around 10 in the morning, when hotel guests were in and around the pool, I noticed the pool staff using a highly toxic solvent (turpentine) to remover paint residues from the pool liner (where the overflow grill is). I was looking closely and the staff weren't making sure there was a complete separation between this toxic chemical and the water.

The smell was horrible, not to mention the possible health-risks. Turpentine can irritate the skin and eyes, damage the lungs and respiratory system, as well as the central nervous system when inhaled, and cause damage to the renal system when ingested.

It felt like sitting in the middle of a construction site rather then a vacation. I approached the pool s manager which said it was absolutely safe and that there's a filtration system. REALLY?
When I approached him again, he undermined the possibility that I can smell this chemical and said I was talking rubbish (but did, however, tell his staff to stop doing it). So rude.
When I approached the pool manager s boss, he said I was right, but was a bit aggressive and was talking to me while going back and forth and doing some other things. Not polite.

I wonder what the ministry of health would have thought about this.
