David InterContinental Tel Aviv Review

I like this place and location. However I was really displeased with personal.
As a member of international exhibition I had to have a dinner in the restaurant. We were told that from 13.00 we may come.
But five managers and waiters didn't let us inside. We were told that before, the first hundred of exhibition members should go to eat outside. To the hot sun, the temperature outside was higher than 30 degrees, for not young people.
We were waiting more then 40 minutes to come in. It was awful and I felt shamed for the country, because I heard how disappointed were people, because of this decision of personal, and also because of their manner to "excuse". This "manager" on the photo instead of apologies for inconvenience, told us several times, that she has no care, she has instructions.

Breakfast on sabbath Saturday was fantastic. Great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. Pastries and breakfast sandwiches

We will be staying here twice. The first time the accommodations were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Right near the ocean (about a block). At the time there was a lot of construction in the area.

A classic great hotel right next to the beach. Very close to lots of main attractions tel aviv have to offer.

I have never seen such disorganization in a hotel or restaurant of this standard. We were rejected by the two main restaurants by prison guards disguised as masters who knew neither the word "sorry" nor the word "hello". We were rejected to the cafe / restaurant where we waited for our order more than half an hour. No service, banal and expensive food. This place is indecent and deserves 0 star

Other good 2 weeks at this hotel. Room 2as perfect looking over beach. Bar staff a little slow witted but for given. Perfect place to visit Tel Aviv. Will be back.

Big hotel, nice room, can be darkened well during the day. Varied breakfast buffet.

This hotel was fantastic when is was built, decades ago. It is desperate need of a renovation. The prices are ridiculous. The location is decent.

Sorry, the intercontinental is in Tel Aviv. They have ones in Jericho and I think one in Bethlehem, but not Beer Sheba.

Very soundproof rooms, especially if a connecting door is available

This is an excellent hotel with a high standard, conferences, high standard.

Expensive hotel very close to the beach and Jaffa for those looking for luxury and quality service in IP

Very poor restaurant inside the Hotel.. and so expensive, almost 4 times higher then prices of restaurants around the hotel.
My suggestion - you are few steps from Jaffa's old city, lots of good restaurants there with half cost, great landscape to the coast and Tel Aviv.. go there and you will enjoy much more.

The rooms are excellent and the service is good.
Too bad they really exaggerated with the prices in the restaurant and room service (a sandwich, even if very good, should not cost 95 shekels).

The restaurant pretends to be prestigious but the waiters do not know the rules of the ceremony, as far as the atmosphere is concerned

Great place and kitchen and pool and waiters and this is one of the best TA hotels.

Great location and nice views, close to the beach. Good food and most of the rooms have been updated. Front desk lacks some organisation, but staff was friendly.

Excellent Hotel!
In Tel Aviv, great but not for any "pocket"!

Very fancy hotel, with a plethora of choices to entertain. The place is clean, the mattresses very comfortable. The location is on the beach and walking distance to the Carmel Shook (souk).

Mold on the wall in the bathroom. Room smelled like old smoke. Beds weren t tidy. Stains on the toilette and couch. Hairs on the desk and info broschure. The breakfast ordering sheet was already filled out.

I was there for a professional conference and not for the purpose of accommodation and hospitality.
The hotel looks big, neat parking lot, nice and well maintained entrance.
Great location by the sea. As a venue for conferences, the place is an excellent choice - there are several halls of different sizes with equipment for presentations and excellent sound. Refreshments and drinks are served throughout the day.
Lunch was held at several locations in the hotel, so there was almost no pressure from the amount of people.
The selection of food is less impressive in relation to the size of the hotel.
The same goes for the cost of parking for conference attendees - 60 NIS after a discount that in my opinion was room for another reduction in price.

Charming and beautiful hotel experience we expected when we arrived this morning, but the attitude of the reception staff just beneath criticism, did not come across such a patronizing and dismissive Nowhere is supposed to give me a service.
Here certainly did not go back and take care to pass it on ...

Combined with a delicious lunch ... everything was well organized .. consider it a luxury hotel..in short recommended to everyone .....

Good hotel in Tel Aviv. All staff are friendly. Breakfasts are brilliant. Very nice views.

It's a shame that whoever comes there can not take a look at the kitchen holes ...

Large. corporate. Generic. Overpriced. Clean and decent service. Get a room with a balcony and enjoy the ocean view. Personally, I'd recommend finding a boutique hotel.

Dan Panorama is a hotel near the mosque; near the Dodfi club; where 11 years ago a terrorist blew up our children.
There is an outdoor swimming pool in the street and there is no place to hide from the sun except for umbrellas.
Spa so-so.
The food is good. The courteous attitude of the staff.

A huge hotel on a plain ... Nachmagd ... food on the face .... do not know what a vegetable and salad .... disgusting food ... and there is no choice of food .... the workers there more than the guests .... Hotel Schell Not recommended ..... Breakfast is also on the face

5 star beachfront, lots of luxury, good pool .... next to the Dan Panorama hotel.

Nice Hotel close to the beach. Prices are quite high though for what you get and the bar closes early. Overall a nice location but for that price there is room for improvement.

There is no better hotel in Tel Aviv than InterContinental, the hotel has recently been renovated and looks great, great pool and great food, courteous service and simply a pleasure hotel.
If you are a tourist in Israel, first of all welcome;) intercontinantal is the best location, between all the interesting places to see, the hotel is big in fact, 555romes big swimming pool, great food and service. In a walk distance u can find the Carmel market and please do not miss this market. Enjoy

Excellent service, lovely staff and little care. The services are worthy of the standard of the hotel.

I showed up for bfast and was told that I had it already. Told me that I paid for one person when I had paid in advance for 2 and had not have bfast yet.I had to insist and have them check with the reception. I could have been spared the embarrassment. They could not figure it out and after standing there for several minutes they let us have bfast. Miscommunication within the establishment . Then they had construction going on. My flight was leaving late I paid an extra night to have peace of mind and being able to check out around 8pm. Mission impossible because of the construction that started around 10am. At first I didn't mind cause we went out for the day but it started again around 5 pm when we were trying to rest before the flight home. The hotel is nice, lots of employees, good security, nice location, nice rooms, but unfortunately was disappointed.
