Showroom was beautiful and breathtaking with all the amazing pictures from Mr. Edward's mission trips to Africa. We actually got to meet Dave Edward's and it was a great honor. He was very nice and thanked us for stopping by. Our salesman Patrick Culbreath was very knowledgeable, wonderful and very helpful. The financial assistant John David was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He did chew gum though the entire time he was talking to us. Overall a fantastic experience and we are extremely excited about our beautiful new Toyota Tundra truck!

Unreliable service, twice we are sure that their service was incomplete. Didn't do what they said. Last week we got out truck back and every tire had a different pressure, up to 10 points varied! Wait is long even with apt.

My service experience was poor. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was told that the replacement part ordered was not the right one. Including drive time, I wasted an hour and a half of my weekend.
I'd been thinking of upgrading my 2003 Infiniti for a while but finally went into Dave Edwards on a whim, in the middle of a busy Saturday. Ronnie Ray took care of me as soon as I came in the door, he was very courteous and friendly and I felt like I was in good hands. He got me trade-in value on my old car and a great financing deal and even waited till after they were closing to make sure I was all set to go. I couldn't be more grateful for his service. I love my new RAV4 and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for my next car!

Falsified work order! Signed specific documentation that work was completed by technician when it was not. Their idea of correcting this was to apologize. I cannot accept dishonest practices from this dealership. Cannot trust my safety to a liar. So disappointed

Had a great experience buying my new RAV4 and they were super helpful after the car was hit less than 5,000 miles later. I had been having issues with my 07 Toyota Camry for months. Billy (maybe Bill) one of the mechanics there worked on my car and did a great job. Other mechanics told me to do this or try that but Billy was right on point with my issue. In addition Dave Edwards drove me to work while I was having my car worked on.
John David and Abraham are true assets to this dealership. Their knowledge and the want to help is second to none. I appreciate everything they done and we will do business with Dave Edwards Toyota again.
Will not ever Go back to Dave Edwards Toyota to Buy a Vehicle again. IWe purchased a Highlander and the Warranty from them in February, and were having issues with the Bank that Financed the Suv. We have Refinanced the Highlander with Another Bank and gone with the Company they recomended for the Warranty on the SUV.. We called John David who did the Financing At Dave Edwards while We were at the Bank which was refinancing the SUV, and were told we would be getting $1500 back from the unused Portion of the Warranty, our Bank said it should take 30 Days to receive the Refund. 2 Weeks ago, I took the Paperwork up to Dave Edwards, Spoke with Ashley, who made Copies of the Paperwork and told Me I could come back in about 2 Weeks and pick up the Check. Now John Davisd-Financing Guy is saying it could be 3-4 Months before we will see the refund. We have tried to speak with John David and Ashley but either they don't answer their Phone, or have already gone Home at 3:00 in the Afternoon. The only reason I went to Dave Edwards, I live Close to Clemson, is because I have heard Don Wilton of First Baptist-Spartanburg talk about buying His Vehicles from there. When this is over-Never again will I Purchase a Vehicle from them-this is turning into the worst experience I've ever had Buying a Car. Buyers beware-DON'T GO THERE.
The initial experience was ok, and Roberto did a great job, but the accessories department fell through and ruined the experience. Was shown a picture of black leather seats, and decided to purchase them, (twice what the cost would be anywhere else). I had to go up to the dealership to ask about when they would be put in. Nobody ever called, and when I arrived I was told it was because someone was on vacation. I took my truck in, and had to leave a credit card number to use a loaner vehicle while mine was having the seats put in. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I noticed the color was a gray not black like I had selected. I went back in to talk to the gentleman who had originally sold them to me and he apologized and told me from now on he would make sure and let customers know it won't be exactly what's on the screen. This was of no help to me, and now I am out $1300 and not happy with the product I received. Was also told by the accessories guy that my truck would be filled up and to make sure and bring it in empty. I drove my expensive mistake off the lot still on empty being told another lie. The service department also left several tools in my vehicle. Not a good experience at all. You can get a better deal with less pressure and much better service over in Greenville. Don't waste your time at Dave Edwards.
Dave Edwards has since contacted me after writing the review and made the issue right. I now have what I had originally anticipated having and am satisfied. Hate it took all of this, but glad it is resolved.
I had a dreadful morning at Dave Edward's Toyota and would not recommend them to anyone! I had an appointment for service at 9:30. At 10:30 they still had not started working on my car, and a girl came to tell me that it would be another three hours before I'd be finished. When I asked what the value of my 9:30 appointment was, she said all the other people had appointments too. When I suggested that they made too many appointments at 9:30, she said they were short on technicians. If that's true, they need to make fewer appointments! That's not something I should be responsible for! I was there for a recall, the cure for which apparently takes two hours--but no one told me that until I was ready to head out the door, including the service guy who signed me in (I think his name was Peterson) or the gal who was my "personal representative" or whatever she called herself. And the person making my appointment on the phone should have had some inkling as well. After I'd already waited an hour, I was offered a ride home which was quickly rescinded when they found out I'd driven down from North Carolina!
I ended up leaving, having wasted at least three hours of my precious time, and I will NOT go back, ever. What a disappointment!
Joel was a very helpful salesman especially since this was my first time purchasing a used car! He was very knowledgeable and show me a lot of options based on my price point.

When I called to express an interest in a couple of cars that I was viewing online, Haley Farmer took my call. Haley did a great job as she discussed the vehicles of interest and gathered information about my needs as a possible buyer. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable as I talked with Haley who maintained a pleasant attitude and was most attentive and patient and never hurried the conversation.
Haley asked if I would like to come in and talk to someone. I was very comfortable with Haley Farmer. I really just wanted to continue the process with her. However, I shared with Haley some of my expectations/fears concerning this car salesperson. She assured me that I would be pleased. I agreed, and she arranged an appointment for me to meet with Jared Back.
When I arrived at Dave Edwards Toyota, Jared Back was waiting for me. Haley was right. I was very pleased. Jared Back was not that salesperson that I had dreaded. Jared is a fine young man with a great personality and a positive attitude. He is most kind and considerate. Based on the information Haley had passed along to Jared, he had a GOOD game plan together for me. Jared had several vehicles ready to show me. He shared features of the vehicles in an unhurried manner, giving me plenty of time to look and ask questions. He also pointed out a couple of other vehicles that might meet the requirements that I desired. The process was very relaxed, never hurried or pushed.
Terrible liars at this place. High pressure, they bait and switch you by sending you a car on the internet, and then trying to sell you another for way higher. I specifically asked Roberto, their manager, if they had this car in stock and he said yes. Liars, fraudsters, swindlers. Wont be back, Jack.
I ve purchased two new cars from Dave Edwards, and my mom has purchased one used and one new. We keep coming back because of the excellent service. They really worked with me and made sure I could get in a car after my vehicle was totaled, which was a really stressful time! We love Dave Edwards Toyota. Dave Edwards has always had wonderful customer service and prior to covid, there was never a problem getting my car taken care of. Now they seem understaffed and it is difficult to get an appointment unless you plan a week in advance. I really miss the old Dave Edwards.
Dave Edwards Toyota has the nicest waiting area I have ever been in! Clean, friendly staff, good coffee and free cookies and Wi-Fi! And I got a manicure while I waited. Not a bad way to spend a morning if you have to have your car worked on!
Found the vehicle I wanted in stock here after searching online. I'd already tried to do a deal with Toyota of Easley but they lost my business over $500 dealer trade deposit, which nearly every vehicle I have every purchased has been on another lot. Never paid a deposit to get it.
Called and talked to internet sales rep. She sent me an email on the vehicle with their price.
I went to the dealership. The truck I wanted was a demo. Had extra stuff on it that wasn't disclosed, nor the demo status. Test drove it. Started getting the numbers game.
They appraised my vehicle. A 2018 GMC Yukon Denali. Said it was perfect. Excellent condition. Showed me their offer which was the LOWEST KBB trade value. If it was excellent it should be the "excellent" KBB value in my opinion.
Then the new vehicle pricing was about $3k (without the extras) more. When questioning the difference in what I was told in the email - I was told I wasn't "comparing apples to apples" that they priced me a different package (limited) and the pricing I mentioned was "miles apart".
I simply showed them the email from their sales rep. Then they had egg on their face. Either made a mistake, or, they were trying to screw me. The latter is my suspicion. They changed the price without question since it was in writing.
Came back and said "good thing you had that email" I guess it would have been had I made the purchase.
I didn't buy from you. I left and called Toyota Of Greer. Got the exact deal I wanted.
I will take delivery of my new Platinum Tundra - on a dealer trade. Thank you to Toyota of Greer! Arlene is excellent!
PS. The sales rep was great in the beginning. I had my 3 and 4 year old with me and no other help. I had two car seats to trade in and out for test drive.
Upon returning after test drive when they thought I was going to buy - they helping me in and out of the vehicle. Held doors to take carry the seat inside with my 3 year old son asleep in it.
Guess what - when the deal wasn't done - it was "see you later". Left me hanging. The kindness and just plain good people status went away.
That speaks more of your staff quality than anything. I won't blow him out here - but I'll tell every person I know his name and how my children and I were responded to.

I bought a used Toyota Prius from this dealership about a year ago. They were reasonable about the price and not pushy like a lot of places. They also took car of some scratches that were on the car. The car has run very well and I've had no issues with it. I would definitely recommend them!

If I could rate them lower I would. We purchased 2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus January of 2014. Long story short we refinanced the car march 2014 for half the previous interest rate. We were told by the finance company to go to Dave Edwards and get a refund for our GAP insurance, we needed to bring in a zero balance letter then a couple weeks later we would get a refund. Dasha Dimitris a finance rep let me sit in the lobby for 1.5 hours told me he was busy with people that were actually buying cars. I complained to management about having to wait. John David Ledbetter another finance rep took the zero balance letter from me and told me he would file the refund. I asked him why I waited 1.5hrs for them to just take a paper from me. I got no response. Secondly I got a call from John David Ledbetter a week later asking for the milage on my car. They waited a whole week to even process my GAP refund. When you are purchasing a car there nice as can be, but after that they are awful. I emailed there management and Toyota corporate no response. My advice go to Toyota of Greer, that's were we are going next time.
I ve been using the service center at Dave Edwards Toyota since the mid-1990s. I can t say enough good things about the service there and Charlie Swaney. Charlie runs the center, I trust him and I trust the service advisors that work with him. I ve had a Lexus IS, a Lexus RX 350, a BMW convertible, a 4-runner, a Mustang and Corolla all serviced at Dave Edwards. The service has been outstanding. They take care of the problem, they don t push repairs that are unnecessary and they have a courtesy van that will take you to your place of employment if you re pressed for time. Their rewards program is another huge plus. If you choose to use them, and they service all makes, make an appointment and consider inquiring about the courtesy van if they estimate the repairs taking more than an hour/hour and a half.
We came here looking for my 16 yr old daughter's first car. We could not have had a better experience! First we were greeted and helped by the wonderful Antonio (seriously...ask for him.) He heard what we were looking for and picked her car out right away. She had another car she wanted to test drive but in the end, she went with Antonio's choice! He's got the touch! Then while we waited, we were approached by Dave Edwards himself. What a wonderful man. They say he is there every day. We had a nice conversation with him. Then we did our financing with John Strong. Class act all the way. I have never had such a nice experience at a car dealership before. We will be back for our next Toyota,I promise!

Dave Edwards Toyota isn't outstanding company. Imma trades provider so I interface more with their parts department than anything however I know the owner Dave and he is a outstanding individual and most of the people that work there that I have met over the years are equally fantastic. Overtime I and my family have bought products from them as well as cars and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Bought a used 2011 caliber 2 years ago. Started noticing that the driver side headlight was filling with water every time it rained. Went to change the bulbs and found that the headlight was nailed into the car. If inspections are done properly, that probably would have been noticed. This car has costed me more than its worth in repairs since I bought it.
Thank God for the service staff at Dave Edwards. Out of a vehicle for one week and they made my car buying experience exceptional!!! Special thanks, Venice Miller, Ashley, Miguel, and DJ all were tremendous!!

UPDATE (June-2020): I got mixed feelings with Toyota Dave Edwards, after my first after sales service experience there.
I wanted to add couple of accessories on my new car. Unfortunately, during the quoting process I did not feel transparency for the total cost estimate.
Detail breakdown invoice shows around $ 700 for the labor cost, which almost 3x of the accessories part cost. The job to put it all together itself around 2-3 hours.
Just a lesson learn for the future customer to get quote for total cost include the labor cost prior to agree with the works.
Previous review (5 stars) : I had a great experience purchasing a new Toyota Camry in June, 2020, at Dave Edwards Toyota. The sales staff was excellent but not pushy and the facilities were modern, fresh, and clean. I had visited four other Toyota dealers in the NC/SC region prior to Dave Edwards and I have to rate Dave Edwards as the best of the dealers both in terms of service and competitiveness in pricing. I highly recommend this dealer.
I had a poor experience at this dealership. First and foremost, I called before driving from Easley to ask if the Internet pricing on a new car was firm. I was told they would make my drive worth it and there was some wiggle room on the pricing. This was a false statement.
I felt extremely pressured to purchase the car. The salesman s approach towards the whole conversation made it seem like he thought I was stupid. I left the dealership feeling insulted and having wasted my time.
*I gave them two stars because they had the nicest restrooms out of all of the other car dealerships I ve been to.

They make you feel like a number and not a customer. Got approve no money down and they wouldn't drop there price at all to strike a deal. They car more about there profit then they do about you as a customer. I personally wouldn't give them the time or day again. And I will be posting about them everywhere I can to stop people from wasting there time there. Toyota of Greer is much better. There car prices are lower and there more willing to help you out in any way possible.
I have a Toyota 2012 Camry. First car ever. I brought my vehicle to your shop because I was scared to allow anyone who wasn't familiar with my car to work on it. The company has been great to me. September 21 2019 was my second visit. Mr. Chris shear was the attendant who help make my day a success. Wouldn't let anyone else work on my car but Dave Edward Toyota. The service is awesome and they know their stuff. I truly appreciate the company making my first car experience wonderful.
Let's me just start off...Tony Jackson deserves a raise! Dave Edwards Toyota is very fortunate to have such an outstanding individual! I walked into the dealership today at 2:15 PM and did not leave until roughly 8:30 PM. While this was a very long process and long day, Tony made sure to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. He made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole process while making sure I understood all fees. He even went out of his way to find me a charger because my phone was running low on battery. You can't beat this service! Even when I didn't get the APR I wanted, Tony told me he was going to keep trying and seek other options for me, even though it was getting late in the night. He knew I loved the car I was looking at and made sure I was able to drive home with a new Camry at a great price! In addition, John Ledbetter was also outstanding! He was very easy to talk to and made sure I understood all financing options before I signed anything. We had some really great conversations. While it was a very tedious process and frustrating at times, Tony and John definitely made it easier. I also want to give a shout-out to Elbert Farris for continuously helping me secure a better APR.
Do not buy a preowned car from Dave Edwards. My wife got a 2013 Toyota SR5 4Runner exactly a month ago and the check engine light is on and made a noise when started. Called them and got the run around. Some guy answered and stated he was the "manager". They have sucessfully sold me a lemon. Thanks guys!! Never was I offered a comp for my problem. I was told "things happen" worse dealership ever.
I saved for several years as a retired SC school teacher and was so excited to buy a new Toyota Rav 4. Unfortunately this car has been nothing but trouble. It has broken down over ten times due to faulty batteries. It has left me stranded so many times I ve come to expect it. The car has leaked so badly that I drive around with paper towels to soak up the rain. It took a Toyota two years to diagnose the problem and solve it. Kept being told the water guy was coming and they d call me. Never got called. Got so bad that when it rained I drove into covered gas stations and banks to wait out rain storms. I ll never buy another Toyota.
I went to Dave Edwards because I finally decided to get myself a new Tacoma after driving mine for 17 years. Tyler Lewis was my sales associate. I was very anxious about the process because, well, it's car buying. We all know how that can be. Boy, was my anxiety unfounded. I explained to Tyler exactly what I wanted, and that I did not want to settle for anything less, even if it meant that my truck had to be custom built. He listened to me. Really listened. Not only did he listen, he fought to get me what I wanted when sales managers wanted me to settle for less than my dream. Tyler did tons of research (much was needed since I did wind up custom building), he kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, and made sure that I got EXACTLY what I wanted. I never felt any pressure from Tyler. Not once. I was completely comfortable with him and trusted that he had my back 100%, which he did. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler. He made my buying experience so special and even fun. Go to Dave Edwards and ask for Tyler!!
