AVOID!!!!!!!! At all cost if you are a truck driver. Been here over 24hrs waiting to get unloaded. Am still waiting. Other trucks been here longer than i am. I am an owner operator and i had to loose my next load coz these azz holes held my truck for storage purposes. If you leave to go grab some food you will be back to the bottom of the list. I will NEVER EVER come back here. Avoid this place at all cost unless you like sitting
The worst company ever delivered, Forget about appointment time forget about next load expect to wake up in the middle of the night to unload and after that you cannot stay on the parking lot after you deliver, I almost start a fight with security because of this. AVOID THIS PLACE, is not worth it

Security is absolutely rude to truck drivers. Arrived at time told. Tried to explain was told to come in at 7am on Labor Day. Confirmed with dispatch. The man in security wasn t hearing it. He immediately said to leave and went trying to call dispatch to let them know he said leave or the cops will be called. Give us a break out here. Just trying to do a job. No need to refused to give your name and then be unprofessional. There was plenty of space to sit there for a few minutes to call our company. Someone needs to get this mans temper and attitude in check. He shouldn t be a security person.

Never take loads here. As the other comments state you have been warned you will be here all day or until the next day. I ran a load 6 miles from fountain inn sc to ZF in gray court I had a 2pm appointment and didint even get a door until 8pm. I was there for 3 hours and the security guard said I did not check in but they had my phone number so I guess I went to the window and told them my number but failed to mention I was there to deliver a load yeah right never go there you ve been warned!!!

Drivers do not take this load. If u see ZF transmissions, just ask your dispatch to cancel the load. Looooong waiting time. At laest u will loose 1 day. They take only the trucks if they need the parts in your load. Dont ever try here... And if your ass rat broker says, ok we will call dont even believe h m. DON'T DON'T DON'T... I am serious...

Im here for delivery now, icame 10:35, for 1 am appointment, they called me at midnight, gave me door, inside the recieving office, after reading all bad reviews came to be ready for couple days wait, they unloading now, maybe almost done (told me takes about 15mins) thats it. maybe my case is special 1 case in thousands but anyway be honest when writing reviews

If you are the owner operator delivering to this place have a company Driver deliver the load instead because it is a hurry up and wait an owner operator cannot make money playing the waiting game! ZF has the sorriest customer service in the world good product but no service and support hardly any parts don t know where they sale their parts. I run 5 of the transmissions but as soon as I can get rid of them I will one we have had for Ten Years. Never a business operate so sorry and inconsiderate.
They have waiting parking lot before you enter checking gate. Too many drivers at checking window. I waited 3 hours there. Had to leave, waste another hour and drop product at local trucking company for them to deliver. But on the other side, they want your truck out right away after delivery. No matter if your time have time or not.
Truck driver, came in with 3 hours before delivery appointment, and went to sleep,in 2 minutes the security came and told me to leave and come back at my app time, why they have that big parking lot then?

Employees are overworked and managers are very unprofessional. My husband was asked to sign for a shipment that he never checked in himself. He was then written up for not lying for the manager and signing the document saying he checked in said shipment.

Worked here for 2 and a half years. I am hearing impaired and have trouble hearing my alarm clock and therefore would oversleep occasionally. The company knew this, yet after working on average 6-7 days a week up to 12 hours per day consistently, they still let me go even though I had a pending intermittent FMLA claim due to my hearing impairment at the time of my termination. You are simply a "number", not a person at this company and they only look at "numbers" when making termination calls. They don't care if you've used up your vacation time just because you want one weekend off and you are forced to choose between taking points or just going in to work anyways.They have a very high turn over rate because of this. They will continue to constantly be hiring until they stop this practice. The pay is awesome for the easy job (well for me anyways) but communication at this company needs ALOT of work.

My appointment was at 9:00pm, its 2:45am and I am still waiting. Will not take this load again under any circumstances!!!!!! Hell with this place.
We at ZF strive to make the process easier for the drivers to get their truck unloaded in a timely manner. We try and accommodate everyone especially our drivers with "HOT PARTS" and our daily LTL drivers. This is not to say that all drivers are not special but sometimes we need what other trucks may be carrying to keep production running. Myself being the dock coordinator I always try my best to get everyone out and able to keep their schedules.
The foreign or Ex-Pat workers from Europe did not think well of Americans. They referred to Americans as lazy and not well educated. It is not a good place to work. The turnover rate is 22%.

Truck Drivers: DO NOT DELIVER TO THIS FACILITY. You will wait over 24 hours past your appointment time and STILL not have your truck unloaded. They speak to drivers as if they are animals (i.e. They do not allow drivers to leave the premises to get food, although they have been on-site all day awaiting "the call". Meanwhile, the staff leaves for lunch.) They are rude and condescending to drivers. If you want to cease delivery of automotive parts to your facility, continue to treat truck drivers with a lack of respect.

Owner operater delivering here. Ive been here 8hrs. AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT STARTED. Talked to other drivers and they have had the same experience. Lounge, drink machines are for employees only. Here, you are nothing, and treated as such if you are a truck driver. I can honestly say I am disgusted and have personally black listed this facility. DRIVERS BEWARE

Zf is a great company. They have really good benefits, opportunities to advance and a clean work environment. Anyone bad mouthing Zf is someone who just does want to put forth any effort into their work and expects free handouts.

Arrived at 10:00 am. Was told I had an expedited load and they unload me ASAP. Waited 4 hours and some goon of a security guard wailed on my driver's door with his fist. That made me upset right off. Then he starts yelling that I cannot park here it's only for trucks delivering and I wasn't delivering until the evening. They made me leave the property.
Worst company towards drivers I have ever experienced. I returned at 1800 and waited until 2100 then they called in in to dock. It is now 2230 and they just started unloading. Between this company and the broker I lost 4 to 5000 dollars today. I could have gotten another load to somewhere but I had to sit amongst a pool of stupidity.

They can't even give me an estimated time of when I might be unloaded. This just might be the worst place I've ever delivered I'm 30 years of driving. This kind of s*** should be against the law because they are costing drivers money. We are going to send them a huge bill for detention time.
Update, I have now been here 21 hours. Not just have I lost my reload I will be stuck in this area until monday. Can't get another load thus weekend. That's 3 day without pay and from what I'm hearing this place just has a huge lack of supervision and the employees here just kind of do whatever the f*** they want. Nobody work in the weekend people got to pick up the slack.

Not the best place in the world. But it is good if you want a paycheck I guess. Also it s a lot of walking, like any other automotive company. Also as a temp there s no real hope at getting hired on here. The work is easy! People are kind of ratchet. But you will stay busy, so you won t really have a lot of time to mingle. The turnover rate is high too.
Got here around 8:45 pm, I was lucky and I ve got the door next morning haha. I wish I ve read reviews on this place before I ve accepted the load. What they do is they check your load based on bol and if its something important you will get the door faster. My load was supposed to be expedited - they dont care :))

Worked in rework for 9 months - overworked (12hr days 12 days in a row) underpaid - empty promises, had to cancel holiday plans at short notice. Very unreasonable management - was not treated like a human with real human issues. Was not allowed to preform my duties without constantly checking with engineers - who at the time didn't have a clue. I have more but not enough room.
If you have little education and are happy to be considered a piece of equipment then this job is for you! Just leave your brain at the door!

Very bad every time I come they makes me wait more than three hours some time more they don t care about you I always tell them I have a pickup I need to go I don t want to miss my pickup but they still don t care some times I miss my pickup and I have to stay to the next day if it s nighttime
