Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed my furnace quickly. The office staff was also helpful and friendly, and let me know when Chris was on his way and when he d arrive. My furnace went out overnight, I called Pronto at 8:30am on a Saturday, and Chris was at my house by 10:30am. I m extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received from Chris and Pronto.
