I recently purchased a new Evolution furnace and an Evolution air purifier from Pronto. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from the technician I worked with as well as the sales person. I had previously worked with a different company for my heating and cooling needs and Pronto was much much better. They were less pushy and provided more detail when explaining the problem, as well as giving me a variety of solutions.

They did an excellent job explaining the pros and cons of each product, and the installation was done perfectly in one day. The Evolution system I purchased came with the Wifi Connex system which can be controlled remotely with a mobile app for my phone. Having the ability to control my home's temperature while away has been a wonderful.
