Every visit to Crossroads Ford is a complete pleasure. Bayard Davis is a complete pleasure to work with and is by and far the foundation for a very successful service department in my opinion. The past 5 or so years I've dealt with Crossroads Ford and Bayard is why I looked no further than Crossroads Ford for my 2015 F150. Don Flint and the sales and finance department were also absolutely wonderful to deal with at that time. Oh, don't forget about DJ's Dinner for a great breakfast while your vehicle is serviced. Bravo Zulu to all.
