Our company bought a 2016 F-250 at the end of January. We received quick responses when working on buying the vehicle, but the situation changed once we bought the vehicle. We had an issue with the vehicle and tax registration and I could not get a return phone call back nor would anybody honor their promise to rectify the situation. I had to take numerous trips to the tax office and make multiple phone calls to Crossroads Ford. I finally had to deal with someone in management to get a return phone call. I am not holding my breath that the situation is resolved, but they claim that it is.
