New to the area needed an oil change for my F150 and inspection. I first tried your CHAT service....FAIL, then I called the store and spoke with Tammy who was supposed to transfer me to service but sent me to another salesman who then sent me to service only for me to get someone's voicemail! I guess I will call one of the other Ford dealerships. Thanks
