ATTENTION CUSTOMER THREATENS WITH ORDER.
My negative experiences with the Mercedes branch in Darmstadt.

After I received a few personal invitations from the new Mercedes branch in Darmstadt, I went there once on Saturday to see a Mercedes GLC. I have to say that I bought my E-Class there.

First impression a really new impressive building and optically very attractive. But as it turned out, this is a pure facade and by no means keeps what it promises. After walking through the spacious rooms for about half an hour
after looking for a competent person, I gave up. There are two sellers there on a Saturday who of course had no time because there was a long queue. Well, then without a seller and I wanted to take a look at the GLC, including from the inside. Who thinks that this is possible in such a large car dealership should be said far from it. All locked !!!!

Then I discovered two ladies at the reception. So I go there and ??? Well, not that easy to get into conversation with these ladies. One of them was busy with her coffee cup and the messages on the cell phone and was in no way accessible. The other then sullenly deigned to start a conversation with me. My question was whether I could take a look at a GLC? The only one in the exhibition was unfortunately locked. The somewhat annoyed answer ... IT'S SOLD. OK, something like that happens but there are so many on the site what about them? Answer: Only works with a seller. Well, yes, but they don't have time.

I just want to take a look at the inside of this car. Answer: Don't just make an appointment with the seller. And you already suspect it. The GLC in the exhibition has been sold, it cannot be opened. My answer: Why is it still there? They could have put in one that wasn't sold outside. I expect from such a large car dealership that at least one vehicle of every model can be viewed. She is not responsible for that. A really great help. I then dared to address one last question. Can't you even inform the management that a vehicle should be available for inspection at least in the show room? Prompt answer: She knows that. Great, I knew it too and gave up.

So Darmstadt has definitely lost me as a customer. Well done.!! A visually great dealership that specializes in rejecting potential customers.

Mr. Lohr made an appointment with me about a test drive. The employee on the phone told me that it wouldn't work out spontaneously without an appointment because the test drives had to be planned.
Then I started a journey of 100 km with postponements.
As soon as I stood in front of the vehicle, I was told that I can drive up and down the yard and that a test drive is not possible.
For me, this is luring the customer and, to put it in good German, pure ver * r!
Never again Mercedes Benz in Darmstadt and certainly not Mr. Lohr.

We looked for our dream car and found it at Merced...

We looked for our dream car and found it at Mercedes in Darmstadt. But not only the car is a dream, the dealership is also excellent.
We would like to especially mention Mr. Erdogan. From the initial inspection to the handover of the vehicle, everything was great. Mr. Erdogan was nothing too much, he took plenty of time, explained everything to us and left no questions unanswered.
After such a competent and service-oriented employee, who also has the appropriate dose of humor, all car dealerships would have to lick their fingers.
More than 5 stars should be possible here.
The dealership itself also deserves praise: a great atmosphere, nice staff, a place to relax.
We have to drive a few kilometers, but we are certain that we will be happy to take the trip to have the inspections and other service done here.
Thank you again, we'd love to come back.

my first call was at 9:45 a.m. and according to "pastoral care" there was no service representative available, but I would be called back.

now after 3 1/2 hours i am still waiting for the call back.
that's how customer care should be, congratulations.
this branch is probably doing too well.

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE!
We were advised by Mr. E. Erdogan at MB Autohaus Darmstadt. From our first consultation, he took care of our wishes when buying a used MB GLC from a very competent and friendly and full of enthusiasm.
At an appointment, the signature was not pushed, but experiences, pro & contra, financing options, purchase of the vehicle, etc. were discussed in detail with us.
After a positive purchase intention on our part, the seller, Mr. Erdogan, completed the formalities for us as a matter of course and on time. New registration, request indicator, appointment, transfer, was really done with a positive attitude that I have rarely or never experienced,
(this is my 9th new vehicle).
The collection or presentation was unbeatable for my wife, my 10 year old son and me. A little keepsake for my son, and a show like we bought a Ferrari ...
Curtain up, car under a cloth to uncover, flowers for the woman and the keys in a "jewelry box. The documents in a great Leitz folder ... so buying a car is fun! Great, serious and very stylish car dealer in connection with a perfect buying experience for the customer .... thank you very much, very happy again!

After many very bad consultations in the Rhein Main area, I have been there with my parents. Mr. Erdogan has done a really great job. Car purchased and recommended to friends who have then bought the same. Good price, perfect service and great deal with customers. 5 stars and absolutely recommendable.

My vehicle was in the branch for service in January and was damaged there in their ophut, so I contacted the branch, they just wanted to play games with me in order not to have to repair the damage.
The end of the song I now have to file a lawyer for my damages.

I've known MB Darmstadt for 40 years now. Back then, my father only bought his Mercedes here. I bought a B-Class and a C-Class Mercedes myself in the last few years and so far I am very satisfied. When buying the cars, we received professional advice from Mr. Erdogan: Super friendly, mega competent, humorous, honest, it couldn't be better.
Kudos to the great service team and Ms. Held. She is the sunshine at the reception and always friendly, nice and competent. I now have a new maintenance check appointment for next week and look forward to seeing everyone again. Very clear recommendation!

Waiting time for spare parts sales is very important here .. For three minisachen over 35 minutes and it does not matter whether you stand your legs in the stomach! Unbelievable..Arrogance is here gaaaanz great .. had the spent a few euros less for the luxury bunker, you might have been able to hire a few more people !!

Two positive experiences with the Mercedes branch in Darmstadt:
1. 1990 on December 24th. (!) I urgently needed a new headlight lens because I wanted to go on a skiing holiday with friends after the holidays and I broke mine while trying to push the car out of a snowdrift. The car was 19 years old and an employee drove to a sub-camp to get it. All of this for less than 30 D-Marks!
2. Last year in Darmstadt, the keystone of my W-124 (31 years old) broke. I immediately received a new one plus step-by-step installation instructions that were understandable even for laypeople with a little prior experience.
