Since the first day we bought the car we weren't told the seat has 2 colours and the new car mileage was high salesperson #joelle told me and have proof,second week after receiving the car it broke down with engine lights blinking like the celebration Deepavali the festival of lights,#lenny from hap seng star puchong South guaranteed me no problems with the car and gave me a lousy extended warranty 20000km,however after driving it for another week the same problem came back and they told me it was software problem,now fine after collecting the third time and broke down just a week later they told me it was again software problem,and I tried to go to Menara Hup Seng 1 to clarify this issue, but unfortunately I was told I was Blacklisted from the building, so it sounds like I have been a criminal when I bought your product with the stares from many people around wandering what happened. This is the treatment I get for buying a new car from Hap Seng Star Puchong South. And most importantly I got Hypertension because of all the stress going on..cancelled deals and so on. A report for Colombia Asia Puchong is with me. Which shows the Hypertension due to the stressed it cause me and I have to be on Hypertension pills for the rest of my life. Please help.

We Mercedes Malaysia fans just received the news. The C200 purchased from Hap Seng Star Puchong was in trouble until the new buyer of the car was blacklisted to meet with officials at the Hap Seng 1 Tower, the Mercedes headquarters in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Razak. The incident took place on 16/10/19 at the headquarter of the deputy headquarters at about 3.30 pm.
What's wrong with the buyer complaining of damage or expressing their heart ache. If so, just find out. Talk.
Mercedes Malaysia is rumored to be selling a model of mercury c200 with knowledge that it is already a technical problem. If so, don't sell the model car. It can be dangerous. Who's responsible?
If I did, report to the consumer association, do a review with the redeployment and call back all the model c mercedes cars.

The C class model sold to buyers is very low in standards. What was promised was not fulfilled. I'm so sad. Kanlah not until hundreds of thousands of price, quality way. Please 'Recall' all C class models for sale.

Less than a year the new car and need to replace battery and labour cost more than RM2700++, never consider 250 anymore

The worst Customer Service.
I just read with interest the comment on the current Mercedes C Class.
Endless engine problems.
Not safe some say.
Some even recommended a Recall of the entire range of the C class.

There was even one who said that only after 2 weeks of usage, car had problems and Mercedes refused a refund, a replacement of a new car or an upgrade.

Did not have a good experience at all. Car having problems but refuse to rectify the problem, instead giving stupid solutions.. will never own a mercedes ever again

New building comes with a new approach and responsibility.

This is a corporate office not a dealership. Mercedes-Benz dealer is located next door i.e Hap Seng Star

Mercedes benz quality is the best hope to get one soon..
