The car was handed in with problems (no error mess...

The car was handed in with problems (no error message) and after the check was "typed" it could be a transmission damage. Checking this would cost around 700. Further speculations were still circuit and something else.
When I picked up the car, of course, I wanted to know more. That was not possible because the colleague who worked on it had finished work. I'm still waiting for an offered phone call.

Small comparison to another workshop: the car was there for 2 days, unfortunately without any result BUT I got a rental car for FREE> Mercedes 50 per day! <in addition, the other workshop did NOT charge a CENT. > Mercedes sends an invoice of 164. That something is calculated is still ok. They checked something, but what should I do as a customer? No mistake found, just guesswork and not even more information. I'll never go there again.

Wow, we wondered (and told them) that there are suspiciously few people for a saturday. They did not wonder. Later we realized why: After two hours there was still no salesman available and we left. There were no customers on a saturday afternoon. Not a single one. To be honest I m convinved that they are money laundering since they are building a massive showroom but seem to have no income. Also the general feeling and ambience there would fit that explanation.

Some time ago I bought my current vehicle from the Mercedes branch in Darmstadt. Both advice and service can only be described as outstanding. It is not only important to get the sale done quickly and easily, but also to the constant satisfaction of the customer. Every request was always processed in good time and in high quality. The vehicle is still completely defect-free and was a perfect investment.
The sale was handled by Mr. E. E., because I can only recommend!

Nice building with good design, super nice staff actually everything ok. It's a bit petty, but if you say to me, the recall takes a max. 25 minutes I could wait, all right. Only when it takes 1.5 hours for no apparent reason or anything else is that not so nice.
Only the time assessment regarding the work is to be criticized, otherwise everything is fine.

In October 2019 my wife bought a C-Class built in 2016 with about 55,000 km in the Darmstadt branch, with the promise that the used vehicles have been checked by Mercedes and are 100% technically in order. We were even sold a young star guarantee just in case.

The vehicle now has performance dropouts. After we contacted an authorized Mercedes Benz workshop to check the vehicle, you discovered that the clutch was damaged. Cost 1600 , which is not covered by the Junge Sterne Garantie, like so many things unfortunately ...

We even had the inspection carried out at the branch (unfortunately).

The vehicle currently has 83 thousand kilometers so we covered almost 28 thousand kilometers with the vehicle. My wife drives gently.

We then turned to the Darmstadt branch, where we also bought the vehicle, as the vehicle is still covered by the statutory warranty.

Unfortunately, the answer was that the Darmstadt branch didn't want to help us any further.

Sad!!!

My C-Class T-Model had problems with the navigation device. Then I went to the Darmstadt branch. I got a rental car for two days without any problems and the navigation problem was resolved. I was served by very friendly info ladies and a very competent service advisor.

to be brief. The following work was on my E220d.
- Rear bumper smart repair
- Processing
- Damage to the boot lid

The smart repair is outsourced and made very poor quality. Under the paint are traces of sanding. Lack of mismatch, was repaired the other loud master was so at smart repair.

Preparation also externally assigned. Seats very wet, the inside windows all fully fogged and the side skirts half clean half dirty. It is more a cleaning than a treatment.

Trunk lid: saw everything perfect at first, today I noticed that the inner lining is loose.

I suspect that all work outsourced will not be deducted from MB, at least in my case.

Conclusion: I am very disappointed, I will not do any work in the NL and strongly advise everyone.

From the reception to the farewell, simply a well-rounded affair. It really becomes clear that Mercedes not only values quality in their vehicles but also in dealing with their customers. I have to go into particular about the employee Mr. Erdogan, it is actually not my way to find such words about an employee, but this employee was just great. He represents the sales advisor that every customer can only wish for when buying a car. It started with the phone call with him. He invited me to look together for the perfect car for me. The invitation went very quickly and I was received by him at the entrance. He took a lot of time and showed a lot of patience so that no questions from me remained unanswered. I immediately noticed from the way he replies that I am dealing with an extremely component employee and I have to admit that in retrospect I was not a very easy customer and yet Mr. Erdogan remained very professional, patient and extremely friendly. My first impression was confirmed when I made a second appointment with him to pick up the vehicle, because he was already very well prepared, all documents were already prepared, no hesitation, no waiting and the presentation of the vehicle was almost like a show at the IAA. :-) So thank you very much to Mr. Erdogan, the customer really feels like royalty and we know for sure where we will buy our next vehicle.

After a defect in my E-Class, the branch needed a working week to locate the problem, a defective battery. For this premium service, the battery change was charged with the premium amount of almost 700 euros. My interest in an S500 because of an upcoming vehicle change remained unanswered even after more than 12 months of waiting for a callback. All in all, the branch did everything right when it comes to alienating customers.
Absolutely not recommendable!

I am too mercedes to renew my star. And suddenly the bonnet did not open anymore. Then they got the car on the lift and it came three people and wanted to solve the problem. Unfortunately, nobody could solve it and the suggestion that came then pulled the ground from under my feet. The young man tells me that he has to crack open the bonnet so it must break to get to it. I said what that means that I should buy a new hood because of that. And he says that will probably be the only thing left over. I thought he wants to fuck me completely and then drove me to another workshop told me that with a bit of work from the bottom up. They did it in 2 hours and solved the problem. An absolute cheek at Mercedes. Exclusively based on the maximum profit.
