Defects in the new AMG E 430 vehicle have not been rectified for about 1 year. Neither answer from Stuttgart nor from DA regarding the reversal of the EUR 115,000 vehicle which has now been in the workshop for a total of approx. 4 weeks. Are simply incapable of correcting serious deficiencies that are decisive for the purchase or cannot / do not want to
In return, you can get an AMG GTS as a tasty follow-up vehicle at a price of EUR 192,000 with a repeated 30% number. as a replacement purchase with a loss of EUR 40,000 in the first year for the existing DA BT 430 vehicle that was defective since the 1st day. Anyone who buys such a grossly defective product fresh from the factory can destroy the money elsewhere or take annual leave for the workshop visits. there because of electronic defects and no longer ready to drive !!

Do not know what a manufacturer confirmation is and did not want to help me. You did not want to accept that there is a new law. Unfortunately, they did not want to fill out the form for a manufacturer's confirmation of Directive 2007/46 / EC and Regulation (EU) from the Federal Motor Transport Authority. After our business relationships ended, the new branch was completed.

After a while, a sales representative from the Darmstadt branch came to our house and informed us that everything has got "better" since the new building was built and wanted to win us back as customers. We primarily welcomed that. The sales representative asked if we were ready to buy spare parts at the branch in Darmstadt. We told him in detail why we had to look for another solution. He confirmed this and also admitted himself that a lot of processes did not run properly.

Now we thought we would start again and buy spare parts from the branch in Darmstadt.
Unfortunately, we had to find out that nothing has changed for the better in the organization and the processes.

On February 6, 2020 at 4:34 p.m. we had ordered a spare part from Mercedes Darmstadt by telephone, as this spare part was absolutely necessary to move the vehicle. We informed our colleagues from the Darmstadt branch that we would pick up the spare part and that it is very important because the customer needs the car over the weekend.

The employee confirmed this to us and according to the statement he provided the goods for collection. At 5:01 p.m. and 36 seconds, our employee stood at the counter and wanted to pick up the goods that had already been ordered.Then he got a message from the lady at the information counter that the colleague from the parts service department was working until 5 p.m.

As already mentioned above, this was confirmed to us that the goods are ready for us to pick up.

Unfortunately, the employee returned without a spare part and we had a very angry customer.

Our opening times are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Since we value our customers very much, we have organized a rental car beyond our opening hours.

Our experience is and remains negative with the Mercedes branch in Darmstadt. The customer is not valued at all and the service leaves something to be desired.

We hope that through our evaluation the situation will be read by a responsible person and something will be done so that the customer feels valued at the branch.

Very satisfied from the first greeting to delivery! Very pleasant and competent advice when looking for a new boy star - all my wishes were taken into account and useful suggestions were made. The contact to my seller - even during the Corona period - was just great - very friendly and courteous. I can recommend Mr. Tosun as a seller without reservation! Everything was done to satisfy me as a customer. A highlight was the delivery - my new star was waiting for me under a black cloth - this rounded off this purchase. Every time again the decision for this car dealership will be made!

I was interested in a second car, a Smart Fortwo.
The hotline told me that on Friday afternoons I could just drop in spontaneously and test drive a car.

Once there, the nice employee told me that no seller was free and a test drive is not possible spontaneously. The statement of the hotline is wrong.

In this sense, unfortunately, I could not buy a car in this branch and will not let my inspection of the first car here.

The sales are very arrogant. Because it was 800 km driving for me to look at the car I've asked the salesman to send some detail pictures of the car and the damages. They sent me pictures of the car with alu wheels and some small scratches. When I arrived in Darmstadt the car has no alu wheels, but steel wheels and there were +- 4 very big scratches on the sidepanel. The sales man give me 50,- discount for the wheels and the big scratches. The wheels and repair costs me +- 1800,-.
The salesman told me that I can't buy the car netto (on the phone he told me it was certainly possible), after some days this was possible. So it costs me another 800 km driving!
It took also more than 2 weeks before I got the VAT refund from this Mercedes dealer.

Shame on Mercedes in such an important spare part. If it were my private car, I would already have stormed in Stuttgart.
Mercedes orginal quality scrap. Wheel tires at ICE and brake discs in the car, are made from one piece. The track has learned bitterly. Let's see if it learns the greedy board at Mercedes too.

About one month ago an appointment at 08:30 agreed to the inspection and HU (pickup at 15 o'clock according to the employee). I have seldom seen a vehicle that smells like that of cigarette smoke. The inside of the vehicle was "messy", the headliner was partly dirty, many buttons on the dashboards could not be operated (probably due to the smoking condition) (!) Because they were completely glued. The engine compartment was sparkling clean. The car was not serviced (vehicle displayed "inspection due"). In addition, the seller told me about repair invoices which the dealership (currently) did not have. It's incredibly bold to put such a vehicle on sale.

I bought my C63 AMG in Darmstadt and felt very well from the first minute on. The staff is very hospitable and has every single one of the 5 star well deserved. It was very busy but Mr. Erdogan took the time and advised me well. I always found the deal fair and correct. That's why I gave my old car in payment. Everything went absolutely smoothly. The big surprise came when I could take my C63 in the transfer hall under the black cloth. I will never forget this extradition. It was absolutely legendary because I also got a matching AMG shirt to my vehicle. A couple of hours later, when I got home, I got an email from Mr. Erdogan with a sensational video clip of all the vehicle delivery that I shared with all my circle of friends. Very competent, friendly and full of vigor, he took care of my requests and questions.

My Smart had problems (reverse gear) after a check there, which found that all gears go also the reverse gear!

On the way home I noticed that it wasn't working ... the reverse gear could not be engaged. I paid 143 euros for this!

"Welcome to Mercedes Benz" is said by the nice ladies as soon as you enter the building, a great impression and this will last until the last minute. I was looking for a smart second car. My initial fears of being a customer 2nd class has not been confirmed at all, here you are taken seriously. My salesman Mr. Emek Erdogan I can only warmly recommend, from the first minute to a super nice communication and advice at all levels, Mr. Erdogan was always immediately available via phone or email, all negotiations and arrangements were to the complete satisfaction with enormous adherence to schedules respected. Mr. Erdogan is more normal in the Mercedes area and could still answer all my questions about smart. At a new appointment regarding an AMG for my wife Mr. Erdogan unfolds all his knowledge and knows even the smallest details. I have already bought some vehicles from other manufacturers and have to say I've never been as a customer as "the king" as in this dealership.
