Use Cafe Bar Trax on the 2nd floor. It is very convenient for meeting near Shimbashi Station. The lounge on the first floor is free and easy to use compared to the crowded one.

I used a lunch buffet on my mother's birthday. I gave out a birthday cake for the service. There were few kinds of dishes as a buffet but it was delicious. The staff's response also wanted to go well again.

The quality of the food is a little inferior for the price

Excellent location right next to Shimbashi Station, 10mins walking distance to Ginza main street and 24hr Don Quixote Ginza. Plenty of food options right outside the hotel all within 5-10min walk! Room we had was large, clean and comfortable with ample toilet amenities provided. Shower was great with high water pressure and water temperature. Beds were comfortable and we all slept really well every night. Highly recommended and we will return to stay here again!

It is a very beautiful hotel. The lobby is large and there is a sweets shop in the hotel.

6am breakfast doesn't have much, only fruit, juice, bread and coffee.

Lunch for the whole family on the anniversary. The view was good and the customers and staff around me were good and the food was the best. However, I felt a little lonely because there were no customers passing each other in this situation.

English language TV. Several good restaurants in house, and reasonably priced Japanese restaurants less than 5 minutes walk. Quite large rooms for the proce in Tokyo. Mini bar. Excellent service.

When I used the lunch course at Anchante in the first hotel, I used the "Meeting plan" because I liked the atmosphere and the taste of the food. In the calm private room, I met up safely while having delicious food. Also, I would like to use it again. In addition, when I joined the members club, I was able to apply discount.

Extremely clean and organized with wonderful service, although breakfast is pretty pricey. Free newspapers, in English. Seven Eleven is conveniently located downstairs so you don't have to spend loads of money on the expensive (but fancy) breakfast. Also convenient because it is connected to the Monorail station.

The location, lobby, restaurant and staffs here deserve 5 stars

the room and bed are still acceptable if one is not picky..... they definitely need a makeover badly

but i must say that the rooms here are of good size compared to typical Tokyo hotel room size

Amazing hotel if one wants to see the sights of Tokyo. It's a 5 minute walk to a large metro and train station, and close to many landmarks and stores.

It looks like a historic building. Corridor of bright color makes Western hotel feel. The knobs on the door are used and give a history!

I think that it is easy to use because there are many restaurants around the station. I just participated in the presentation in the banquet room, but the interior of the hallway and the lobby was also refined and I liked it.

The coffee shop in the lobby near Shimbashi Station has a calm atmosphere with no time limit

I use the 1F lounge several times every month.
If you think the price of a cup of coffee is the hotel price, you are convinced.
But the other part, is this really a hotel? ! I do not blur the impression that.
The staff had different attitudes (responses) depending on the customers, no smile, and the smell of tobacco was amazed. Unclean tables, backs of chairs, and carved parts of walls. . Even the cafes in the city have never encountered the situation so far.
The cup and saucer come out in the same pattern but different colors. Perhaps the color is getting lighter with age. I do not say not to use it. However, is it not possible to consider the color close? Tea trays have never been clean at their edges.
Coffee seems to be drowning in a coffee machine. You can hear the pantry sounds and speech. I think personally whether this is also something.
From the location, it is often used to be designated ahead. . It's so bad.

I like Yakitori-san's Ise-san from the time of the old building.

Beautiful hotel. Modern with old world charm. I would highly recommend staying here.

The lounge on the first floor is easy to use and convenient near Shinbashi. However, it may be full during weekdays. In that case, the 21st floor bar is open for tea time and can be used for tea and meetings.

Fabulous. The restaurant reviews speak for themselves(from average to ok), but the hotel is lovely. The staff are very efficient, warm and well/ trained. The rooms are quite comfortable. The hotel had a happy lobby but very quiet rooms. We could hear the bullet train at night. Here was the best....(2) all taxi drivers know it off the bar. No long translations, (2) it has direct underground access Strat into the subway/railway!!! Go to the basement floor and doubledoors tske you straight to the station!

I used the restaurant on the 21st floor, but it was messy, and the salad bar for lunch had few types of vegetables and the freshness was not good enough.

Although it was canned all day due to the typhoon, I was able to spend it without going outside.

Use at weekday lunch buffet. Although there are not many items, I think the quality of each one is good. It seemed that there were more junior students than younger students. The staff was also very friendly.

Though the hotel and room decor are old, the staffs and amenities bring up the level. A good bargain if you are looking for a cheaper average stay.

Certainly there is a feeling of luxury hotel, but still a little old-fashioned feeling is understood from the interior and the place of each place. If it feels a little more modern, is it one more star added?

Easy to use near Shinbashi Station. The inside of the hotel was also beautiful.

We always stayed at Tokyo Daiichi every time we come to tokyo, and we come at least once every year.

All was great as usual the service was very good especially yhe Concirge service.

However unfortunately the Reception called my room at 10:40pm the night before we check out, telling us to come down and pay for the hotel bill. The Reception literally "forced" us to settle the bill that very night, even saying they they were afraid my credit card would not be enough to cover payment of the hotel stay, what a shame! I was shocked, and the Reception even came to my room to collect my credit card for payment settlement.

That was very very embarrasing and ridiculous, hotel bill was only 616,000Yen, not too much.

Please fix this, hope it does not happen again. Thank you

We use La Rose on the 5th floor every year for company events (no accommodation). All the dishes are delicious, as expected! It is a word. Some people spilled soy sauce on the carpet, but the response was quick, and I was worried that what I had worn was dirty. Despite the large number of people, call out as soon as the drinks at hand are gone, and clean up when the dishes are empty. It may be natural, but it was very nice.
However, although it is directly connected underground, it is very difficult to understand when going from Shimbashi Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, and after all, it was reduced by one from the background of moving out in the rain.
I would like to take care of you next year.

The staff are friendly and the facilities are not bad.
The subway station bus stop is also nearby, so transportation is good. I like to be able to buy Skytree tickets at a discount.

We can look at Shimbashi Station from the top and can enjoy beautiful scenery.

The view was not so good as the building was in the way.

Very good location condition in a 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. There are various restaurants nearby. I can walk to Ginza. The room is very clean and the bathtub may be deep. Shiseido Elixir Cleansing, Facial Cleanser, Lotion, Mini-bottle of Milky Milk was very nice.

I think it is a typical hotel in Tokyo. The hotel's staff are very polite and very quiet and calm despite the location near Shimbashi Station. The taste is good with the classic interior. By the way, because there are rooms where you can see the railway from the room, it is recommended for the railway enthusiast.

Because there was an event, I had a buffet style meal at the restaurant on the ground floor. There were many lineups and it was good for quality food and service

So... My first impression was pretty terrible, my partner and I turned up at the hotel at about 6:30am to which we enquired about an early check in even expressing that we would happily pay any surcharge necessary (yes we should have asked for this ahead of time but unfortunately we weren't able to in the time from booking to arriving) to which we were told no to cut a story short our room would be ready at 3pm, to the Dai Ichi's defense my otherhalf was allowed to go to a room in order to change into his suit as he is here for work for 3 days and the rest is for tourism and adventuring, so we checked our bags in and then we went for a walk/wander to kill time and grab breakfast. We then parted ways as he had to go into the office and I had some adventuring to do. Later on I returned tired, jetlagged and ready for a nap or a rest it was about 1pm by this time so I enquired as to whether the room would be ready to which I was told to try again later. I then rested by the seating area falling in and out of sleep/dozing. I checked several time later and was told the same 3pm, at which point I was becoming tired, grumpy and frustrated. 3pm comes and so does my otherhalf to check into the room... I have to say after many apologies from the staff and going to our room it was a lovely room with a beautiful view of Tokyo. The amenities, cosmetics, maid service and small little touches like a handy little mobile to for travel guide and mobile data is amazing. Unfortunately though having seen how quickly the maid service can flip a room and how well in so little time 5 star rating was completely out of the question because of our initial introduction to the hotel however the hotel itself and all the little things nearly *nearly* makes up for it's initial failures. Well worth the stay just don't expect 5 star treatment, I've had better customer service at a Holiday Inn.

It's very convenient for transportation, so you can walk to Ginza, Tsukiji and the Imperial Palace, so it seems that foreign tourists have a good reputation.

The reception was very helpful when I asked for direction to Shiodome Caretta
They even gave me wifi access so I can give them the exact detail of the ADMT

I would certainly consider to book here or their branch next time

Conveniently located, just steps from metro station and with plenty of restaurants and shops. Hotel staff are all very efficient and friendly, although it seems rooms are a little outdated they do a great job with cleanliness.
Would definitely stay here again.

As it is connected to subway, movement is convenient

Cake set 1500 yen at the front cafe. It seems like it's expensive, but you can replace the coffee many times. The atmosphere is good, and talks with the resumption of a friend for the first time in a year, 7 cups are replaced in 2 hours if you notice. If you want to relax, I highly recommend it.

This was my first time here. These guys have showed how it is done in Japan. Well priced for what you get.

We stayed in Dai-ichi several times during our many trips to Tokyo and will be very happy to stay again

Expensive hotel in the city / Price is too expensive

Stayed at Dai Ichi Hotel for two nights to start our visits to Nagano, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Osaka and Tokyo. It is near to Shimbashi station and close to nearby restaurants.

I do not feel new, but I think it is well maintained
