Good hotel close to Shimbashi Station. The setting is a little expensive because you can walk to Ginza.

I am calm at a well-established hotel.

The coffee shop in the lobby immediately after entering, seemed to be able to sit right in the corner.

Because the hotel is crowded, it is a lucky thing to upgrade to a spacious room.

There was a shower and bathtub. Amenity is fulfilling, too. Furniture is elegant. The chair pattern is new and beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay. I'm not picky about the outside noise other reviewers have pointed out. It really isn't a big deal if you've spent all day in Tokyo and are exhausted. High floors will allow a nice view of the city. I could see the top of Tokyo Tower from my window. I'll be coming back to Dai-Ichi one day!

The location is really close from Shimbashi Station, and if you don't have a map, you may get lost for a moment, but it's easy to get to. The hotel was very nice with a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. We did not expect much and ate at the French restaurant Anchante on the second floor, but it was ingenious, solid and delicious, and the furniture and service in the restaurant were excellent, and it was very wonderful. I want to use it again.

I use it for breakfast. You can enjoy bread and fruit from the morning.

In late lunch, to the Dai-Ichi I wanted to eat teppanyaki. Both Bellboy and the parking staff were first class. I used to stay several times in the past, but I wanted to stay for the first time in a long time (^ ^) Teppan-yaki has a good view because it is on the 21st floor. Though it was lunch the last minute, Thank you for acceptance.

Amazing service. We realized we forgot a suit and dress shirt at the hotel after we came home to Canada already. We contacted them and they sent it out through express almost immediately. We received it in about a week's time. We're so thankful.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, two minutes to reach the Metro station! The lobby is quite open, the rooms are clean and there are bathrobes!
Only the hotel staff failed to deal with the problem!
I approached the room at the end of the corridor on the 18th floor and returned to the room on the first night. I heard the buzzing sound and looked around. It was a train outside. It was very quiet. It took two or three minutes to go until the morning, and it started to sound again at five in the morning!
I called the house to ask for a second night to change rooms!
After lunch at 12 noon the next day, I returned to the hotel at about 1245. All our luggage and personal belongings had been moved outside the other room. Without our consent, I moved my personal belongings to another room. ! We are very angry, do not change rooms, because the exchange is near the elevator and the pipe house next door, may be severely voiced! The hotel explained that we couldn't return to the train room. Because someone was staying, I was shocked. The hotel could clean a room in 45 minutes. Later, I asked for it. I insisted on not changing the house. It took a long time. The room was not cleaned. Someone has already checked in!

The hotel floor is very close to the train station. Although it is on the upper floors, it still hears very frequent trains.

You can get a delicious buffet at the Etoile in the hotel at a relatively reasonable price. Now you can get a foie gras burger. As far as I can see, everybody has changed many times. I will go again.

The location and other services are good, and although the information provided in the rooms is a bit confusing, it was possible to respond carefully when contacting the front desk. I wanted the room's booklet to explain freeWifi, but the partner who checked in had no knowledge.

There was an event and I used it. The hotel itself feels a bit old, but it has a calm atmosphere. I think that the event venue is wide and good for lectures. The banquet hall has a luxurious atmosphere while making you feel old. However, the ceiling is low and I feel a little disappointed. Access from Shimbashi Station is also good, I think it is a good hotel.

Swanky hotel in the business district. Overpriced for what is on offer. Don't go for the buffet breakfast as it's actually very basic and in the not so nice annex hotel but linked by the basement. The restaurants are a much nicer experience and whilst quite posh they are a nice calm place to start the day.

It is in the next block across the main road from Shimbashi Station, there are few people's streets, and the facilities are calm down as much. The front service is also good, maintaining the quality of the first hotel.

stayed for business. neighborhood is lively and its classic upscale japanese hotel. however dont compare to modern 5star (shangrila and alike) that opened recently which boast a much more luxury and space.

i stayed at "premier floor" and its great value as breakfast included and all mini bar items also come for free. this was mere 6 or 7k jpy extra so breakast itself would paid off.

i wouldnt choose this hotel over other luxury names given the choice, but served the purpose in center of shinbashi

5-star hotel located in Minato.

5-star hotel located in Minato.
The hotel is located near a train station and in the area for shopping restaurants and bars
The hotel is excellent with a very high level of service
One minor problem is the train noise in the morning
The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and there is a variety of restaurants for breakfast, including a Japanese and Western meal

It was still made up of Chinese tourists, but now? The group company is big, so I managed to open it. Can you do your best forever? The level of staff is also low, so I used to use it for promotion, but now I can't use it.

Okay everyone. Let me be clear. If you don t know luxury and you want to stay at a 5 star hotel then I m sure you will enjoy. For those who have stayed at a mandarin or peninsula , stay far away. This hotel is the BMW 3 series of 5 star hotels. The check in is beyond unfriendly experience. In fact it s like being at a dmv, where they greet you with name . Then the room oh gosh, let s disucss the room. If you like strangers hair everywhere then this is your place, if not then look at your towels, floor, shower and you will find a nice hairy collection. Or dust, do you like allergies, well the room has plenty of dust for a dust lover. And to top it off the bathroom smelt of that time I visited my great aunt in her nursing home.

Now the breakfast, I made the mistake in trying the buffet, you see I like food, I like good food, all food. So buffet was the easy choice. The room looks like a (yes once again) a nursing home food court, the decor is not very appealing to the eye, but im here to eat, so if the food is good who cares about basic stuff.

If you like cold sunny side eggs on a tray that was made 30 minutes ago this is the place, if you like limited food and I mean limited this is it. You can see they really are trying to save money across the board. Every product they use is on the cheap side. In fact the worst part there s a beverage counter where you get your coffee, tea, water etc. water mug had no water, whatched for 38 minutes how no one refilled it once. The gentleman at the front that greets you when coming in, is more of a guard to make sure you have the buffet ticket , doesn t give notice to the floor.

All in all, this is a disgrace of a hotel, I ve stayed at 4 star hotels that are in a different league, in fact I remember staying at a holiday in that puts this hotel to shame .

The Hating rabbit , does not approve this hotel.

I was allowed to use the lounge on the 21st floor.
The scenery was very beautiful overlooking the Metropolitan Expressway, the Shinkansen, and Shimbashi Station.
It has a nice atmosphere, so it is recommended for dates etc.

As it is, the staff at the top-class hotel always keep an eye on the surroundings, and when they are searching for something, they will immediately call out.
I felt good because all the staff were kind and smiling.

The facilities were very beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I could see Tokyo Tower from the room I stayed.
It is convenient for sightseeing because it is convenient near Shimbashi Station and there is a convenience store next door.

I was a bit skeptical as Tokyo has so many hotel selections. This place kept coming up less than many others of same quality and different locations. However I am so glad I took this option. This place is amazing. The rooms are actually decent size from normal Tokyo hotel rooms. The hotel is very nice lobby to restaurants. The service impeccable. Why I have this a 5 star though is the location. Walking distance from Shimbashi station (like 2 blocks).

If you arrive from Haneda Airport just hop on a limited stop train and you are at hotel with no transfers for 530 Japanese yen. It takes 20 minutes and a comfortable ride.

The area is packed & diverse. You have all the local Japanese places but what I like is about 5m walk towards Ginza you have a diverse selection of international food. German, Italian & British. They are all located under the train tracks. Very cute and amazing.

You can walk to Ginza, you can walk to Tokyo Station, you can walk to Imperial Palace. This is what I mean by the best location. And the you don t get the crazy stuff of other locations in Tokyo.

To Narita you need to take quick train to Tokyo Station and transfer to Narita express. Highly recommend over local trains or expensive cabs.

The bus to Narita / Haneda is also provided but honestly the train to Haneda is cheaper and faster.

Afternoon tea is 2500 yen, but it was discounted to 2100 yen when I brought Takarazuka's stub.

A variety of sweets such as cakes, scones, fruits, etc. are arranged in a cute three-tiered plate.
Drinks can be chosen from various drinks such as coffee and herbal tea.
Drinks are free.
