They have a very bad attitude and relationship towards new customers, it's very hard to get a clear reply from them about availability of their services. They advertise as high risk payment processors, but their still find excuses to refuse high risk business, so don't waste time on them if you're a startup. Their sales department is very hard to reach and I often got redirected to the voicemail. I have managed to reach their phone operative several times during several months period and always left a detailed contact information and my question. The support agent played nice and told me I will get a call back next business day, but I never did and it happened over and over and I lost hours. I also left a message on their website contact form several times and got only ignored. Once I finally managed to reach their sales department by phone, they told me they don't work with adult entertainment startups. Never work with this payment processor if you're a high risk startup and can't meet certain high standards, they are not a good choice for you. They are only fit for customers who already have a strong business set up and don't give any opportunities to new companies!

I ve been with this company for a little over a month and from the very first day of processing through them I ve had nothing but issues. It started off with 4 payments I processed went missing & took weeks to locate and place back in my account. After that, my business account became frozen because of the chaos that this company caused. I was also billed for fees that were not explained to me. After them taking a look they also see that I was over billed., This company has been more of a headache than anything I ve EVER used..

My company had been with Choice merchant solutions...

My company had been with Choice merchant solutions since 2012. I joined my company in March 2020. It took me two weeks to realize this company has predatory fees and is a joke. Please read your contract in full before signing. My first issue was trying to understand our invoices. Fees on top of fees on to top of monthly mandatory fees. Our AMEX rate is 3.19% ON TOP OF what amex charges in addition to every possible add on fee they can charge. Their fees also went up .5% in May. Just for comparison there are companies that chsrge .02% on top the interchange. I had a rep actually tell me to not pay attention to the numbers on the left hand side to try and calculate the percentages because they are wrong. You send your customers invoices with wrong financial information?! I asked how long they've been in business and she said over 30 yrs, which now I realize is a lie; they've only been in business since 2008. I asked for a copy of our contract and even though I am on the account they refused to send it to me. They will only send it to the owner. A week later I called with the owner and they said they would email it to me within the hour. I had to call three more times to get the contract. The contract is for 18mths and automatically rolls into a new contract; there is also an early termination fee of $595 that will be charged whether you cancel on the second month or the 17th month. Please RUN from this company!! They do not care about their merchants!

don't even bother using them rip offs the terminal they have are used and breaks down every day and no one is willing to help lost a lot of customer IF I COULD GIVE THEM =0= I WOULD account specialist told me no contract now what i see is he locked me in contract i use them only 14 days i have take them to the small claims courts

This company is absolutely outstanding. I own a Credit Repair company and have been processing with Choice for quite a while now, Anytime I've ever had an issue I call in and they handle it immediately. The customer service is unmatched, I had an emergency issue where I needed the funds in my account to be held due to a checking account being closed, I called Sarah 1 hour after they closed and she literally got in her car and drove to the office to help me! Companies don't do those things anymore. Anytime I have a question about billing, CB's or anything to do with my account I call Sarah and Rowda and they help me with whatever it is I need, even if it means they stay on the phone with me for 20-30 minutes at a time they do it! I have been processing with Choice for about 7 months now and in the process of opening my 2nd processing account with them now, No way in the world I would go anywhere else! A+ service and support

I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Choice Merchant Solutions. I was able to get merchant processing for an Internet business up and running quickly and without headaches. There's few companies out there that understand the nature of my business so it's always been difficult in the past finding a merchant processor who both understands the nature of my business and willing to work with my company without charging an arm and a leg.

I would recommend anyone looking for an "Internet friendly" merchant processor to strongly consider going with Choice Merchant Solutions. Hands down, one of the best processors I've ever worked with.

The worst customer experience of my life. They ass...

The worst customer experience of my life. They assured me the process was simple and would take little time to find out if it would be approved. Several days later they still did not have an answer and everyday of the process I was asked to provide "just one more thing". The incompetence is unimaginable. I continually had to make calls to the rep for followup information, to always told the same lame excuse "we are working on it a fast as we can". There were days when I would not be able to reach the rep and would call the main number, only to be forwarded to that departments email as, "they were sorry, no one could take my call". Over two weeks and they could not get the job accomplished- and continue to say, it's in process. I would never, ever recommend their services to any business.They get no stars from me, as I got nothing but the run around and a ton of frustration from them. Poor customer service served with I don't care about or need your business attitude!

Got me a great rate, Saved me a bunch of Money $$$$. I cant say anything bad about them. Over 6 years there is some people that really care if I am losing money somewhere else. I would recommend 10 stars if I could.!!!!!!!
