Room was spacious and comfortable with quality of in room amenities also good. Quality of complimentary goods such as toothbrush, body wash, shampoo were exceptional.

In the first hotel's lounge with the aim of being able to spend a long time in the interval of work and to spend slowly.

Alcohol is cheaper than rainy day coffee, and while it is in tension to drink from noon, because there was a cold brewer, work for about 2 hours. It was great to drink without dilution because it had no ice.

Great location. Most important to us was the proximity to the Shimbashi train station, just 2 blocks away... very convenient. Lots of places to eat at walking distance, 24hr convenience store steps away. The hotel itself houses several dinning options in the basement level and in the floors above too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms offered a helpful smartphone for guests to use around town, already loaded with information apps for tourists. Rooms could be a bit bigger. Standard seemed a bit cramped. But the rest of the amenities more than compensate, especially if, like us, you spend most of your day out anyways. Would definitely return.

I made a reservation incorrectly as the first hotel in Toyosu, but the staff were very kind and immediately contacted us and met me.
When I enter the hotel, the room looks like a princess and is very gorgeous. It was a nice room with a view of Tokyo Tower.
Use of massage lounge in marble bath room was able to have breakfast elegantly, too.
Access is also complete within 5 minutes on foot of Shimbashi station.
I think that you can relax leisurely even if you become a businessman tourist domestic travel.
The goods of the staff were well on the business trip, but it was good to relax slowly. I want to come back again

Pros: close to ginza. Although this isn't much of a pro considering most hotels in this price range are centrally located with convient transportation.

Cons:

Noise
Shimbashi station is an above ground station. The noise isolation in this building is terrible. You WILL be able to hear the trans screeching to a halt every 30 seconds. It annoyed the hell out of me and I could not sleep.

Room
Dated is an understatement for this hotel room. Old furniture. Stained carpets. Stained linoleum and fixtures in the bathroom.

Service
The front desk staff was nice enough, but they don't seem to have a bellboy? I'd expect this caliber of a hotel to have a bellboy.

Conclusion:

We paid about as much as we did for the Cerulean in shibuya, which was a much nicer experience. Calling this place a four star hotel might be overstating things. Given the price, I'd go elsewhere.
