It was the venue for the investment meeting. It is a long-established hotel.

The food is good and the room is good.
I guess it's really like that.

Spacious room with seperate shower and bathub, full amienites. Nice coffee and tea provided in room also free 2 bottles of water each day. Good view from room. Well trained staffs. Lawson and Family Mart are just few steps from hotel. Great location , subway station is just downstairs.

price for the night was a bit expensive, but service was pretty good. only minus was that I asked to check-in early but was not allowed. Restaurants in the hotel building have premium prices, you can find better close by. room and breakfast good

Hotel location is very good and convenient. The toiletries in the bathroom are very good, the lotion and lotion are Shiseido! Because the overall style of the hotel is classical European style, there is no door card but the old-fashioned door key made of brass, which is very interesting.

This hotel is located in Ginza from Shimbashi and has a prominent appearance and service. The room where the train can be seen is my son's favorite. Unlike a hotel with a new bathroom, the floor is slippery, so be careful when traveling around with children.

The lobby lounge on the first floor is very convenient for meetings as the hotel is also connected underground from Shimbashi Station. Coffee and tea can also be substituted.

Excellent location, convenient transportation, you can walk to Ginza shopping, take JR to Xinqiao Station, and the subway can be. The food market is all around, and you can take a walk in Hibiya Park. Tip: If you choose a room with a separate shower, put a bathtub of hot water in advance, you can easily soak a bathtub. Close to Shimbashi Station. I stayed at the 12th floor, but the sound of going around the train is a little annoying. The room was bigger than other hotels in central Tokyo.

It is very convenient because it is connected by underground from Shimbashi Station. I often use the lounge for work meetings.

It takes about 5 minutes in the underground passage of JR Shimbashi Station, so it can be saved without getting wet.

I went to eat Anchante lunch. Course food was cheap and was very delicious

It was a buffet that I used. The store had a classical impression, but there were many types of live kitchens, and it was a fun impression to see and eat all the dishes. Elementary school students, high school students, and adults used it for a total of four people, but the children also enjoyed their friendly service and easy-to-take arrangements. I felt it was a satisfying buffet without failure. We had a 4-star review of the Westin buffet in Ebisu, so we did a 3-star review, but we received a reply from Daiichi Hotel and looked back on our polite and friendly service and enjoyable memories and changed it to a 4-star review You.

Great hotel right next to Ginza and a ton of great little restaurants! Rooms are very comfortable and have lots of outlets for all your electronics.

Kinda horrible trip to be honest. Bad service and food. Rats were under our beds eating who knows what. Avoid when possible!

They tried to make us pay 12000 yen for "early" check in for connecting rooms when we were literally 30 minutes away from check in time. Apart from that, everything was substandard.

Clean and tidy, easy to travel, delicious to go out everywhere.

1. Room size is relatively bigger than other hotels even the price is near.
2. Elegant hotel decoration with western style design are very attractive.
3. Location of hotel which adjacent to the railway (basement of the hotel is connected to the railway) is very convenient.
4. The room is very clean and cozy.
5. Room service is very good.
6. A lot of restaurants inside hotel and there are more local restaurants adjacent to the hotel.
7. Consumables inside the room is very comprehensive and sufficient.
8. No washing machine inside hotel is out of my expectation, but I have no doubt to give her 5 stars!

The hotel would not let us have adjoining rooms or even rooms on the same floor and even tried to charge us extra just to get the adjoining rooms when we had already specified in our booking to have adjoining rooms. The receptionists were not professional as they could not understand simple english phrases that should be expected of a hotel with such a grand reputation. Overall my stay was horrid and the staff was unhelpful or even tried to apologise for their mistake in our booking.

Clean and tidy rooms, but a bit dated. The staff are friendly and helpful, their English is quite good as well. Best thing about this hotel is it is directly connected to the train station. You can walk from the hotel to the train station without going outdoors

There is an ideal lobby for the meeting.
The price is high, but it is a reasonable place to think of it as a place charge.

Cafe & bar on the 21st floor. You can talk calmly while watching the scenery. I was surprised at the sacred ground of the match.

Grand hotel with classic european feel (japanese love this). What I like the most is nice view from the room, near JR Station Shimbashi, full range bathroom amenity, clean and bright room. Cons: bed rather small. From its location, it attract mostly executive to stay. If you go for holiday, its not the right location to stay.

Excellent service in this old-world charm hotel. Rooms are well sized and have all the amenities you would expect from an upmarket hotel. Breakfast choices are limited to the Western Style restaurant (set menu of eggs and breads) or the Japanese Style restaurant (set menu with choice of two dishes). If you want a buffet style breakfast you can use your voucher at the next door Dai-ichi Annex Hotel.

I could see the train from the room and the children were happy. The bathroom was very large and the shower booth was easy to use.

As we can go through the underground from Shimbashi Station, rainy days are convenient. I used a French shop at the girls' association. The price for the course was reasonable, but I thought it would be nice if the price for wine was a bit more reasonable.

Rooms are very good. Excellent location. Close to imperial gardens and many other attractions.

Direct access to the subway and a convenience store are also nearby. However, it seems that adults travel better than family trips. Nearby is a bar.

It was use in lectures and social gatherings. There was no dissatisfaction point and I used it comfortably.

Lunch in Enchante. You can choose appetizer and main, and you can eat all-you-can-eat wagon service dessert after course dessert. I am very satisfied with the goodness of cospa. It was the second time in 3 years, but the third time is sure to be the atmosphere and unique comfort of a hotel restaurant. The pair next door was celebrating the birthday, but the shortcake in the hall looked delicious.

Loved it! Location is hard to find at night because the streets around there are not lit, but otherwise amentities and everything else was good!

We will use it in everyday business. I feel that I'm working on both hardware and software, and I feel very comfortable. The booth table in the semi-private room of the restaurant on the 21st floor is ideal for business.

Unlike the recently built building, the room size is outstanding. Hotel staff correspondence is good, too!
Convenience is good near Shimbashi Station, too. However, the sound of the train can be heard to the room even on the 10th floor and above.
