If I could I would give a zero. I ordered a knife roll and sharpener for an xmas gift. At a great price I will give them credit for that. So I paid for it and also got a confirmation. Next day they call saying that item is not In stock but yet on there website they promote guaranteed stock false advertising and really did nothing for the inconvenience. Will never TRY and buy from here again

By far, the only place I'll trust for cutlery purchases. Every knife I have received is top notch, and without defect. Customer service is great, when I have questions about a product. I really like the fact they don't have dozens of brands all selling the same thing, but seem to hand pick the best brands that represent a product. This makes it extremely easy for shoppers, like myself, to search and narrow down my purchasing decision. Less options equal less confusion. Hassle free returns is great, even though I've never had to use it. Free shipping on orders over $50 ( i think) is more than fair, and they frequently have 20% off sales, which are GREAT! I like supporter actual business, so I think I'm a customer for life. LOVE MY WUSTHOF IKON!

Great customer service. I bought as a Christmas gift, an expensive Tojiro slicer for my daughter. I threw away the receipt. The knife developed nicks after trying to slice raw frozen tuna (a huge no no). This is not covered under warranty. Samantha in returns and warranty, heard my plea and answered the email within an hour. She offered to sharpen and fix blade for the cost of postage to their location. She was a pleasure to work with and has certainly developed a loyal customer for my next purchase.

We purchased a 16pc Le Cruset set. It was an incredible price, shipped to our doorstep within a week and arrived in pristine condition. I will definitely be shopping with them again in future.

I cant believe they even have a 3.6 rating. This is not a legitimate company just a man with a big web site that scams people. He has been kicked off all restaurant supply web sites. I got burned a year ago with genuine Wusthof knifes which were chinese knockoffs that he refused to return. Dont do it!

These guys have been amazing to work with, above and beyond customer service. Very prompt order processing. Few weeks after the original order I had a defective honing steel that needed returning, they replied to my email with a return shipping label with in hours, when I handed the package off to the UPS driver again with in two hours I got an email regarding the shipment and tracking number of the replacement honing steel. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

great inventory & prices, however every once & awhile I am sent someone else's knife return. Just happened again with my most recent knife purchase & totally sick of the BS decided to call customer service this time. They totally denied it. Think this was the final straw. Gonna go with Williams Sonoma which might be pricier sometimes, but at least my knives are only mine & never belonged to anyone else prior. So that I can enjoy it's 1st unbooxing & experience the factory edge for myself!

Love the offering of this company! I was given a Le Creuset pan for my birthday in the color Palm, which I absolutely fell in love with the color, but more important the performance of this wonderful cooking vessel! Come to find out, the color Palm has been retired by Le Creuset and it wasn't available on Le Creuset website! :( But guess what?! Cutlery and More had a ton of Palm Le Creuset pans! Yippee!!!! Great price, fast shipping and the packaging was superb! AND...they gave me a gift for ordering Le Creuset pans- a Le Creuset splatter guard worth $50! All of my Palm Le Creuset pans arrived beautifully...along with my free gift! I've already started using them! Thank you Cutlery and More!

I love this company. I have ordered knives, pots and gifts for friends. Very fast service, great customer support, wonderful products. I recommend highly. Plus a lot of items are made in France, USA, Italy, Japan, excellent quality.

I ordered a set of All-Clad for almost $700. After waiting for one week I contacted support at Cutlery and More. They said that they cancelled the order because there was a problem with my Credit Card. I checked with the Credit Card company and they didn't see any attempt for a transaction from Cutlery and More. The real strange thing is that they don't try to contact me to sort out the order. When I contacted them to ask them to attempt to run the card again they said I had to place the order again. So no help from them at all. I ask myself why go through the hassle.... Will not buy from them again when the prices are the same at other places.

Amazing customer service. I wasn't satisfied with a product and they went above and beyond any company I've seen. I highly recommend and I'll be shopping here again. Also, my compliments to Valerie who provided excellent and prompt customer service!

Qualified for two day shipping but site gave me 4 days! Not happy - package I need to mail will be late.

Fantastic service, I bought a knife set and the price dropped the next day they gave me a credit for the difference the next day. The lady on the phone was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be ordering more Wusthof Knives from them and I can assure you they are 100% authentic don't listen to the bad reviews . They are based out of Chicago and are nice people with some good Midwestern values. You can not go wrong with any order from them.

Very, very very shady company
After placing a $370 order on the website of this company, I was contacted by a customer service representative to be told that they could not verify my billing address. Do what?! The credit card that I used is a Capital One Mastercard Elite with a lot of digits in its limit. Not longer after the same CSR called me and I confirmed that all the information they had on file was both legit and accurate, but 6 hours later I received another email to be told that they still cannot process my transaction.
Because I am a friendly and helpful person I sent them a screenshot of my bank account (showing that Capital One had already processed the payment) and asked the CSR to speak with someone else, who is more knowledgeable about these kind of transactions (I have 10 years of corporate banking and 5 years of data privacy/ fraud detection/ IT security experience) and here comes the second surprise: I was "invited" to pay through PayPal. Do what Again?! At least I was not asked to pay through Western Union to a Nigerian prince. But how about me speaking with another person in the company? Well, that was another roadblock because apparently there's no one else in the entire "company" willing to have a conversation and review documentation.
Needless to say that I would rather shop anywhere else. Like I said, I work in data privacy and internet security and these are HUGE red flags. Good luck getting a lifetime warranty from such a company and hoping that the "high end" products that they sell are legitimate.

Excellent customer service, after reading a review on their website regarding a small issue with a product they promptly contacted me and replaced the product with the small issue, I couldn't be happier!

I was looking for Le Creuset dutch oven that was at least 4.5. I came across this website that was selling a 5.5 quarts for $279 which is usually $100 more expensive. In addition to le Creuset, I added an All Clad pan. The order arrived in a timely manner

Bought a 16 piece ENSO knife kit for Christmas 2 years ago for over $900. They are not chipping on the edges and the honing rod has broken 2 times.

They offered a sharpening service, but you have to pay the shipping back to them which is about $40. You also have to be without your knifes for a month. NOT A GOOD SOLUTION.

I ordered a knife from swedish knife shop. After a week of it not shipping, I called them to see what was up. They told me the manufacturer had it on hold pending repackaging (whatever that means). They said it would be about a month more wait. I cancelled the order and placed it with William's Sonoma. Basically the same thing happened. I messaged Cutlery and More and they said they had the inventory and they hadnt heard of any such issue. I place the order on Thursday, it shipped Thursday, and the free shipping will have it here Saturday. I will do more business with them

Great price and fast shipping. I was reluctant because this was the first time i bought from cutlery and more and the price of that Staub set was significantly cheaper than other websites. After reading few reviews, i decided to try my luck and that turned out awesome. I love the pumpkin staub set. Thank you cutlery and more. Thumbs up!

I've purchased online directly from them numerous times for high end knives, as well as on amazon (sold through C&M) where I've ordered cookware and cutlery shipped from them. Everything I've received I have been happy with, they have some significant deals throughout the year, and customer service is great.

They told my elderly mother that she could buy me a gift card and it would be fine to use in Canada. Then when I tried to use it it took me to a webpage not found error page. After emailing back and forth for a few days they called me. They then told me they can't ship to Canada right now but they are "working on it" and could contact me when they can. I asked for a refund for my mother and they said no. I won't use them again.

Punchline, Cutlery and More is now my go-to kitchen knife/cookware company. I first found them through their YouTube channel and was impressed with their review of the Yaxell Mon 8" chef's knife. When on the Cutlery and More website, I was shocked at the value - a full tang, 3-layer Japanese steel knife with a micarta handle for $80 and free shipping?! I decided to buy 2. Shipping was fast and secure and the knives came razor sharp right out of the beautiful box. Cutlery and More clearly has attention to detail which shows in their products. Customer service was unrivaled as well - prompt, responsive, and actually caring about any questions I had (shout out to Jennifer on their Support Team). Couldn't be happier. Quality products, great prices (even better than Amazon), and top-notch customer service. Exceed expectations!
