I've had several bad experiences ordering kitchen knives from Amazon (some came in with chipped blades) so wanted a reputable, reliable company to order from. Punchline, Cutlery and More is now my go-to kitchen knife/cookware company. I first found them through their YouTube channel and was impressed with their review of the Yaxell Mon 8" chef's knife. When on the Cutlery and More website, I was shocked at the value - a full tang, 3-layer Japanese steel knife with a micarta handle for $80 and free shipping?! I decided to buy 2. Shipping was fast and secure and the knives came razor sharp right out of the beautiful box. Cutlery and More clearly has attention to detail which shows in their products. Customer service was unrivaled as well - prompt, responsive, and actually caring about any questions I had (shout out to Jennifer on their Support Team). Couldn't be happier. Quality products, great prices (even better than Amazon), and top-notch customer service. Exceed expectations!
