Well they protected my last home and I always felt safe. The company has been locally based in Baton Rouge and that gives me peace of mind that they are right here! The technician..Jason was on time with our appointment and very professional too! He made me feel comfortable with the few questions I had about the alarm panel which was an upgrade from my previous one. He was fast and thorough with getting me setup. When we built our new home we were overwhelmed at times of when certain processes needed to be completed. We had contacted Corey Spano at Custom Security and he came out and personally told us his honest opinion of where everything should go, inside and outside cameras! They camera system has been amazing that he also recommended. The kids can play outside and the way Corey designed our system, we are able to watch them go from the front, side and to the back porch all on our living room TV! The convenience of being able to disarm/arm our alarm from are smartphones and apple watches was a feature I had no idea we would use daily! I love that we have it set to text me every time it s disarmed and armed, or sounds the alarm when I m not at home. Corey really went the extra mile in ensuing we had everything we needed. Their installers were also professional and were courteous to the fact that we do not wear shoes in home! We recommend Corey and Custom Security on a regular basis. They have our business for life!
