Joined Custom Security last year with our new office. They have been great to deal with from the start. Duane has been the most helpful customer service person I have dealt with in many years. He is always ready to help and has great patience with me as a novice. His service team has been wonderful and always very professional when installing our cameras and monitors. Unfortunately there have been times when we have set off our alarm - impressed at how quickly CS calls to check and make sure we are OK. After hours service is great as well. Special thanks to Kayla for her help with Total Connect - she is GREAT.
