Both of these guys were very kind, helpful AND
patient with me. On Friday night(Donald) and Saturday morning( Bryan) , both offered to come by to assist me but with their great guidance over the phone, I was able to unplug my old battery and plug in my new one.
Their assurance was very much appreciated as they answered my questions.
