Have had very good service and car purchasing experiences here. Sales and service people very knowledgeable and honest and just plain nice. Never feel like the service is being padded unnecessarily. Well run and organized -- they stick to the schedule they promise at the outset. Always good follow-up. I don't live that close to the dealership but it's worth the travel time to get my work done here.

Our family has now leased 3 different Subarus with Curry Subaru. We love the Sales team and the Service department as well. We were mistreated by salespeople at a different Subaru dealership in the county (it was truly astounding), and worked with Curry instead. Easy-breezy from that point on! I went to Curry Hyundai to look for a new car due bad past year with my former car Jeep compass and the nightmare i has with the a dealership. I so went to Curry and Lee the manager approached me and i explained my situation and he had everyone leave me alone an l walked around looked then went back to him with questions and had me sit with Macky who was really great listened to everything I had to say and took a test drive and he & Lee help with my new Sonata. I got the color i wanted and love it. It was the most stress free experience i ever had.
The Curry staff is always friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable and the service department is very well managed. We ve uses them for many years - they do the work quickly and correctly and its obvious they value their customers. I would recommend them without hesitation.

This is the fifth car we got from Curry Hyundai over the years for myself and other family members. The sales and finance team (Ryan, Lee, Paul and Tony) are always courteous, respectful and willing to work with you to come up with a mutually beneficial deal. Their service team is outstanding beginning with the service coordinators Brian, Tommy and service manager - James. We never had an issue and I don't trust anyone else to work on our cars. Always knew up front what the costs (in any) would be. Again courteous, personable and they each have a thorough understanding of what makes those cars tick.
I liked them until I was told the head gaskets on my 2006 Legacy were leaking heavily. I just put a rebuilt engine in it last August so I went for a second opinion. They said there is a minor leak but nothing to worry about since this model is known to leak slightly around the head gaskets. I will now take it to the new garage.
Seriously the BEST experience at a Subaru dealer service center. My reservation went thru on my end but didn t show up on their end. They still took me in at my appointment time and had me out in an hour. No issues no rudeness, just a friendly experience all around. Thank you!! :)
Most people do not look forward to shopping for a new car - we will have to deal with a high-pressure sales person and all the attempt to upsell to either a higher model or options you really do not want. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised dealing with Ana Sunara at Curry. Even though I was looking at a relatively low-end Forester, Ana could not have been more pleasant, enthusiastic and genuine. She either knew the answer to my questions or was able to get an answer very quickly. When time came for me to pick up the car Ana went out of her way to make sure I (a relative technophobe) was able to sync my phone to the car, as well as making sure I was aware of many other features! Very much appreciated. Also, credit to her manager, Eric Erbsland, who allowed Ana to handle the whole process.

I was impressed. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I had an appointment so they were ready to show me whatever car I was interested in purchasing. When I mentioned the car, I was immediately able to take it for a test drive. At that point I was sold. Two days later I drove off with my new car.

I am very happy with the way I was treated during the purchase of my new Impreza. My salesman, Louis Criscione was very laid back and professional and not pushy like many car sales people can be. I feel I was given a fair price and they obtained a vehicle very close to what I wanted. The sales manager, John, was also very pleasant to deal with. I have had plenty of bad experiences during my lifetime when buying cars and have dealt with unscrupulous dealers before and this was a pleasure!
Whatever aggravations I have, I know that my car will not be one of them. Whatever trouble I run into, I know that Phillip Grimaldi will make time for me. I know he will respond to me politely and professionally... no matter how many cranky people he helped before me. Phillip explains my options and makes me feel like he really cares. Curry Subaru is such a terrific dealership. I bought my Impreza there and today I brought It for a state inspection. They were so good at being ready for social distancing and disinfecting the car. This was my first time at this dealership at first there was no record of my appointment but Jordan said not a problem we will take care of you .. the recall was fixed without a problem plus they additionally fixed a loose bolt at no extra charge I will definitely return to this dealership because of the level of customer Service .. if I were in the market to purchase a new Subaru this is the place I would go. I have been in the corporate world for many years and you don t find customer service like this anymore!!
Peter and Phil made the purchase of my new crosstrek a pleasant & easy experience. They Had the car with the trim and options I wanted in stock. Quoted me a fair price right away. Three days later I m driving it. That was easy!
I got my new Outback reinspected. So all my vehicles will be due for inspection in July. The guys were great and did a good quick job. I had another issue with the wipers and they tried to address that as well. No complaints with the service. But the sales department sent me a bill for $36.50 more for the registration fee. I paid the $36.50 but I'm wondering if that's legal. Since i have an agreed to contract for the price of the car which included the registration fee. I'll have to contact the better business bureau to see if this is legal. Plus my buddy's brother the lawyer might want to have some fun with this as well.
I bought a car at Curry Subaru despite the inability to haggle over price because I expected the process to be easier. Everything that I was told between shaking the salesman's hand and picking up the car 3 weeks later was wrong. I was told that it would take a week for the car to come. After 2 weeks of trying to get a manager on the phone I was told that it would be another 2 weeks before the car that I agreed to buy would come in. An agreement was made on a new car and once again I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I showed up to the dealership later that week and the manager that was present told me that he was a used car manager and had no access to the information that I was looking for. When I asked specifically for the business manager he lied to me and told me the business manager wasn't in. I finally got someone to call me back and they tried to tell me that the price was different in their favor. When I came to pick up the car they wanted me too sign paperwork before I got to physically see the car. After all this the trim on the wheel well started to peel away on my drive home. It did not go well.
In May 2014 I purchased an Outback 2014LTD from Rye Subaru. I had originally gone to Curry, but decided to go to Rye to make my purchase. When I went to Curry I dealt with Rich Gallagher. Was very nice to deal with. Since I purchased the car at Rye, I (about a month ago), stopped by Curry and asked Rich Gallagher a question about my wipers. Today, I had another question regarding the bluetooth, I went in Curry, saw a young worker "steven", asked him to come out to my car, while we were in my car, Rich came storming out of the dealership, called Steven to get out of the car, was pointing his finger at him and was very upset (I was looking out the passenger window. I got out and asked him what was wrong, he was very nasty and told me he had worked very hard with me and I went and bought the car at Rye, and I should go back to them with any issues because I didn't buy the car from him. I thought Subaru was Subaru. He was very unprofessional with me. Very rude and told me "that's the way it is". I told him I would find out about that. Shame on him. Stay away from Rich Gallagher, because if you buy your car from somewhere else, he wants no part of you. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mary A.

When Rich Gallagher warmly greeted my wife, my son and I at the door to Curry Subaru, I had the feeling we were getting a salesperson who would really help us decide on the best car for us. And I was right. Rich was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with us. In fact, instead of feeling pressured in any way, I felt like we had the whole afternoon to pick and choose and learn. And test-drive. That's where the patience comes in. Those test-drives could have tested Rich's patience. But they didn't. Not in the least. All he cared about that afternoon was that we had all the information and experience we needed to make an informed decision. Which is what happened. Rich made us feel sure that the Legacy we eventually chose was exactly right for us.

I can't believe they have positive service reviews. I have had nothing but a negative experience here for years. I have called with questions on warranty work on multiple occasions and I have never gotten a call back, ever. Last episode was this week when I called with work that needed to be done and was asking if it would be covered. I was told that the person to help me was finishing up with another customer and would call me back, that was 4 days ago. I sent an email to their customer service address, no reply for 3 days. I called the dealership in Pleasantville and got my questions answered on the first call and had an appointment.
From the time that I stepped into the showroom, it was a wonderful experience. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman & was knowledgeable and very helpful. His approach was great & made me comfortable with the purchase of my new Forester.
When I picked up the car earlier today, he was very patient in making sure that I understood everything in my car. It was very reassuring when he said that he was available if I had any questions in the future.

Am here now (Sunday Oct.14th 1:30pm) . Wasn't greeted at the door, wasn't even paid attention to by anyone. When I spoke to someone at the desk to let them know I am interested in purchasing 3 cars (myself, brother, and nephew), I was told I had to wait for someone to free up. 15 mins later, I decided to leave. Maybe it's because I am Latino, and they thought I wasn't going to buy. I refuse to give my business to an establishment that chose to ignore me. Am going elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2020 Impreza and I would recommend curry Subaru to just about anyone. The staff there are helpful, friendly, and very efficient. I would also recommend speaking to Phil, he's a superb and honest salesman who guides you through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. I gave it one less star because there were issues with the finance department, but other than that excellent service.

It was time to look for a new (used) car because my current car had basically "bit the dust". I did some research and decided that a Subaru was a car that I was interested in. I stopped at Curry Subaru to look around and was greeted by Marc DeBenedictis in the lot. I told him my story and he was more than helpful with my selection. We set up an appointment for a test drive and when I I arrived at the dealership Marc was ready for me to take the car on nearby highways as well as familiar roads. Marc was ready to answer any questions I had, offered information about the car (2008 Subaru Forester) and was very pleasant and knowlegeable to deal with. Once the decision was made to finalize the purchase, all of the fun began! I was unable to get my current vehicle started so Marc offered to come to my home with a starter kit to jump start the car so I could bring to the dealership for an appraisal. He arrived with kit in hand, jump started the car and off we went. I was unable to locate the title for the vehicle, no panic, both Marc and Klitos arranged to have one ordered and Fed Exed to your dealership. All we had to do was wait a few days for it to arrive. This afternoon, the call came that the title had arrived and my car was ready to be picked up and again, Marc offered to pick me up at my home in order for me to get to the dealership to sign all of the papers and get the car. Klitos had all of the paperwork ready to go, I signed everything, Marc took me to clean out my old car and off I went! Happily driving my 2008 Subaru Forester! I have already told several of my friends how wonderful my experience has been at Curry Subaru. I never expected to be treated so well when I stepped onto your sales lot last Saturday and cannot say enough about Marc DeBenedicis. He is a consumate professional! Thank you again for such a painless process. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle, you can be sure it will be from Curry Subaru!
