Most people do not look forward to shopping for a new car - we will have to deal with a high-pressure sales person and all the attempt to upsell to either a higher model or options you really do not want.
I could not have been more pleasantly surprised dealing with Ana Sunara at Curry. Even though I was looking at a relatively low-end Forester, Ana could not have been more pleasant, enthusiastic and genuine. She either knew the answer to my questions or was able to get an answer very quickly. When time came for me to pick up the car Ana went out of her way to make sure I (a relative technophobe) was able to sync my phone to the car, as well as making sure I was aware of many other features! Very much appreciated.
Also, credit to her manager, Eric Erbsland, who allowed Ana to handle the whole process.
