Titan sent out a flier with the local newspaper offering a free estimate for lawn renewal. Took them forever to call and after scheduling an appointment, they were a no show. Unfortunate for them, as we called another company and contracted to do over $4,000 worth of landscaping. Do not recommend.
Most unprofessional contractor I've ever worked with. Landscape work done summer 2014 for new construction house with a 1 year warranty from Titan: Work done last year in a very unprofessional manner, Titan dropped by at the date/ time of their choosing without previous notice. They entered my property for additional work (relocate trees planted in wrong location) and didn't even let me know they were going to be doing any work that day. Titan hydroseeded the back lawn in two batches, the second batch never grew and they had to come back and do it again. Come this year, grass is not growing and spruce tree is dead. Proper lawn maintenance and care has been followed and next door neighbor, who also used Titan, is having the same issues. Contacted Titan for follow-up as part of their 1 year warranty. Called several times, left messages and got to talk to the owner a couple times. I've been promised work will be completed by end of the week twice and nothing has been done. Now Titan is not answering my calls nor replying to my voice messages.
If you don't want a headache, stay away from them. They do offer competitive prices but scarce work ethics and low quality of work do not make up for the money saved.
If you want a job done properly on time and with great customer service .Then I would spend my hard earned money with them.
They came out to look at the project on May 20th, and I was told I'd have the quote the following week. It's now been close to two weeks. I emailed them, and left a voice mail asking on when I should expect something. No response.
My project is probably a little smaller than they're use to doing but they can at least tell me they aren't interested in doing the work instead of blowing me off.
We had a fence put in last summer. Excellent quality and service. They made sure our neighbor we shared the fence with had all their questions answered and their specs were met. Superb company.
Gage and his crew were great to work with. I would specifically request him if you have a project coming up. He was able to provide us with several ideas for the landscaping around the house and even completed the estimate within a couple hours. The crew completed the border around our house in 1 day! I was satisfied the job and it was exactly as described. Titan created a website for the project and posted pictures as they did the work. Thanks guys.
Last year we had topsoil delivered and hydroseeding done. The soil delivered was dark and rich. They came out after we spread the topsoil and hydroseeded. We followed the watering instructions and the grass came in lush and green. The employees were polite and did a good job.
Titan Alaska recently did some landscaping at my home. I love the work and really enjoyed working with Titan's staff.
When Don Momblow came out to assess the work I wanted done and provide an estimate he seemed to be as excited about my project as I was. He provided great guidance that helped me make the best use of what I already have and had excellent suggestions for how to achieve what I wanted within my budget.
I was amazed at how quickly Titan's crew got the work done and at what a beautiful job they did. They were able to do the work with no disruption to the existing lawn and fence and they cleaned up very nicely. It really came out better than I imagined.
I can finally sit out in my yard and enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed by all the work it needed. I am sure I will be calling Titan again.

Alex Grant at Titan helped me order a gate and opener that was within my budget. He helped me plan out a way forward that was the most ideal for me. Titan contructed and delivered the gate, provided all the needed equipment, and provided the needed installation manuals. If you are a DIYer, Titan is the perfect company to work with. They kept me informed throughout project, allowed me to see the gate prior to delivery, and were 100% professional.
I worked with Todd regarding the issue I had and he came over with his crew and he corrected the problem and I am pleased with the results. The Job I had contracted Titan to do was done by someone who is no longer with Titan and wish Todd and his crew had completed the job originally.
Todd and his crew did a marvelous job recreating the area around my home. New yard and landscaping, new fence and new driveway! It's beautiful and could not be more pleased. The crew was there working 6 days a week to meet a deadline that Todd knew was very important to me. Todd oversaw everything and added his creative vision to make my landscaping something that my family and I will enjoy for a long time to come. They even did some extra work that they didn't have to do and did not charge me for. I would recommend Titan, LLC to others and will probably use them for further projects. Titan was referred by an asphalt paving company to lay pavers at the top of our driveway. Titan kept regular communications with me. They offered suggestions on patterns that improved the project. They coordinated their work with the asphalt company which reduced the time our driveway was torn up by 1 week. The asphalt company knocked a couple pavers a little out of place, and Titan straightened them up. Rain delays on the asphalt required schedule changes for Titan's pavers, but Titan adapted and got the job done. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
Nothing but great things to say about Todd and our Titan crew. Amazing finished product and installation experience. I hired 3 subs to complete our landscaping project and admit (after the fact) that it would've been much more streamlined to just have Titan do it all. 5* +
I hired Titan, LLC to act as general contractors for a major driveway project! They handled everything from excavating old driveway & putting in a new smaller one, bringing in top soil & hydro-seeding, creating a garden along the driveway with treated wood borders, a gorgeous paver pathway & landing, a small Trex deck at the garage man door, three perennials and red wood chips along the side of the house & paver walkway, and a large Trex deck in the front of the house! The project exceeded my expectations!! The landscaping crew was hardworking and Their paver walkway is a work of art!! The driveway guys were highly professional, efficient and did a wonderful job! Alex made sure the final touches were exactly as I had asked for and I am very pleased with the entire project! The only issue I had with the project was that I wished communication had been better in regard to me being informed and with the man they subbed out To build the Trex Decks. But, the finished product is fantastic and I would recommend them to general contract your whole project or landscaping, paver pathways and/or driveways.
Gage and his crew came and did a great job landscaping my backyard and part of my front yard. They cleaned my backyard, brought in a Bob Cat to help remove weeds and tree roots as best as they can. Put in top soil, smoothed and leveled it then they did hydroseeding. My backyard is coming along beautifully with its green grass!
After reading about Titan's topsoil on their website, I was sure I was getting a great product to put in my raised garden beds. After buying it for double the price of a competitor and putting it in my garden, I've found the dirt contains lots of unwanted items like plastic, garbage and a lot of BROKEN GLASS.
I called them twice to ask them where they got their dirt. The first time I called, the woman who answered acted very empathetic and told me she would have a manger call me to discuss. I waited a week and called again and asked again about the source of the dirt and why they hadn't called me. She rudely responded that they didn't know I had called and that she would have a manager call me. That was a month ago and I still haven't received a call.
Based on the different objects I've found in my soil, I highly suspect they allow street sweepers to dump their loads on their site which they mix in with their soil. If this is the case, who knows what kind of toxins are in the soil.

We had a retaining wall put in to hold back a hill. AMAZING Quality!!! Amazing work ethic, and loved the fact that Gage would come out and make sure we are happy. We absolutely will hire Titan again for any major projects.
Spring Cleanup - Power Raking by Titan LLC is the best thing you can do for your lawn if you are not able to do the work yourself. My yard has never been so lush and green! Workers are polite, professional and get the job done!

Titan provided a great service for a great price. Our yard required major excavation and a retaining wall, which turned out great. Todd was very friendly and helped us throughout the whole process. It was a good experience and I would use them again.
I needed some black dirt/top soil for my garden, I have gotten topsoil in the past from a few places that are no longer in service and Titan was the closest to my house.
I have a small truck so the loader would not fill my truck with a full load but charged me the $60.00 I didn't even get a discount and to top it off he wanted cash, which he pocketed asking as an afterthought if I wanted a receipt.
Not only does Titan charge more than double the costs the dirt is terrible, it is full of rocks, once in the garden bed it cemented up like a brick and I already have weeds sprouting.
Don't get your black dirt from Titan it is NOT worth what they charge you for.
I highly recommend Titan, I put in a request for service and was contacted and had an estimate scheduled within just a few days. This was the worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. I'm a local business owner and have done remodels and started businesses from the ground up and have never had such poor communication and finished product. They didn't show for 2 days when they said they would. There were so many unprofessional and irresponsible things, and the owner was rude and unconsiderate. I would definitely NOT use this company.
Mike Martin led our project with Titan and brought together great design and execution expertice despite the inturruptions from the weather.

Gage and his team at Titan have worked with me to make sure I get exactly what I want with my fence, which is not a typical design. A few years ago, they also did a great job with my landscaping and pavers with consideration for proper drainage, which was in pretty bad shape when I first bought my house. Overall, the project looks great at this time, but I know there are a few areas that may need to be addressed at a later date (in the spring). The work was not completed until late August, so I am a bit apprehensive about the progress of plants/grass before winter sets in. I would like to follow up with another review when I can see what the springtime brings.
The project manager provided good communication as to the timeline and progress of the job.
Mike Martin and crew did a beautiful job creating cedar planting boxes, replacing a deck and restoring the curb appeal of the entire yard. They worked fast, were very professional, and had great ideas on how best to use our space.
