I would 100% recommend shopping a Curry Subaru. My husband & I found a car on-line and e-mailed them. They called us back within 5minutes. The car we saw on-line was not really the car we wanted, but thinking about it overnight we called the next day to see if it was still available just to look at. We spoke with Casey informing him we just wanted to look at the car. He was professional, knowledgeable about the cars, listened to our needs; didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He took the time and showed us the same car (premium and limited Forester) side by side so we could actually see the difference. He was so patient with us because we started talking about the Crosstrex and the Legecy. Casey was such a great salesman we actually put down a deposit on a car we liked (keep in mind we went in just looking). I love my new Forester!! Thanks Casey!!!

My wife got a call from Curry that there were recalls on her car. She made the appointment. She arrived they ask her for her insurance card because they were going to give her a loaner car. The lady who help her, Nancy ,looked at the card and said is was no good because it had no expiration date, she was clearly not familiar with a Florida insurance card(s). My wife is a Florida resident. My wife called Geico and they said it was good and the Geico rep told Nancy that it was good. She still did not believe my wife or the Geico rep. My wife walked out and will never return.

I am changing my rating from five stars to one star. I have had my car in for service 4 or 5 times here. The last time in, they kept my car for a week because of high oil consumption and a squealing belt tensioner pulley. The pulley...wow. I told them that it was bad and needed to be changed, when i got my car back the service rep told me it just needed to be tightened, I told him that that was not going to fix it. The very next day and every day after it has squealed. I have called Jorden the service rep and left a message and talked to another rep. I have not received ANY calls back and it has been a week and a day. As for the oil, they claim that a bad PVC valve caused me to burn 36.2 ounces of oil every 1200 miles.(this went on for 40,000 miles) There was and is not any oil on my block or any motor components so that means it burned it which means I know I have sludge in my motor. Subaru says they won't do any additional work to clean my motor or check the seals. I have had 5 knee surgeries and a replacement as a disabled veteran, I need a car that will not leave me stranded. My next step is the better business bureau.

The service advisor, Alex, was great. Addressed all my issues and kept me posted on progress while I waited for the 24,000 mile service to be completed. He was extremely courteous and professional. This was my second service with Curry and with Alex. I travel 45 minutes from lower Westchester to get our Subaru serviced at Curry. The service departments nearer to me don t compare.

I generally do not like people trying to convince me to buy something over and over again So that is what I was expecting but not what I got. Rick Davis worked hard. He helped my wife and I decide between used or new car. We drove 4 cars. They were in various lots, and snow removal was needed. Rick gave us a substantial chunk of his day. I am glad he did.

Rick listened. He found out what was important to me, and he never tried to push anything else. I found his judgment to be good. I would be pleased to recommend him to anyone considering a Subaru. I hope he is still at Curry when I come back in 10 years for my next car.

This review may seem premature but I did want to share that the level of customer service I have received from Curry Subaru today has been excellent. I emailed the sales person I want to work with (Marc D., who by the way has the GREATEST reviews) is off this weekend and I emailed him to make an appointment. Within moments of sending the email I received a call from the dealership letting me know he was off and that he did receive my email and will call me upon his return Monday. Then I received a email from Eric Erbsland the General Sales Mgr sharing with me that Marc was out and that I could schedule an appointment thru Eric. I am quite impressed with this follow up. I have my appointment with Marc Monday so I will follow up on my review on Monday.

From the moment we entered the Subaru lot to the moment we picked up our car two days later, the experience was relaxed, and enjoyable. For the first time in many years, car shopping was a great experience. The car looked amazing when we picked it up and they even tied a red bow on the rearview mirror. What a great touch. Our salesman John Graffeo was so nice and put no pressure on us to buy. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not patronize us with sales gimmicks. Even the financing went smooth. My interactions with Ana Sunara as my Sales Representative at Curry Subaru was the best car leasing experience I have ever had. Since we turn in a vehicle every three years this is very important to us. Ana was polite, courteous, followed our lead, knowledgeable, gave us her undivided attention (even though other customers there may have been more eager to buy), and we never felt pressured at all. When we decided on a Subaru Forester XT to lease, the process was very smooth, from getting the car insurance, registration, or emailing us the specifications and vin #. The Financial Manager was friendly and efficient. All the details were made very clear and he took the time to explain anything we didn't understand. Ana was there from beginning to when I drove it off the lot. Of course before letting me leave, she went over various features in the SUV, put a bow on the dashboard and said congratulations!!! She is one sharp lady! I am confident that any further questions she will be there for me even though the lease agreement is finished. My overall impression of Curry Subaru in general is that all employees were friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean and modern. The best was that, not found in all dealerships, sales people eagerly helped everyone who walked through the door regardless of whether they 'appeared' that they were going to buy. I couldn't rate Curry Subaru any higher!!!

Your A tech workers claim that your Toyota workers are doing the certification on Subaru cars. They are surely getting paid for doing them because there is not enough Toyota work. Fir this reason your Subaru workers can not make 40 hrs. And would love to be fired and collect unemployment because they will make more money with covid. This should be reported immediately.

Today was not a good day for service at Curry Subaru. My wife brought her car on for an oil change and tire rotation. The advisor told her an hour or less. At an hour they were not done and she ask why. Checked and still no oil in car. It took 1 hour 20 minutes. Unacceptable.

I leased a brand new Subaru Impreza from Curry Subaru less than 9 months ago. From the first week I told them something was wrong with the car, because every time I turn it on the radio comes on. I turn the radio off, and if I so much a hit a minor bump in the road, the radio turns on again. They said "huh". Since then I have had to bring the car in for 2 recalls. Yesterday the car died on me three times. Once, it the morning, nearly causing me to be late to work. I work for 2 active duty soldiers who cannot report late to work. The second time it broke down I had their 11 month old baby in the car. The third time it broke down I was trying to get home at the end of a long work week. The customer service line didn't pick up, no one responded to my messages, and the guy who leased us the car didn't pick up his cell phone. The car won't even turn over, and it isn't the battery because my husband came to jump it. Nothing. So, I had to get a ride home, and the car that I put over $5000 down on is sitting at my job. I got this car so I would have a safe, reliable vehicle to drive the baby in, and not only don't I have that, I don't have a car at all. And I'm still waiting for someone to call. So, they have my money, and I have no way of getting anywhere. I would give them a ZERO, if only I could!

They were a great help. Not five minutes after we put in a request to test drive cars, they were calling to confirm the appointment. The day of the test drive, I called Mr. Carmine to see if we could test drive a second car and he said it was not a problem. My wife and I are glad we did, because it was the second car that we ended up driving home a few days later. They have our business for life.

I am a very happy/satisfied owner of a new Subaru Forester. I purchased my vehicle from Curry Subaru and had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Subaru did a great job with the mechanical, design, and upgrade aspect of things while my salesman Gennaro did an excellent job handling the people/customer side of the house. Sound product and excellent customer service! Gennaro was attentive and knowledgeable in all aspects of the the vehicle (mechanics and all onboard features safety etc). Friendly and professional. Could not ask for better.

Let me start out by saying that I have bought over a dozen new cars in my life, 4 or 5 for me personally and the rest for my fleet at work. Buying my new 2018 Subaru Legacy from Curry last week was by far the best experience I've had at a new car dealership. I am a serious buyer who researches everything beforehand including price so when I decided to buy a new Subaru I contacted 5 dealers to see what they could do for me. Most would take some money off of list price while one wouldn't budge much at all but Peter, the floor sales manager from Curry Subaru discounted the exact model I was looking for $2,000 on the phone! That got me interested so I went there the next day and was greeted by Gabriel, a salesman. He offered me a cup of coffee and we talked. He made me feel very comfortable and my well honed Greasy Car Salesman Radar Alarm (GCSRA) didn't go off!, so much so that I actually left with the car the same day and glad to have spent my hard earned savings to boot. Peter, Gabriel and the other Curry staff that I dealt with bent over backwards to make my experience a great one (the coffee was ok but where were the donuts but I will give them 5 stars anyhow lol). From the easy to negotiate sales price with no hidden fees to them finding someone to follow me home with the new car, all was great. Buy from them and ask for Gabriel.

It was an excellent experience purchasing my pre owned Hyundai Santa Fe from Franz,, no pressure no pushing just pleasant.. I recommend to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai car or SVU to ask for this gentleman by the name of Franz Ozuna you won't regret it... Also their service department is outstanding, the staff is friendly and they make sure all your questions are answered with no hesitation... They have been on point in correcting any issues I brought to them, so thank you to Mr James Papa and Thomas Jordan from their service department for the professionalism they have showed me. Their waiting room is so clean and comfortable that you don't mind waiting there while the repairs are done on your vehicle,,, over all this place is top of the line for me... Thank you very much for outstanding service!

They replaced the fuel pump as requested by a recall from Subaru. When I picked up my car there was a strong gas smell, still has it after a few hours, and they returned the car with a half tank. The gas tank was full when I dropped it off.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We took our barely 4 year old Subaru into the service part of this hellhole and made the mistake of trusting that since they are SUBARU, they d be the best and most professional place for us to get it fixed. We were wrong. Incompetent staff that took over 2 weeks to even just diagnose the problem, all the while coming up with wrong solutions we had to pay for that didn t fix our car at all. They bullied us into each fix telling us that this would be it, even when we disagreed and told them that what they re claiming is the problem, doesn t seem like it s the problem at all. When we would disagree they would tell us that they knew best and for us to trust them or get out. $1000 later, in just bs replacements and testing, is when they finally found the problem. They took no responsibility in all their failures to diagnose the problem and tried to tell us well those things probably needed to get fixed/replaced at some point in the future anyways. Absolute worst service I ve ever experienced. Do not waste your time here. You ll just be kicking yourself for going there and wasting your money. Lesson learned. Never again.

The price was super competitive & the staff & managers were friendly & open to negotiation. Our sales professional, Peter Howard, was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable in every aspect of Subarus. Our experience with him was superb! He was responsive to us in every way & always kept us up-to-date. Could not have asked for more. Peter is a true professional. My man Jordin took care of me in the most amazing ...

My man Jordin took care of me in the most amazing way! My home mechanic said I needed two things fixed that may still be under warranty. One was the front strut mount and the other, rear ball joints. Jordin explained that the latter was covered but the former was 20,000 miles past warranty.
He then suggested I call Subaru Customer Service and see if they could help with that. I never would have thought to do that!
Subaru gave me a Coupon for all but 27$ to cover the strut mount that was past warranty! Thanks to Jordin and Subaru and my mechanic who sent me there in the first place, I saved so much repair money!
