When Rich Gallagher warmly greeted my wife, my son and I at the door to Curry Subaru, I had the feeling we were getting a salesperson who would really help us decide on the best car for us. And I was right. Rich was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with us. In fact, instead of feeling pressured in any way, I felt like we had the whole afternoon to pick and choose and learn. And test-drive. That's where the patience comes in. Those test-drives could have tested Rich's patience. But they didn't. Not in the least. All he cared about that afternoon was that we had all the information and experience we needed to make an informed decision. Which is what happened.
