By far the worst ticket site !!!
Excessive fees, but mostly the tickets are cheaper elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have had to order here three times in the past few years. One time everything went well, one time it was sent to the wrong name (Eventim accidentally printed the name of the second personalized ticket on the envelope instead of the name of the shipping address given) and I almost didn't get the tickets from the post office in time.
The third time I bought a normal early bird ticket and probably got a child ticket because of a mistake. There was still a lot of time until the event and I thought no problem, the customer service contacted, but instead of a new ticket, according to the employee, I should simply go to the event with this children's ticket and ask on site whether I might not (!) Counter the ticket Surcharge in an adult ticket. What cheek! I wrote that I paid for an adult ticket and did not want to go to the event with a ticket that was invalid for me and where the problem is that I could send a new ticket because of your mistake? There was no answer. I was very surprised at this unprofessional approach and then canceled the direct debit for the ticket at the bank. Thereupon, despite repeated emails explaining why I canceled the direct debit, instead of a new ticket, I only received reminders for a while. In the end, the warnings stopped after 3.4 times and I bought a ticket on site. Mistakes can always happen, but how this company reacts to them is just embarrassing ...
