Hello Eventim, please take care of your customers! I have been trying to reach someone for 3 months (5 emails + 10 calls). I NEVER received the concert tickets worth 500 euros from you and you can't even answer an email !!!!!!!!!!! WHAT'S GOING ON WITH YOU. I have given you a deadline, if this lapses I will hire a lawyer to clarify the matter. Maybe someone will be able to answer your request !!!

I can not say anything negative about the company Eventim, I have bought tickets several times over the last few years and everything went smoothly without incident. Since I always have the cards deducted from the account, I have not had, as other problems described, with a reminder. I can only recommend it.

By far the worst ticket site !!!
Excessive fees, but mostly the tickets are cheaper elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have had to order here three times in the past few years. One time everything went well, one time it was sent to the wrong name (Eventim accidentally printed the name of the second personalized ticket on the envelope instead of the name of the shipping address given) and I almost didn't get the tickets from the post office in time.
The third time I bought a normal early bird ticket and probably got a child ticket because of a mistake. There was still a lot of time until the event and I thought no problem, the customer service contacted, but instead of a new ticket, according to the employee, I should simply go to the event with this children's ticket and ask on site whether I might not (!) Counter the ticket Surcharge in an adult ticket. What cheek! I wrote that I paid for an adult ticket and did not want to go to the event with a ticket that was invalid for me and where the problem is that I could send a new ticket because of your mistake? There was no answer. I was very surprised at this unprofessional approach and then canceled the direct debit for the ticket at the bank. Thereupon, despite repeated emails explaining why I canceled the direct debit, instead of a new ticket, I only received reminders for a while. In the end, the warnings stopped after 3.4 times and I bought a ticket on site. Mistakes can always happen, but how this company reacts to them is just embarrassing ...

I sent my money but I didn't get tickets.
I do not receive any answers via "Customer Service" (by email) and none can be reached by phone.

The store owes me money!

Keep your hands off this ticket trade - dubious !!

Catastrophic customer service that doesn't deserve...

Catastrophic customer service that doesn't deserve its name. Unavailable by phone (+20 attempts) ... E-mails are answered with canned texts that do not match the request at all.
Event was canceled by the organizer, tickets sent in by registered mail, and nothing has happened for two months now. For me it is just before a lawyer and I will definitely not buy any more tickets here.

The fact that there are delays due to capacity utilization when booking Rammstein tickets is no problem. But equipping the entire site with a timer is pathetic. When calling up even the imprint is provided with a 30-second timer. When timer expires, timer will start again. As soon as you make it through the timer, you can solve an infinite number of Google captchas, only to wait and then solve adnn captaches again. That is not sustainable and I will not order any more tickets at Eventim.

It annoys me every time I buy concert tickets or tickets for other events at Eventim.
Usually Print @ Home is not offered, e.g. at ticketsprinter

In addition, you have to pay excessive shipping costs.

The icing on the cake is that Eventim also allows itself to send the tickets, which may be worth several hundred euros, in an uninsured, non-traceable letter for 0.85 euros with shipping costs of 4.90 euros!

If there is any way I avoid ordering from Eventim

We were on site from the university for a company visit. The entrance with the porter in a smart suit makes a pretty impression. There is a name tag for every visitor. We were looked after very well with a lot of staff from different departments. Nobody had to go hungry either. A very, very nice company with great staff.

No money no answer nothing. I have been trying to reach someone for 1 month.

In the case of cancellation of Lana Del Ray concert in Berlin on 2.3.20, CTS Eventim sent me a renouncing email, instructing me to sign a pre-typed letter which states "Please attempt to cancel the tickets with the promoter". Think about it people: they tell me to ask them to cancel the tickets whilst Lana cancelled because she lost her voice!! On top, they asked to send the original tickets unharmed (!) within 7 days from the date of notice!! This is all outrageous and shameful and suggests very bad business practice & ethics. I would be hoping for some German Justice to take up this issue and put things in order. Same on you CTS Eventim

I bought my Rammstein tickets through Eventim. Unfortunately, I had to wg the cards. Reselling prevention. There was only one legally legal and prescribed way - via Eventim's own ticket portal called fanSALE. I have quit the cards there very quickly, unfortunately had to accept a loss of 20 EUR ... But that was not the biggest problem. After I was told that the sale was successful, it took 10 days until the money was in my account. Furthermore, I had to wait for half an hour beaten in the telephone queue of fanSALE.

About Eventim allegedly VIP packages for Armin van Buuren bought. Pure scorn. The very last seats are sold almost twice as much as in the arena itself and in response came from the VIP service: blame yourself, we do not do anything for you! Is no exception, happens every time: ticket purchase, week later newsletter, unsubscribe from the newsletter, rest. The same game from scratch when you buy a ticket again. I can not advise anyone to buy a ticket at Eventim. A friend gave me two super expensive maps for power plant in Stuttgart.

What he did not know, the company wants to "personalize" this under perfidious exploitation of the Terms. It means, only the buyer may go to the concert, he kank, the other may at most make a stupid face.

When we wanted to rewrite the sinfully expensive tickets, you would be stupidly addressed at the "service" and taught uselessly, you should have contacted us sooner. The hotline was, however, over two weeks unreachable and one can choose the fingers so bloody. Of course, the company also does not have to answer an e-mail, whereby the Laber tapes would sound like a home page to a sonic one.

Conclusion: So beautiful can not be a concert to be sold by Eventim for stupid, that spoiled every enjoyment. Never again Eventim.

With which right do you make a Schufa request with a ticket reservation in the amount of 88 and influence my score ?!

I booked through Eventim concert tickets and paid by debit, since Paypal was not possible and then I get directly the Schufa, that my data in this context were queried! I would never have agreed if I had known this. That was not transparent recognizable!

This affects my score and is now visible to other users.

Eventim is obviously not able to build a reasonable server infrastructure, because with good regularity, the entire website is paralyzed. One star is too much, that was the first and last tickets booked through Eventim.

In a nutshell: Eventim does not personally respond to e-mails, with a little luck you will get an automated / standardized answer by e-mail weeks later that has no relation to the written one.
I have set Eventim over a period of just over 11 weeks, 3x reminders & deadlines, unfortunately with no result.

According to the consumer center, Eventim's current behavior violates applicable German law and Eventim has also been warned by the consumer center.

The current reviews on trustpilot speak volumes.

Moin, if you go out of the offer and the settlement in the online shop you would have to give at least 4 stars but the store has a customer service of mocking every description, our event was relocated (Mittermeier in May 19 in Hamburg) you get a friendly message via email that the event takes place in another place and where that is.
What you do not get is information where you should sit if you are even allowed in with your old tickets or something similar.
The only information that came back via e-mail is that the organizer will assign already equivalent seats.
The estimation for equivalent is but maybe from me a different from Eventim.
So I can only hope that soon there will be competition for the shop which are unsustainable for me

Via mobile devices (iPhone 6S) a completely useless ordering system. After multiple selection of tickets never more than one ticket in the shopping cart. Order was impossible!
When ordering by PC, I was thrown out during the payment process, the reservation time had expired. The watch for remaining time to order showed allerings still about 16 minutes. Thus, I was no 2.30 min in the ordering process. Cards were then available in the shop after more than 20 minutes waiting time.

I have ordered several times now via eventim.de and have been logged out indiscriminately in the course of some order processes, the order process is grottenschlecht and incredibly verbuggt. I will no longer place my orders with the market leader.

You cannot recommend this agency, but rather warn against it. Concert tickets canceled by Corona were finally reimbursed after months of mail traffic and a lot of nerves. But if you think that this was correct, it is wrong. 157 were reimbursed from the purchase price 178. Although the cards were sent back by registered mail (costs were of course at our expense). I call that a scam and on a large scale. Such companies are not worth working on the market.

Eventim refused to withdraw the ticket for four months after the concert was canceled. After massive requests and the theater being contacted again, the reaction took place. I got 65.86 out of the paid 80.34. They take the processing fee for reverse processing !!! I feel that is outrageous. I will now always look for an alternative when buying tickets because I do not want to continue supporting this company

We have been waiting for an answer from Eventim since March 2020. Whether we get a refund or a voucher. There is no response to any of our emails or calls. It's almost 300, something outrageous has never happened to me.
We will now take steps accordingly!

Dear people: FINGER WEG FROM EVENTIM. Canceled i.e. Events that are not relocated and require a ticket exchange - with the corresponding refund of the tickets - are ignored, just like the customer, who understandably wants to get his money back and although Eventim is already selling tickets for the replacement event.

This is justified with the brazen excuse ".... that the repayment modalities have not been clarified ..." - for an event that has already been pre-booked !!!!!

Buy your tickets everywhere, just not at Eventim, by the way, I will get them from the court next week: namely a reminder.

Let's see if they ignore it too.

The event industry is suffering from the Corona crisis. As a ticket broker, Eventim is doing the industry a disservice: tickets will not be refunded even after repeated postponements - with flimsy excuses and references to the organizers. Customer loyalty looks different.

I bought 2 tickets for Maroon 5 for 300 Euro in December. The concert would be in June, but we can not go to the concert. Tried to cancel the purchase, the answer of Eventime was that the tickets are ordered from the organizer and 3 months before the start of the concert can not cancel.
For my part, I would and will never order cards again here.
