One star is too much, that was the first and last tickets booked through Eventim.

In a nutshell: Eventim does not personally respond to e-mails, with a little luck you will get an automated / standardized answer by e-mail weeks later that has no relation to the written one.
I have set Eventim over a period of just over 11 weeks, 3x reminders & deadlines, unfortunately with no result.

According to the consumer center, Eventim's current behavior violates applicable German law and Eventim has also been warned by the consumer center.

The current reviews on trustpilot speak volumes.
