YOU MUST READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!!! Having a bridal shower is a once in a lifetime experience that Valley Forge Flowers completely did not follow through with anything that was discussed prior to our order. From the draping flowers that were discussed to the decoration of the bridal chair that fell apart five minutes after set up. The staff on site was rude, unprofessional and the whole bridal party was assembling the flowers because there was no information given to the staff responsible for the set up from Valley Forge. Instead of greeting guests at our beautiful venue, we were too busy putting rose petals on silver string as Valley Forge was suppose to be doing. The one thing they did come through on was asking for 100% payment prior to our venue.. I put so much time and effort into this shower for my daughter in law, it's extremely upsetting. The manager of the restaurant and all guests felt awful that the shower was so beautiful and lacked something so important as the flowers. I will never ever step foot in their store, nor recommend them to anyone. Thank god we are utilizing a different florist for the wedding!!

This is a nice flower shop/cafe in Wayne, Pa. The lady who runs the place, Barbara, has never provided me with anything less than exemplary service. I would recommend visiting if you find yourself in the area.

Great experience shopping at Valley Forge Flowers. They have two buildings with their own unique charm and selection of items. I went in looking for flowers and a gift for my mother and left with beautiful flowers and even got to sample delucious hor d'ourves and spreads as I browsed. The staff helped me pick out the gift, I had no idea what to get, and my mother loved it.

What a great experience using Valley Forge Flowers! Their arrangements are beautiful and they have very reasonable prices. Additionally the customer service is outstanding and they have a knack for details. I would highly recommend!

Needed flowers for an occasion. Winter weather and they said they would call if they were closing early. They closed and never called. Poor value of arrangement for what I paid. 40% of flowers dead/dyeing within 12 hours.

When asking about doing a sit down Sweet 16 dinner party for about 20 young ladies and the Birthday girls mom & dad, I was told we don't do "children's" parties and click. I'm not sure she really listened to my vision. I found her to be extremely rude after being put on hold 3 times and hung up on once. Very poor customer service. As Julia Roberts once said...BIG MISTAKE.

I ve been collecting rare plants for 10 years now and I have to say their selection is exceptional. What is less than is their care of those plants. Clearly diseased and pest afflicted plants placed amongst the few healthy ones they do have, ( which are more hardy and tend to be more resilient to pest and infection ), then trying to sell them at prices of an actual reputable greenhouse. They should stick to decor, which I will admit they have in spades.

This is not just your average flower shop! I love that they have other gifts as well as home decor! This is the perfect place to get a thoughtful gift and/or beautiful flowers! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable they went above and beyond to get me an arrangement at the last minute that was absolutely beautiful and lasted! I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to anyone in the area! It s hard to find genuine customer service but they are top notch! Thank you again VFF!!

This flower shop is wonderful. All of the employees are extremely friendly and are always willing to lend a helping hand. The arrangements that the employees put together at Valley Forge Flowers are truly remarkable. I highly recommend this florist to anyone.

My first experience at Valley Forge a friend of mine passed and I wanted to get some flowers for the family. Not having experienced a loss like this, I did not know what type of flowers to ask for but the staff made a marvelous but subtle arrangement that fit perfectly. On Mother Day of course, I forgot to pick up flowers for my whole extended family and I called into Valley Forge last minute hoping that they would be able to help me out. They not only helped but went above and beyond the typical experience, individualizing each bouquet, watering them, and placing them in a bin for me to carry easily. Though I mainly went for the flowers, I somehow ended up also purchasing a few belts and accessories. The inviting environment, warm staff, and large variety of products will definitely have me coming back in the near future

Horrible place. I know first hand they only value money, not satisfaction or quality. Very typical greedy main line business. Shop here if your earned dollar means nothing to you. If it does, stick to actual local small businesses or home goods.

Love this place!!! VFF is my go-to for floral arrangements and gifts. Their flowers are always beautiful, and their shop always has the most beautiful, unique, and special pieces. People always want to know where I find such wonderful gifts. My favorite part of shopping at VFF is the wonderful cafe. The sandwiches, salads, soups, spreads, and baked goods are delicious but nothing tops the Chai Tea Latte! Their classes are fun and educational too. I would highly suggest a girl's night at one of their classes. My friends and I had a wonderful night at a wreath making class! Finally, I can't say enough great things about Barb, Kyle, Andre, and the entire staff. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the store and they go above and beyond to help! Looking forward to seeing their gorgeous display at the Philly Flower Show again this year!

This place is absolutely lovely. I d imagine that if you have a green thumb, you d do well here, but I don t, so I buy arrangements or gifts. I ve even just stopped in to browse if I have time because it has a great atmosphere. The cafe is a great idea to grab a refreshing iced coffee in the spring or a delicious cup of soup in the winter. It s really a gem, and I m glad it s not my neighborhood or I d spend too much time and money there. It s a destination though, for sure.

Valley Forge Flowers deserves nothing but a five star rating. Every single time I have been in VFF I have experienced nothing but the best customer service! Valley Forge Flowers does not even compare to proflowers or other such companies in my book because they take the extra time and attention to make each arrangement unique! My boyfriend just recently purchased an arrangement for me and it lasted over two weeks and was such a sight to walk home and see everyday. Not only did I find the arrangement beautiful but my friends who stopped by over the weekend also took note of the vibrant colors and unique fresh flowers used to create the arrangement. Not only does VFF have great flowers they also sell perfume infused candles that make your ENTIRE house smell AMAZING! Valley Forge Flowers is worth every penny spent and just stopping in the store I guarantee you will see for yourself exactly what I mean!

This place is absolutely the best flower shop around. From the stunning flowers, the customizable options, the already prepared selection and truly the best, knowledgable and most helpful staff around,VFF has it all. You will be beyond satisfied from the moment you walk in the door until long after the buying experience is complete and you will be wanting to come back for more in no time. Honestly not a better option in the area!

My first experience with Valley Forge Flowers was when I was attending a wedding and asked about the centerpieces and elegant arrangements throughout the entire venue. I learned it was Vff and had to stop and pick up some flowers for my More

We have lived down the road from this store for years and have given them substantial business, however, as an older individual, I did NOT feel safe coming in here recently as several staff persons were not wearing masks. The owner was pulling down her mask to talk to patrons and her son was running around the store without a mask on at all. I did not see ANY sanitary guidelines being followed. I was shocked. For a family run business, you would expect them to acknowledge the risks to their older patrons and take the responsibility of wearing masks seriously, but that is not the case. They also were not cleaning the store or wiping down surfaces. It gives me considerable pause as well since they're allowing guests to eat and drink in their mini-cafe area, creating a space for germs to linger. Dusty, germy, and they were incredibly rude to customers when asked about the lack of sanitary practices and masks. Truly unfathomable for the mainline. I do not recommend this business and expected better.

My daughter s wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and catered dinner were held at VFF 9/12/20. The table scape took my breath away. It was magnificent and the room with all the fairy lights, candles, and reflections in the glass structure made for a magical environment.

I am extremely displeased with the owner of Valley Forge Flowers. I had reached out to the event coordinating team (they were very nice) to plan a company christmas party. We had discussed various options in the party package and I visited the shop on a Monday. I told them we would like to move forward with the quotes they had given us and they told me that they'll email me with everything. A day after we had made the decision, I received an email saying they are no longer able to host our party because the owner decided not to hold anything during December because of the christmas inventory. If this is true, that is fine. I just wish there was more of a clear communication and it just seems like bad business on the owners side.

The worst! Do NOT order flowers to be delivered. I sent flowers to a family after a tragedy and the flowers sent were half dead. The recipient of the flowers called to complain. It's a disgrace. The flowers were replaced, but it should NEVER have happened in the first place when spending over $100 for an arrangement. When I asked for a refund, I was told by Karen, "there are no cash prizes for complaining". If you need a good florist, look somewhere else.

They have an exceptional selection and staff that can customize any type of arrangement and bouquet. I was amazed at the great customer service and fresh selection. This is clearly a well run business worth your visit.

One of the best flower and gift shops in the Greater Philadelphia/Main Line area. Courteous, professional and very helpful staff, the owner Barbara is amazing. I have had flowers arranged for myself and also delivered always beautiful, long lasting and impeccable. The Gift shop has items not easily found and of very high quality, this is where you go to find unique, timeless gifts that will last and delight. The Cafe is delicious as well!

WOW! If you re looking for high quality arrangements with top notch customer service on the main line then this is the place for you! I was looking for a custom last minute succulent welcome arrangement for welcome home gift for my dad and with the help of Kyle my vision was far exceeded! I ended up purchasing not one but two unique handmade pieces by Kilsoon made and Chris (manager) that not only show their passion and creativity but totally blew my parents and myself out of the water!! The craftsmanship and service is unlike any other place on the mainline and will be the only florist we go to from here on out! Cannot say enough about the final product and service from start to finish..Mahalo again!!

With a wedding approaching quickly, I needed flowers for the entire bridal party. One consult with Renee and everything was done! POOR. My husband says he got me flowers here once, and perhaps he did - as we have only lived here a year and its been crazy. But for that reason he decided to order a corsage for a father daughter dance from Valley Forge Flowers My daughter is of slight frame and 8 yo. The corsage was $45!!!!!! He picked it up and put it in the refrigerator to hide it. Well, we got it out 15 min prior to leaving and it was a hot mess. It was pretty --LIE...(it was kind of hideous but I wasn't going to hurt her feelings)...but had also these large hot pink bows & extra berries etc on it, it was very heavy and the corsage was attached to a snap wrist band vs something more elegant or comfortable. The BEST is that it was joined with a pipe cleaner. It was heavy, rolled over onto the underside of her wrist and cut into her skin. When they got home from the dance less then 2 hours later, the sides were turning brown. I called the florist today who states they could do nothing "after the fact" and only if I had brought it in before/earlier in the day. Ummm, then where is the surprise and after the fact the shop was closed. My call garnered nothing but a whole bunch of bulls*&t, but basically a "to bad, so sad, we will do or give you nothing" response from 2 managers. WOW.....great business practices. I have seen many a corsage in my day, or bridesmaid bequests (8-9 x times!) and I have never.....ever....seen such piss poor work and hope I am not some bride on her wedding day and end up with bouquets as tacky as this (and corsages the same)! The is why I will continue to use Proflowers online. I feel bad now that the next time I got to get something in person the extra scrutiny they will endure. I highly doubt this is the standard way to make a corsage for a young lady. I KNOW that 2 pieces of elasticized band could have been added had this been done professionally and also to the specifications of our request...Not assumptions for an overpriced, oversized, tacky and unwearable piece. Even if I have to watch 100 youtube videos to ensure it will work and/ or make one with fresh flowers myself. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere....especially because their customer service was beyond repulsive. Melanie B Devon, PA

High end and unique items for sale, all displayed in a gorgeous setting. Everything from seasonal decor, live and cut florals to large scale furniture and wall hangings. Each nook has its own theme and personality. Not great for the younger set to wander (expensive things to grab/knock), although the barn/cafe would make a sweet lunch/tea outing for a well-behaved little one. The main building is too tight for strollers. Employees are experienced and helpful.
