Cozy, nice service, quiet. Good choice 3.5 miles from Paris

Very expensive to stay here given that it is far from anywhere with poor transport links. There is nothing to do and very poor amenities the food is a little hit and miss too. It probably relies heavily on business travel with people who are not paying for it themselves.

Nice hotel very clean staff at the top really very helpful :) the pti dej was just too good and very rich! The lady who takes care of breakfast this morning was very kind and very professional!

We are told that the restaurant is full, obliged to eat elsewhere. Our roommate tells us that there was barely half full.
A room for 4 including a sofa bed as a second bed.
It's limited.

The hotel is not bad, cleanliness and order, kind staff, there is good parking on the territory, which is surrounded, on the territory of the hotel you can play pinpong, there are board games for children, this is probably all good ...
Housing prices are not justified too high, there are a few more hotels in the vicinity of the highway, with reasonable prices and good conditions.

Breakfast - food is sufficient and varied in choice, but the staff as a herring spreads visitors on the street or in the main hall, although there is still an additional large hall where you can comfortably accommodate, but they are not allowed there, I had to have breakfast outside under the hot sun, a bunch of people gathered flies and wasps, who together with us had breakfast from our plate. All anything, but there were children with us, they could bite them at any moment.
In general, I put three stars, for more because of these minuses and does not pull! ..

Great location. good rooms. Breakfast and service from employees was mediocre. Corridor and room stank of sweat.

Perfect for a night over. Comfortable beds and rooms. Breakfast is ludicrously expensive at 18.50 per adult. Children eat free.

The rooms were nice and comfortable but the personel was not very appealing.. Not allowed to have a cocktail during dinner because it was "too bothersome".. Really?
Also, the bartender didn't knew the price of its own drinks...
I guess it's what a hotel is meant to be: a place to sleep, but nothing more.
If you're just looking to pass the night, I'd recommend it but if you're looking for a good time, walk away.

Hotel upscale bedding ok reception ok but long enough

Food and drinks are very expensive. The booking was incorrect but quickly sorted out with no fuss. Comfy as always. Not the best Novotel I have ever stayed in with the family. Breakfast good as always

Ok Dokey hotel. AC is not on even when temperatures are 20 c . Budget hotel. And the photo in Google maps is definitely not the hotel.

Excellent home and competent. A relevant and warm service. Calm. Tasty cuisine, we take the time to appreciate and detail the flavors.

Staff at the top. Cleanliness impeccable rooms and common areas. Breakfast at will quite diverse and a lot of occupation for older children

Pretty satisfactory for a 3 star. Air conditioning, sofa bed with 2 separate beds and a good double bed. Friendly service and normal breakfast- the normal hot bacon eggs with sausages. Some subject of Asterix and Obelix.

It fulfills its objective that is to sleep nothing but relation price quality

Medium but very dynamic and attentive team. The big plus is the children's area and the Park.

A poor service attitude.
1. Our guide told us: the place to eat is in the meeting room behind the bar. So we looked at the bar and there was a restaurant on the left hand side. It was natural to go there. When I was filming the food (no hands), the waiter walked in and yelled angrily: Not here! I apologized to him. He was still very angry and walked to the outside of the kanban, struck the kanban very hard, and said: there are arrow groups on the right hand side. Then he went off in flames. But the kanban was a dead corner on the right side of the bar, and we didn't notice that there was a kanban there. If you don't want us to walk into the restaurant, we should put a kanban in front of the restaurant.

For the service staff, the hotel is a place you are familiar with, but it is very strange to travelers, especially to foreign travelers. Please do n t take it for granted.
And everyone is an adult, just say it once, no need to use roar. (It happened to be shouted when shooting food, but unfortunately could not upload videos)

2. We didn't prepare many things for breakfast. There were no hot water in the tea bag, the eggs and bacon were cold in the insulated tub, and the toaster was unplugged. There are no half-person restaurants next to these things ready. We are here to catch the plane and have breakfast first but not prepared in advance.

3. I passed the restaurant after breakfast. No one eats in the restaurant. What is the intention of isolating us?

4. The room did not have the mineral water we would have had. There is no hot water cup.

5. No elevator, tired to carry luggage up and down the second floor.

6. Originally full of expectations for France, because this hotel completely extinguished our goodwill for France.

We went through this hotel because we were wrong hotel and it seems pretty basic for being 4 star. It is not very central either.

Hotel well located, friendly staff. An effort to make on the breakfast. Small charred sausages. Beware of bedding, holes in the sheets ... And mold in the fridge ... Room # 161.

Pleasant place own very nice staff I attended a seminar so no opinion yet on the rest.

Checkin was good, staff friendly and helpful. The room could have seen some cockroaches in the hallway. The covid policy at breakfast was not observed by a large group of Arab people, the manager ignored this and said nothing about it ....... sad for the one who does care about this, therefore the 2 stars for the mismanagement.

The best hotel in that area, with good service, good restaurant

While in Saint-witz we stayed with family at the Novotel Saint-witz it was really perfect the rooms are clean and spacious, the welcome as the hotel and the restaurant is friendly and professional. We appreciate the quality of the evening meal including homemade daily menu we return.

Very good hotel if you are considering visiting Asterix Park. It is 5 minutes away. Ok for downtown Paris, you will need a little patience because of the traffic you come across but we who had just 2 days were fine. One day we dedicated it to the park and the other by our own car as it would certainly be difficult by transport, we visited the center of Paris and although it was hot, parked near the sights for a few euros, we managed and saw everything we wanted. hotel now, very clean, with large garden and table tennis table. In his coffee quite pinched prices. Inside the room was a tea kettle and instant coffee and a fridge. The other thing that impressed me and I haven't seen it before is that the other room was the shower and the sink and the other the toilet. I would definitely go again.

Good welcome, very good about the hotel, very good in the secure parking, we also took advantage of the pool!
Only downside, the restaurant staff not very welcoming when we arrived, not top level friendliness. What a shame, because place really good around Chantilly.

Sadly, the hotel crashes us 4 days before going to a wedding and 3 after booking, for reasons of profitability. He should change jobs. Shameful

The room was big enough but the bed wasn't comfortable.

Very friendly staff meet all requests if possible. The rooms are standard Novotel standard.
Unfortunately the fresh sheets were not spotless and a bit disgusting. There is a point deduction for this.
Breakfast buffet has a good selection and quality.
Unfortunately you will not find any German TV channels on the TV.

Classic services for the group, terrace poolside summer. Bar service all year round

Very well located hotel surrounded by beautiful garden and greenery. Spacious rooms and attractively designed Lobby and Reception Area. Good Restaurant which serve great Breakfast and beverages. bout 30 min drive from the Famous Eiffel Tower but still looks away from city because of its surrounding greenery and calmness.

Great hotel as a stopover. Despite the fact that this hotel is close to Charles De Gaulle airport and the motorway (A1), no noise has been experienced. Great little pool, fenced, without security. Restaurant serves simple but good and very affordable meals. Rooms good but simple. Clean though. The minibar was included. I'm sure you'll come back here sometime. Price ensures that assessment is not a higher assessment.

What you would expect from Novotel although restaurant service was quite poor

Hotel that needs a good renovation, mattress level you have to like them very soft. Children running around the hall after 11 p.m. without anyone saying anything !! Breakfast with products the next day saw the state (all dry) cakes and buns. 1 shampoo and shower for three 1gel must think of bringing. This is the first Novotel in which we slept with so many negative things to say, surprising for a hotel of this brand
