Well I cocked up my booking and needed to go from economy to business class; an expensive wrong click.
Philip said and I have to live with his statement that I had to pay a penalty extra charge.

the online frice are fake. they looks cheapest price than any. you booked and filled the credit / debit card detail but they will respone very quick and tell you "the price has been changed and you need another high price for the ticket" . you cann't cancel the ticket(s) / they will charge you 2% handing fee. the price changed and you cancel the order and you must buy the ticket from there. because they got your credit/debit card details and they can do any thing on your credit/debit card. check their term and condition you will know everything. THEY ARE UNTRUE !

Anyway I express this and said I have been completely mislead into booking these flights with you.. I would of booked with BA as I said at the time of booking! I only booked with them because they said they would throw in the price for reserved seats for us!! So they said they would see what they could do and pay some money if needed to get us these seats as a gesture of good will and will contact me back before 'this time'.. never called had to chase them and was told he was not in right now please call back at 'this time' when his shift starts.. call back at the time to be told HE HAS JUST FINISHED HIS SHIFT FOR THE DAY, CALL BACK TOMORROW!! This happened MANY times constantly having to chase him over the next few weeks!.. BASICALLY JUST AVOIDING MY CALLS!!

I have experience very bad service, I'm so disappointed, I tried to book a flight and after I did all the process they said the offer it wasn't available anymore, I call them, an a guy (I forgot his name ) just could offer me an other more expensive flight, nothing reasonable.
The point is if they make an offer online they should respect that, otherwise why don't delete that offer?
It's waste a lot of time and stress to book a flight with this agency.
I phoned Crystal Travel to book my tickets to India. I spoke to one of the adviser -Aaron. I liked the customer service he provided to me. He is very organised person and he tried to contact me by phone and email on many occasions to complete my booking. I hope Aaron n the team will continue to provide good support n eexcellent customer service.

Merritt was exceptional. As a past pharmaceutical manager I have done a great deal of travel but I can say that his service was the best I have had. I see him as management material as I was experiencing some difficulties but he was able to effectively resolve the problem and allay my anxieties. I will without a doubt recommend others to use this travel agency based on the experience I had with him

Very good service. Agent was very pleasant & attentive. Price excellent. However, notably other booking agencies have a wheel chair /assist etc. option which needs to be reflected on the ticket. A further niggle; when trying to saving the Flight Itinerary, for future reference, it simply is not available! We had to revert to cutting and pasting for our file reference. Email searching becomes very tedious several months down track.

Due to having to go through security with my bank I had to call Crystal Travel to continue with my booking. I was having trouble receiving emails and to be fair got in a bit of a muddle but they phoned me back and managed to get it all sorted, I was really pleased with the price of the flight with a top airline.

After booking a pleasant holiday through a Crystal Travel offer last year with no hassle, when seeing an offer on Wowcher for a beach holiday, I didn t think twice. Regrettably, I should have!
The hotel and flights we thought we d purchased were not available and despite constant request for a refund, we were offered many inferior and inconvenient choices instead.
Operators are rude and blunt. Customer service is bad. I d never book with this company again, especially not though offers through companies like Wowcher .

Try booking a second holiday through a voucher . They do not have the dates available as per voucher and wanted more money to change. Also you have to wait 15 days for a refund. Do not book with them!!!!

I'm a little surprised to read the latest reviews concerning Crystal Travel. I booked two 1st class tickets for my wife and I last year for flights to take place in February this year. I was a little unhappy with the quality of the initial paperwork in so far as there was a fair amount of air travel shorthand. I queried the information and received a satisfactory explanation. N evertheless, I refused to provide a reference for Crystal Travel until my wife and I had undertaken the flights. Our flights consisted of a 1st class flight to Bangkok; business class Bangkok to Bali where my wife and I joined a cruise ship. The return was an open jaw business class return from Hong Kong to Bangkok; and onward to London in 1st Class. All flights were with Thai Air and I have to say we experienced no negative issues at all with the bookings. Given the experience we had with Crystal Travel I'm about to research another similar trip for January 2016 although it won't be open jaw.. I'm will obviously take note of the recent reviews but as indicated had no issues with the booking referred to.

Found Crystal travel to be quite professional and helpful. Though at the last minute I decided to book it directly on airline's website, Bratt was not very fussy and was happy to cancel my booking which they were holding it for me on their system.
Christy (travel agent) worked really hard to help me get the flight of my choice. She was very professional, patient and calm. I suppose I would use Crystal Travel in the future.
My only grouse is what seems to be the airline industry standard practice luring customers with falsely low prices online and when you finish paying you get told that flight is no longer available ( unless you cough up an extra 100 to 200 pounds) .
Well, It's not Mr Kendir, it's Richard Pomeroy. You get 4 stars. Both of your operators , Sean and Rex, were most helpful. Sean got me a good price on my air fares and completed the itinerary by telephone and Rex sorted out my e-tickets. They get 5 stars but you lose one because I had to call to get my e-tickets 24 hours after the booking was confirmed. That is a little disconcerting in these days of regular scamming. Tickets should follow on from booking quicker than that. Thanks anyway.
