Crystal Travel Review

When I phoned Crystal Travel and I spoke to Lauren who was very helpful in sorting me out with my trip to Cologne. Would definitely use Crystal Travel again.

Booked my flight, agreed to charge me later on my card cis they had problem charging me, spoke with 5 different people, been on hold for one hour in total, transfered couple times and at the end guy told me don't worry your flight is booked we gonna charge your card later if something is wrong i gonna call you. His name is Simon. And then at 11pm i received an email from the same guy telling me that my reservation is cancelled cos they couldn't charge me. Simon never called. I tried to call them 100 times but no answer. I found out it's closed from 11om till 8am and my flight was scheduled for 10.18am. So people if you are not masochists don't go with this agency, it's a torture, trust me.

It was my first time booking with Crystal Travel and I spoke to the lovely Flora, who was extremely helpful and friendly. As it was my first time booking a holiday without my parents, I had many, many questions to ask. Flora answered each and every one whilst assuring me and advising me on what to do next. My experience with Crystal Travel has been fantastic and I shall 100% be using them to book another holiday! thank you!

Honestly, I was quite worried to book on this website as there were many bad reviews found on the internet. However, I tried to take a risk because over 60% of customers did reviewed 5 star service was given. Well, it turned out good for me and my friend. We got our confirmation email and e-tickets within two days. The staff tried several times to reach me, just to confirm the bookings and e-tickets were delivered safely, as I did not pick up the call because it's a number that I don't recognise. Well, overall, the service is good and I appreciate it.

Cheapest fare and straight forward booking. Austin was the agent who was very helpful and took me through the entire booking process. This was very helpful. Strongly recommended.

I had done my booking online for which I was not sure that the booking was confirmed , but Lisa smith from Crystal travels who called and helped me for my Flight Booking really very Helpful I'm glad that at last the Booking was confirmed.

Dean was very helpful. Got my flight booked to my satisfaction.

I was very pleased to be able to do this booking by telephone, where I was able to ask questions and receive answers from a polite and knowledgeable advisor (Elvis) rather than rely on doing the transaction online, when I was not clear about the differences between the flights I have booked and a slightly cheaper option (via Finnair) with less security that I would indeed be buying guaranteed non-stop direct flight between BMX and JFK.

My only reservation was the requirement to stay online till I received the emailed confirmation after flight availability had been checked and Elvis had done the necessary paperwork. I would have been happy for the confirmation to have been sent with the requirement to confirm immediately that details were correct then. In fact, my request for a lactose-free meal and aisle seats are not recorded on the e-tickets (although Elvis assured me that this could be rectified nearer the time of flying). Apart from that, I would have given the experience five stars. Thank you.

very bad experience, booked flights for USA with crystal travel, itenary says confirmed.booked holidays from work but when i tried web check in flights times are different to itenary and connection flight even leaves before the main flight reaches there. tried calling agent back they were so rude and havent even informed about the change. they told me to wait until morning 9am for an answer where my flight is at 10am. how am i gonna travel with out information. complete chaos.. advise not to book with these guys.

Kathy dealt with my booking, very helpful and informative. Only negative was that my debit & credit card wouldn't allow payment without my confirmation with the bank. In those few minutes, the price had gone up. Not Kathy's fault. I would recommend your service to others.

Crystal travel offered a city break through Wowcher, which wasn't available but still there to be booked. They didnt plan on telling me this I after I paid and were willing to take my money quietly.

Very good customer service for both Kathy Hart and Christopher Smith. Impressed with the high standard service existed in the UK.

I did call twice for a quote and found that Drake was superb in helping me create a package deal for a very special occasion, I would certainly be reccomending crystal travel to my friend ands family.

This agency will try to scam you. They posed as United Airlines through Google search and pretended to be United on the phone while phishing for information and arbitraging the ticket using free reservation rescheduling under customer's name, then charging an exorbitant ticket change price. Would not provide refund. Have to dispute claim now.

I Spoke to Dean Jones to help book a flight to Lahore Pakistan. Dean helped me find a flight from Manchester Airport close to my home and at a highly affordable price. Dean remained patient and customer focused throughout the call. I was having a few payment issues and name but Dean Jones remained friendly and helpful throughout and ensured that I secured a good deal. Dean is highly professional and competent at what he does. I was highly impressed with the service from Dean Jones and would use Crystal travels because of Dean! Thank you so much Dean Jones.

First time I have used this site my holiday was booked through Sarah who was absolutely fantastic informative and helpful throughout all the booking process.

After failed online booking spoke over the phone with Christy, she was great. Ticket bought, everything sorted out.

I had a problem with booking the flight my payment was declined because of changes in the class fare and I lost the fare, However I was contacted by one of Crystal Travel consultants Ethan Ray who was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue very quickly.

very un professional custome service try to book ticket for my wife she was traveling from abrod paid on my card few hours later they sent an email for authorisation form so i did all that then received a call middle of night say they can not issue a ticket without any explanation.waste of time do not use them strongly not recommended.

first class service from start to finish extremely helpful staff i will use this company as my preferred travel agent from now on if i had to mark this company out of 10 i would certainly give a 12 thank you so much crystal travel i will book all my flights with you from now on .

Extremely poor sales people. Apparently named "ACE" clearly the name doesn't reflect the service. I asked for the cost of travelling alone on a package tour. I was told 80-90% which is very high. I explained the deal did not come with meals and i would not be eating in the hotel so struggled to see why it was so much. the reply was "book somewhere else if you dont like it" in those exact words haha don't know where "ACE" did the sales training but could do with some work.

Considering all the reviews online for this travel company are very poor, infact so poor many people felt the need to write a blog post about it i would have thought they would be more welcoming.

If that is the attitude at sales stage imagine what it would be like if something went wrong with the holiday.
