Never had a problem with staff or anyone for that matter! Sure, people splash you a lot but it's a waterpark what do you expect? Water is a really nice to spend time in, the lazy river is pretty fun and the lounge chairs are pretty comfy to lay on!

Do not go there, some fraudsters work there, they took money from everyone and they said we expect a storm to close. But they didn't returned our money back. Children and adults should buy tickets at the same price, but they closed the park there were more than 100 people, the children cried a lot, but they didn t even notice. Take care of your nerves, do not go to them. FRAUD !!!

Had a great experience last summer so we purchased...

Had a great experience last summer so we purchased a family weekday membership this summer. I bought and used the membership yesterday. My family had a long day of being harassed by the staff over various rules, one of which was that kids floaties must be coastguard approved, and of course, our recently purchased $50 one was not, so we couldnt use it. I was not informed about this at time of membership purchase. They have pfds on site we could use, but they were huge on my son. Not sure how an ill fitting coast guard approved floatation device is better than what we had. Toward the end of the day, the group of families we were with wanted to do one last lazy river ride. After being in a speedo swim shirt and speedo swim shorts all day (i am female), i was rudely stopped by a life guard as i was entering the lazy river because i did not have a bathing suit underneath, yet the life guard let a man in a swim shirt and shorts go just before me (who, I am willing to bet, was also not wearing a woman s bathing suit underneath). My son was also dressed similarly, as was the life guard (cotton shirt and swim shorts).. They had to call a manager over to approve my speedo swim gear. Looks like i dropped $400 for my family to be harassed all summer. I understand safety rules, but this was just extreme. Last, the pool is listed as closing at 7pm. Pool actually closed at 645, and you need to be GONE by 7pm. There is only ONE family dressing room for me and my kids to use together. It took forever to get to use it as so many other families had the same need. Would be nice to have more family bathrooms in a family oriented facility. Completely unenjoyable start to a seemingly wasted summer experience. Will not be recommending this facility or purchasing a season membership again.

My kids had a great time. But you have to keep your eyes on the kids because the lifeguards just stand there. My nephew fell out of his tube and began to drown and the lifeguards just stood there. Me and a stranger had to save him. But besides that it was fine

Hospitality has no existence in this facility. The image of the appearance is phenomenal, clean neat the perfect settung for a family outing however, the underlying behaviors od the line level staff is strait out of a correctional facility! Firm direct and with no politenesss whatsoever! I was asked twice if i was wearing a bathing suit so improperly that i just was so disgusted in this young man's mannerisms (hello manager, where is the hospitality training?) There was safety training going on but being hospitable, well that got a zero for my return visit or a membership that they blast away every 20 minutes. I figured that its just one incident, well, guess again. In packing my things and going thru the gate back and forth, the same attendant asked me for a bracelet 9 times! HEY NOW THIS IS OVERBOARD SECURITY AT ITS WORST!
for myself being in the hospitality and tourism field for more than 23 years, my experience in crystal springs park was less than crystal friendly. My advise to the management is go to disney, doney park and six flags to see what hospitality catering to families with money to spend looks like in a water park.

Good luck.

The slides and lazy river shown on the photos and website are closed due to covid, making this park unappealing for my older kids. I purchased tickets and then I immediately realized that they were closed and called them. Being a Saturday night, no one answered. I called early on Sunday to try to re-schedule my tickets but they wouldn t budge. No refunds, no exchanges! My tickets were for Tuesday. I lost $60 for 4 tickets, and I got a very inflexible person on the phone. Beware. Ah, if you buy tickets and its raining, good luck with that too. Or even if you buy and get sick, they won t do anything for you. I wonder how many people go there sick cause they won t refund or exchange

While on vacation we debated on going to six flags water park but last minute decided on Crystal Springs. We are so glad we did! We had an amazing day. It wasn t busy so we weren t waiting in any lines. It was super affordable, super clean and could bring in your own drinks/food. We had the best relaxing day ever! We will be back!

We visited Crystal Springs for the first time last...

We visited Crystal Springs for the first time last week. My two grandchildren ages 3 1/2, 1 1/2, my husband and adult daughter. I was very, very impressed upon entering with the friendly greetings of the staff and patience in explaining the layout to us. The waterpark was immaculate and so well run I cannot say enough about it. I feel it must be managed very well because with the crowd of families and children there it could easily become unsafe. I observed the lifeguards correcting behavior of adults and children both and in every case I saw professionalism and one to one contact explaining what the individual was doing wrong. I myself sat on a wall, not seeing the sign No sitting on wall . I was politely corrected by the lifeguard. The lifeguards were everywhere and every lifeguard enforced the same rules. Each employee we came in contact with was friendly and very well informed. Our two little grandchildren had an absolutely wonderful day. As did we, being able to relax as we watched them enjoy the water, the showers and the slides. We ate at the concession stand and enjoyed our lunch. (Next time we will probably pack a picnic lunch to save some money. It s great that this is an option.) We did bring our own lawn chairs so we could be sure to sit in the shade.
My compliments to all of the staff for their hard work and compliance and to the management for running a beautiful and safe family facility. We will be back and possibly season passes next summer.
Thank you to all for a wonderful outing on a summer day!
