I hope you guys see my review before visiting this place. It is a total waste of your money. They are ALL racist racist racist racist by all means. Long story short, the life guards and managers refused to let us in the water because we didn't have bathing suits on, no exceptions at all not even religious exceptions. Even though we all had swimwear material on but not bathing suits, they still refused. 20 minutes or more of arguing, we asked for a refund. They refused to give us our money back. Terrible guest services and treatment and we felt threatened because the cops aimed at his gun while we were talking to the supervisor. This is a very honest review, we were not loud and we didn't try to fight things off, but we were trying to get our money back and leave. But I promised myself to have this issue reach officials and have the park get closed because it is NOT a joke to feel threatened or unsafe in your own country.

This is a really fun splash park for kids. We were there on a 100 degree Saturday in July, and it was busy, but manageable. The staff was very friendly, and the lifeguards were very attentive. It is pretty pricy for non residents, but well worth it. The optimal age range is 2-10. You have to be 48" for the big water slides, and they are firm on that policy, so keep that in mind.

Total waste of money. Not worth for the money you spent. Guards are more than visitors count and they restrict everywhere. They will not allow you to move freely. Make you hurry to leave one hour before closing time. Very limitted pools to enjoy 48 kids not allowed half of them and above 48 kids not allowed in some other then why they are charging full ticket. Zero stars.. avoid this place.

Only 1 hour drive from brooklyn including traffic! Kids always ask to go there. So many life guards all over so we really feel comfortable letting the kids hang around on their one. Feels like a vacation.

This is a pretty decent water park considered most are strictly for residents only, non-residents pay an additional charge but well with in reasonable amount, they also have reduced prices after 4pm entering, which is 18$ for 4hrs still pretty decent if you're looking for something near by and saves you from driving down to the shore, staff is very friendly & the lifeguards are always attentive actually better than any other locations I Have ever experienced making it a safe environment for the kids! Which always makes it worth it!

It's great for a few hours, especially if you have little kids. My biggest gripe is the concession area. Every time we go there, it takes forever to get your food, regardless of the line, or what you're ordering, and it's often times, poorly prepared. A few weeks ago, my wife was sent to the "pick up" window after waiting 20 minutes in line to order nachos, and then had to wait another 20 minutes to get them (she already paid, otherwise she would have left at that point). When they finally gave her the food, it was the crushed chips from the bottom of the bag, and she was told that they didn't have any more chips. We've started bringing our own food and drinks to avoid the headaches, but it would be nice to be able to occasionally grab a drink or ice cream without a 25 minute wait.

Plenty of life guards on duty, and plenty of things for kids to do. There are some rules that seem a little excessive and the prices for the concession stand were alittle high, but over a great experience for all ages and plenty of supervision for younger children.

On 7/3/17 my daughter-in-law, a Crystal Springs member, received an e-mail from Crystal Springs announcing a Free Grandparents Day event for 7/5/17. She invited us to join her and our two granddaughters on that day, and we traveled to her house 50+ miles and then followed her another 40 minute ride to Crystal Springs to learn a second e-mail had gone out on 7/3 to correct the first one that Grandparents day had been changed to 7/6/17. When she advised she hadn't received the second e-mail (she had checked her phone for it in new mail, old mail, spam mail, and recently deleted mail, having found nothing), the Manager, Ericka Greenstone practically called her a liar, stating they got no notices of undelivered e-mails. She said she could not honor the benefit a day early due to the computer, and stated she could not just allow us (ages 73 and 71, respectively) to enter through the passageway just behind us. But. we must instead buy guest passes, the cheapest way being 4 passes for $44 dollars. Because we were unable to travel back again the next day, and had invested time, travel and effort, we had no choice but to pay up. This left such a bad taste in our mouths, particularly my daughter-in-law, who had paid $580 for the season passes and had been there just a single time before the debacle happened. This was the poorest customer service incident I have experienced in my 71 years! Really, a sparsely attended park that day, unable to let 2 seniors go through. This was so onerous as when we used the facilities, we thought they were superlative, but the ethic and culture of a place that would do something like that - their initial mistake - what could possibly be on their minds? I doubt my daughter-in-law will join again and you couldn't get us back there if you paid us. They should actually make this up to her (I posted a survey on their website re this) by providing her with two free guest passes - at least acknowledge that this was a huge "oops!"

First the good: New facilities are nice, the food is priced very well, and there are activities to keep you occupied for an hour or two.

The bad: the rules are ridiculous! No standing at the edge of a pool and dropping in (you have to enter using the ladders or sit on the edge and slide in otherwise a whistle blows), no pool noodles, no squirt guns, no diving sticks, no using a pair of goggles as a diving stick (you can throw anything), no splashing too much, no running, no fast walking... all you hear are whistles blowing every few minutes the entire time you're there - ridiculous.

Our last pool membership was in Flemington at HealthQuest - we could bring any water toys we wanted and they even provided them for people who didnt. I can understand Crystal Springs gets a lot more people but at least loosen up one or two of the rules - why can't I dive for a pair of goggles!

I do not understand the ratings for this place. I've lived in town for 11 years and been maybe 4 times. It is impossibly crowded on any nice day. With the volume of people the conditions seem... unsanitary. I guess they do a good job trying to keep up with it but I won't go in there. My kids don't even want to go when the camp takes them there.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Social distancing is encouraged and masks are required which was a plus. The areas to sit and relax are also spaced apart perfectly. All in all it was our first visit and we can't wait to go again. Also everyone social distanced while in the pools as well without being asked. You are encouraged to bring your own chairs and you can bring food as long as it's not in glass containers or you can purchase food there as well. No alcoholic beverages allowed.

It's a good mini water park. The staff seems to be very serious about their job and not necessarily in a way that makes everyone safe. The staff at the entrance of the lazy river kept asking everyone if they were wearing a bathing suit. It was a bit odd and kept insisting on proving it for some patrons.

It's kinda like being in prison here the lifeguards are always yelling don't do this don't do that hey hey don't do this don't do that it's extremely annoying and the lazy river is no fun at all. And when the camps come here it's terrible they splash EVERWHERE take up ALL of the pool space...when not a lot of people are here it's really nice I've been going here since I was a new born baby and the showers improved so much I love them I'm glad to have a membership card 90% of the time

A secret kept on the edges of East Brunswick. It has been here for 25 years, but somehow many people in the area aren't familiar. The family aquatic center has a lazy river, 2 large pools and two sets of water slides for adults and children. The whole family will have a blast and we personally go to bbq as their are grills and tables set up for first come first serve usage. You won't have a bad time at all and the lifeguard staff is very well trained and tested!

The water is a little warm, but the pools are very well located, it has plenty of space, many beach chairs, a music that makes the place more happy, and the lifeguards very attentive in their work, my baby love this place.

Beware, they are very strict on their attire policy, we had to come out due to restrictions, though other bigger water parks had no objections. Too pricy and not worth if you are not a resident.

It was a great, local, swimming water that has everything for kids and adults. I love the fact that it is a short drive to get there and the ticket prices are reasonable. I can go there every weekend with the family and have a great time.

Every time I go my family and I have a great time. My husband, son (16) and daughter (5) all find something to do to enjoy themselves. Employees are very nice and friendly. We go every Wednesday on one of my husband's day off.. If you haven't gone... YOU MUST GO! BTW the price goes down after 4pm and if you're a resident of E. Brunswick you're the price is always lower.

Well maintained, too crowded though, even though they stopped admissions because of crowding, it was already too packed. Also with all the shallow pools for kids I don't understand why such small kids are allowed in the large lap pool, that is annoying theres really no place for a grown up to swim in peace

My daughter and several friends were there for a Moving Up party. They had a great time and really enjoyed it. They went in on a Monday at 4 and practically had the park to themselves. No big lines or waiting.

Very nice and clean place you could bring your chairs, coolers and food. Parking is free and for 15.00 dollar's per person is a great deal. Every where else you pay parking can't bring your food or coolers and you have a long ride and pay tolls and gas! This is great for the whole family. The only reason I gave 4 stars if inclement weather arise no rain checks what's so ever

Racist. All those negative comments about this issue is 100% true. Went here with my family in July and my relative with her 2 year old child got harassed by management. They even brought police because of an employees lie which they believed with no evidence meanwhile we were with her the whole time. Sad this has to happen in this day and age. Don't recommend spend your money where you can at least enjoy it.

We have visited Crystal Springs numerous times. The facility is always clean, the water in the pools is crystal clear. Numerous life guards on duty throughout the day. Police monitor the facility and parking lot as well. The Supervisors are friendly and helpful. Everyone working there greats you with a smile

Its really fun for kids; especially for youngers kids around the ages of 4-8. The lazy river is very realxing for the adults. The only "bad thing" about it is that its right next to a very unappealing dirty swamp, which also atracks bugs. In breif cibclusion, it is a very fun thing to do in the summer for all ages, even for your dogs!
