We drive from Jersey City and pay an upcharge for being out of county visitors but it's so worth it. We love the lazy river ride, the food stand, and the overall relaxed feel of the place. Great for families and small children.

We had a great time, the place is very clean and it makes you fell safe, kids can go around and have fun without parents worrying too much thanks to the life guards. They all do a wonderful job, they are friendly and helpful specia thanks to Rob for all his time on helping us with our van, even though park was closed he still stay there helping us, and also the police officer was also a great help. Thank you to all, and our kids and us had a blast.

Rude people, little girl pretended to be the manager when she was clearly 18. She couldn't put words into sentences correctly. Tried to get a refund because I didnt see the sign for swim suits required. The two little girls told me no. Called my bank and disputed the charge since I wasn't provided a service so I got my money back but never coming back to this place.

Never ever coming back again. Crazy how people only with bathing suits can go in the water. I have never ever felt so angry. I'm sure there's people out there who don't wear bathing suits. And people here make that a big deal.

This is not some much a water park as in"Dorney park" but its a nice place to go with the family and chill. I like that you can BBQ and tables are first com first serve basis, no reservations. Only the cabanas are for reservation. The admission price of $25 is worth it, you're there all day. I also love the fact that we can bring any type of foods in there, coolers and all. They have a part of the park for babies and smaller children which is nice, because everyone gets to enjoy it. The restrooms are always clean, staff shuts down restrooms every two hours to be cleaned. I will definitely be back before the summer ends!

It was okay, but I didn't like having to pay extra for being a non-resident. I understand why they did it, but it's still unfair. The pools were fun, and it was a good experience. The waiting lines were incredibly long for most of the attractions. We were waiting about 50 minutes just to get into the park, and 15 minutes to get on the lazy river.

I was going to rate this 4 stars, until something that happened near the end of my visit. I was waiting on the water slide(there are only 2 working, each line was a very long wait also) when I got stung by a bee. Luckily I wasn't allergic, but I still went to the first aid office. When I told the guy there that I got stung while waiting for the slides, he said, "Yeah, there are a lot of bees around that area." What if I had been allergic? If someone who's allergic to bee stings went to the water slides, there would be a good chance that they could've been stung. The staff may not be able to do anything about the bees, but they could at least post notices near the entrance.
It was a good water park, but I wouldn't recommend going if you are allergic to bee stings, or not willing to wait near the entrance for an hour on a hot day. Additionally, if you are planning on driving far to come, don't bother. It's not that much of a water park, unless you want to spend all day playing basketball.

We have been been there before with our grandchildren and it is a fun place. However this time after being there all day my wife noticed she broke out in a red rash all over her body especially where ever there were pressure points under her swim suit. My wife is allergic to Bromide and we believe that the pools and the lazy river use bromide instead of clorine. Our dermatologist stated the rash was a result of a chemical reaction likely to to pool chemicals. We suggest that management at crystal springs post a notice about pool chemicals in use and possible allergic reactions.

Hi everyone, I m so upset with the way my family and I were treated yesterday at Crystal Springs Family Waterpark. Yesterday we were at the kiddy pool, and to ride the slides you have to enter through the other end of the park. The first time my step mom rode down the slide with her 3 year old, and was quickly told adults were not allowed to go on the slides. Second time she let her daughter slide by herself but when her daughter landed, she started crying for her mom, my step mom got worried that she hurt herself and walked down a pavemented hill alongside the slide to get to her daughter. Once again the lifeguard blew the whistle at her multiple times, and at this point she said what am I supposed to do? My baby is crying and I m supposed to walk around to the entrance that s on the opposite end of the kiddy pool and leave her alone, she could have been hurt! This is a very unsafe layout on their part, so we left to go relax in the lazy river, as we approached the end, we were pulled out by four workers and a police officer, one of the workers told us we are to leave immediately because cursing at lifeguards is unacceptable. I was shocked. Apparently, the 15 year old life guard that blew the whistle at my step mom lied to his managers that we were cursing at him several times. My step mom was furious, she tried to explain to them what happened, but they would not even let her speak! And kept going on about how this is our last warning, cursing will not be tolerated, and we are not to be in perimeters next to the life guard who we verbally assaulted . This happened within 20 mins of us arriving, so the rest of the time spent there was ruined. We couldn t believe they would attack us like that with no evidence, and would take the word of two lifeguards, from which one who was not even there when it happened ! I understand conflicts happen, but to keep accusing someone of cursing, and threatening to kick us out, without asking what really happened first is beyond me. And to say the least, the lifeguard blew the whistle, and we left , so there was no actual conflict! Situation blown out of proportion. We felt attacked, and embarrassed by the scene they caused in front of many others. This experience was so traumatizing, that our kids are hesitant to visit any other water park! I have to now schedule therapy sessions, and will be speaking to a lawyer regarding this issue.

I loved this place because it was small and very pleasant to spend the day at. Not overly crowded, we were able to bring our own outside food in. They have grills if you choose to make burgers/hotdog.. the restroom was the biggest highlight, they were clean and smelled fresh.. I have recommended this place to many of people since my last visit..

I work at my camp as a volunteer... my camp is a non-profit organization and crystal springs made us stay outside of the pool because we had too many people and after two hours they finally said we couldn t go in... The director of the pool said we were taking advantage of them, WE, as a non-profit organization. I would like to see drastic change in this company as they rejected twenty-eight little kids the opportunity to swim on a hot day. Zero stars!

Their customer service is very poor and not friendly. I purchased the ticket and went inside, didn't look the sign that we cannot use our regular shorts because the sign was in the place where you enter after purchasing the ticket. So, we were told that we cannot use their facility after buying the ticket and entered in the ground. So, we asked for the refund since it was only 5 minutes we purchased and cannot even use their facility. They said they cannot refund the money. So, I left the facility paying but not using the service I paid for.
I wish there is a negative rating system for these kind of cheaters.

It used to be a great family water park but over the years it has really gone down hill. The park is way over crowded, it needs to be cleaned and updated, the cafe is unbelievably slow, and they are always short staffed.

As a new resident, I feel like the acceptable items for proving residency are unacceptable. NJ DMV no longer provides stickers for change of address. So I tried to get in with a water bill and a car insurance card, which they said were not acceptable forms of ID. Which I think is not reasonable at all, those two forms together should be more proof than necessary to enter a waterpark. Very disappointed and will not be going back again.

Very crowded some times. But if a kid poops in the pool they don't clean it if it mixes with enough water by the time maintenance arrives, because "they can't clean what they can't see". So .. Don't let your kids swallow that water!

The customer service is immaculate. Every time me and my family come here we totally enjoy ourselves. I would suggest this place to anyone with children and without children. I have been trying to schedule a day where I can come by myself. I just really really love this place very clean very responsible when it comes to the lifeguards and anything else. Strongly recommend for a good outing.

For people of east Brunswick it may be good bcoz it's cheap but for others they kept ticket of 28 dollars per person which I didn't find worth. There is one splash ground, lazy river,2 pools ,3 big water slides for people above 48 inch and one more water activity area.
Pro is clean water , lots of lifeguards on duty and decent place for picnic bcoz it's local for east Brunswick people but other than that better I would spend some more money and go to big water park.

Waterpark is freezing cold. My 1 year old didn't even want to take his towel off the entire day. We stayed at the hotel. The walls and doors are paper thin. Had to call management desk several times about noise complaints. We of course had a child across the hall the kept waking our children up because he kept slamming the door over and over again. Kids running down the hall at midnight. Went to front desk in morning said they could do anything for me because I booked through expedia. We did not book through expedia. Then they finally refunded our room. We will not be returning.

I should went to Dorney Park rather than Crystal spring. On July 3rd we went to this place from New York since it was closer for me and it was around 2 or 3 pm I forgot exact time, we had to wait an hour to purchase the ticket. Cashiers were in the room but they were not selling the tickets and it was very hot outside. The water park is also not clean and is very small. There are only 2-3 different water things you can do in that place. The people who works there are also not friendly, I think city should watch that place very carefully since I saw lot of small kids in the water park and the park was not well organized.

my first time here..my son, who has autism loves, the water and I wanted to take him to a place that was family/child-friendly. started searching the web and I came to this site and read the reviews. I attended last week and I must say we had a great time. please get there at least 2 hours before if you want to get a table and grill. there is only a few and I hope in the future they will place more tables and grills throughout the park. I had prepared food in case I didn't get a grill so it worked out. Also, they have food there for purchase. my son had an amazing time and it is true that the lifeguards there are on point. zero tolerance for horseplay, which I LOVE!!! We will frequent this waterpark the remaining of the Summer. I drove an hour away but the laughs and fun my son had was so much worth it.

After 3 or 4 PM, it offers a discount, but they didn't (may be still don't) sell the tickets until that time. In the summer, the temporature could easily go up 90 degrees. So many times, you can see a long line in front of the windows, took 10 - 15 mins or more to buy the tickets. Many seniors or kids have to stand under the sun. I went to the office, suggested that they sell the tickets with different color 15 mins earlier, but only allow them to get in after 3 or 4 PM to avoid long line under sun in the top days, which is popular way in this situation.

They refused to do so.

My mom went with my nephew, said she had zero complaints. The place had enough chairs even though they state they only have an abundant amount. People were friendly/staff too!

Favorite thing for my mother was that they don't kick you out of the lazy river.. you can stay as long as you want!

My nephew said the chicken tenders where better then Friday's

I am not going to bash this place because I really did enjoy it with my daughter. It s small enough to where we can enjoy all areas and have fun for the day. Food prices were awesome. Lazy river was my favorite.

Cons:
1. Admission price is really high in my opinion. It s a huge difference from in town and out of town prices. They should bring it down to bring back same customers more then once in the summer.
2. Unfortunately I got hit with a viral infection from the waterpark shortly after. This happens from contamined water. This also means not enough Cholrine was produced to kill the bacteria. Please pay attention to that. I am going on 2 weeks severely sick with this virus. It was an unfortunate circumstance, for this reason I m afraid to go back.
